Time lapse 23rd June > Aug 21st 2020. Plenty of screwups - over/under watering+ feeding + pollenated the tent with one hermie, two plants throwing nannas (due to UV) out in the last two weeks and the major heatwave all did not help, This was totally my screw up and for that I still give this strain a solid 8/10. The tastes are nice although my first try of Runtz was in Cali and it is certainly another level over there. Unfortunately I did not get a pheno similar to that I smoked in the US but out of the 5 I did get I really enjoyed one of them which is hard hitting! Apologies for the time-lapse as its not always spot on and often other things took over. Stuff never goes the way you plan it in your head. Upon drying the temps were good and they dried okay. The reason why this is a write off is because one of the plants hermied and caused most of the plants to be pollenated. When I harvested I noticed a few nannas poking out so I'm not sure if I let them run too long, too much stress, underwatering, light intensity, the UV bar or heat stress. Anyways I didn't catch it and I have some well developed seeds. I think it's down to the UV bar causing the nannas but the seeds were ripe (tiger stipe brown) so didn't have enough time to grow and ripen. Seeing as I had deficiencies early on in flower - WK4 - I think it happened then. The PP and runtz all have seeds bar one plant (the nice gassy pheno) and the tent was cleaned with bleach, vacuumed and temps increased to over 100f with a heater after disinfecting. Nevertheless I will grow this again! it's all a learning curve! More bud shots to come when cured. Just over an 1oz per plant is pretty poor imo but again you live and learn from your screw up! Got to be on point with my watering next time! That's why I love hydro!

Day 73: finally starting to bulk up a little bit. She’s overdressed and she took her time to recover but I hope she stays well now. 🍯 Day 74: she smells AMAZING! almost as good as my Favorite strain of all time! Sugar Punch by sannies seeds. This seems so promising to me! I can’t wait to smoke this one! She is recovering pretty good as well from the over feed..

SUNDAY 4/28: I plucked off some dead leaves and did some leaf-tucking and a little more training. I have high hopes for these F1's. When I had to remove a bunch of branches that would have produced a quarter pound of bud, it nearly broke my heart, but it looks like I'll still have a good cross-section of the potential genetics resulting from this hybridization.👍 I haven't seen any more nanners in several days now.😷 Daytime temps are still hovering around 87-90f, but I've got them sitting in 70-72f temps for 6 hours of darkness now.😁 I did a little video today and I'll take a few "glamour shots" tomorrow. MONDAY: Today I see a bunch of crispy leaves on several of them..guess I phuktup the PH again because they are getting fed everything they need. I douched everybody with 1/3 gallon including some boomerang, calimag, bembe, bud candy, and terpinator. No time for glamour shots... TUESDAY: Not much time today..just checked timers and temps, and changed out carbon filters. WEDNESDAY: Finally took some photos today after doing a little training. My best plant's leaves got all crispy, but only one one side of the plant..as if it was sprayed with something bad...buds still look yummy. What's really weird is that a Candy Cane, adjacent to that plant also developed the same problem, at the same time...but only on the branches nearest to this plant..(contagion?) THURSDAY: The 'contagion' seems to be spreading through the garden... I'm thinking maybe I completely PHuktup the ph when I added silica last time and didn't correct it?? Not sure...but it's sad..they're all gonna be less than photogenic for the finish... FRIDAY: I plucked some dead leaves and misted everybody with perfectly PH adjusted spring water and increased airflow in the tent. Also decreased the dehumidifier to 45% RH.

As of day 14, the Blackberry is growing well! The growth is vigorous and pretty healthy, so I am going to just keep doing what I am doing. I am temporarily using dry cal-mag crystals to the same ppm/EC (.5-.6) as calimagic hasn't caused any issues yet. I can make my way through the bag I have before buying more calimagic, and not be wasteful! The Blackberry will be ready to be topped this week, so that will definitely be updated when the time is right. Happy growing, and stay safe everyone! 🌱👍 Day 15: plant has been FIMed! Co2 block gave a bump in her stocks , it took up the nutrients pretty well . Had a bit of a calcium deficiency but it was taken care of in the previous week , as Humidity levels were 95% outside coz of rains , even though it looks majestic..

Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas Tropicanna Poison F1 de Sweetseeds. Esta variedad me resultó bastante sencilla de cultivar, y si no la maltratas crece sana a mi parecer, la flor se ve increíble, tiene una cantidad de resina considerable y unos tonos rojos muy peculiares, se ven muy apetecibles. El olor que desprende es muy peculiar es muy dulce con toques terrosos, a mi parecer, no pinta nada mal, las flores están prietas. También os comento que la variedad es muy fácil de cultivar y no da mayores problemas, el ciclo no es largo, cuiden con la altura ya que se desmadran un poco. IMPORTANTE destacar: En las fotos comprobaréis que ya no hay botes de cristal con sobres de bóveda, ahora hay Grovebags. Que son una especie de sobres o bolsas que retienen el peso, previene la aparición de moho y mantiene intacto el terpeno, para que el curado sea más óptimo. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Done with drying, I cut her bud sites and placed them into a mason jar. I bought the boveda packs that are 62% RH. Now time to sit and wait 2-3 weeks and see what the finished product is like. 🌸 Week 5 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week is done and the differences between the phenos are becoming more obvious with every update 👀🔥 Now that flowering is progressing, each phenotype is starting to show its own character much more clearly. Even though all plants are running under the same conditions, their reactions are very different. 📈 Current observations: Some phenos are handling irrigation and feeding extremely well and continue pushing strong growth Others are showing a bit more sensitivity and reacting differently to the same watering routine Leaf size differences are becoming huge now — some phenos are producing massive fan leaves while others stay much more compact Plant structure and overall vigor continue to separate more week by week At this point, 4 out of the 6 phenos are currently looking like strong candidates and fall into what I’d personally consider the “good” category so far 👀 🍃 Maintenance & feeding: I’m still managing the canopy and keeping an eye on how each plant develops through early flower. Small adjustments and observation are becoming more important now as every pheno responds differently. 📊 Current environment: Temperature stable around 26°C Relative humidity staying between 63–65% VPD maintained around 1.3 kPa Light intensity unchanged from previous adjustments Now I’m especially excited to see how the buds start forming over the next weeks, because that will probably decide which phenos really stand out in the end 🔥🌸 The structure is there — now let’s see who delivers when it matters. 💬 Which pheno do you think will end up producing the best flowers?

I think they are going to start flowering soon, the little white hairs are going crazy now lol, didnt realize I wasn’t giving them nutrients 😭 so stared them on it hopefully they’ll grow even bigger. Been learning a lot for my next grow but all in all these babies are doing very well

Day 64 (First Grow, Flowering Phase): Hey everyone! We’re on day 64, and the flowering phase is in full swing. The buds are forming beautifully, and the plants have grown 5-10 cm above the SCROG net, creating a lush canopy. The humidity is steady at around 50% or lower, which is ideal for this stage. To recap, we've been maintaining an even canopy with the SCROG net and our Timor shield mantis continues to keep pests at bay naturally. Our plants are thriving, thanks to the even light distribution and careful humidity control. We're considering installing a second fan in a few weeks to improve airflow and potentially adding a second SCROG net to support the plants as they continue to stretch during flowering. This should help stabilize the plants and ensure they get the support they need as the buds get heavier. Any tips or advice for the next steps? Let us know in the comments!
