Day 132 - 22.09.2020 - Pic updates. Now that my other plant got the boot, this lady has more space. I put up the trellis net to move the branches slightly and get better light penetration. Day 134 - 24.09.2020 - Pic updates. Her lower leaves are starting to yellow which is concerning. I am keeping an eye on her. Day 138 - 28.09.2020 - Pic updates. So definitely concerned. I went out and got the items I needed to start brewing a compost tea as she was yellowing more and looking a bit sad. Even though all my nutes have been given and the PH is right, I do not know why she is having these issues, but I am hoping a nice compost tea will get her back. Other than that she needs to put on more weight. But of the little buds that are there, they are dense as can be. So I am happy with what I see quality wise so far. I will be checking her in more detail later to see what the trichomes are doing, but when I checked quickly we were still very clear.

Hola amigos arrancamos nuevo cultivito, por ahora os traigo los videos que subo a YT como ya sabéis le estoy dando caña al canal, buscarme allí, me llamo como aquí, xmackobox. Poco mas, se empezaron a germinar el día 14/02/24. Algunas se pasaron a maceta el día 16, otras en 17 y se terminaron de plantar en maceta definitiva de 11 L el día 18/02/24. Para la primera semana de crecimiento ya meto fotos detalle de todas. **ACTUALIZADO** 26/02/24 llevamos 12 días desde que se empezó a germinar, todas brotadas perfectas excepto 1 que como veis parece atrofiada o con algún problema, no desarrolla el ojo principal es decir su punta apical. Esperaremos a ver que hace esta plantita :D

Week 2 of flower baby!! She is still stretching up. I just gave the first feeding of the Bloom recipe from Advanced Nutrients. I waited 2 weeks to start the Bloom because I heard it uses a lot of Nitrogen during the stretch phase. I'm pretty sure there is some truth to that but according to the labels, the Bloom part A & B both have Nitrogen in them also so I'm not sure if it was necessary but I don't think it should do any harm either. 09/11/2025- She is looking beautiful! I'm really happy with how things have turned out, I was a little worried during weeks 4 & 5 after I broke a stem and cut another one 😅 but she has filled out nicely and you can hardly tell she's missing 2 stems. Buds are starting to form. I repositioned the oscillating fan and lowered the trellis by an inch or so. 09/13/2025- She looks very happy! She is a nice lush green and leaves are nice and soft. I'm pretty sure she has stopped growing vertically for the most part, I feel real good about how much headroom I have left. I can't wait for these buds to fatten up and change color 😁

Very good looking just like her sister, powerful citric and sweet aroma, very good strain, and starting to smell seriously at the start of 2nd week I'm noticing the same thing on both plants! Awesome strain

First week of flowering, thought I had 4 females but AG#3 showed male over last night, so I'm down to 3, I was told these seeds would be 50/50 M to F so it rang true. I raised the lights yesterday & have them around 75% brightness. So far so good.

Hifi 4G seems to be a bit sensitive to the current and previous feeding levels. Had multiple leaves exhibit nutrient burn. Otherwise all seem to be happy. Hifi 4G, NL/Skunk and Blueberry continue to lead the pack on Bud development. God I hope I don't screw this up!

the weather is really great. she's not growing any taller. the buds are getting fatter though. she's changed to her autumnal colours in the last week. the smell is getting more intense, like lemon. she looks beautiful.

Put some into bigger pots, 2 are autos for sure. Still no idea what the others are though from the leaves on two I think they may be lemon kush but I'm really not sure.

Just chop her down in 75 days from seed Veg 21 days Bloom 54 She produce very dense nugs alot better than before I think without bloombastic won't happen I let her dry in 23° for 32 hour then 24°for 3 days then ready this is quekest way you can dry your bud without test or smell like grass its take max 5 days

Plants came back out of their 36 hours of darkness and were a little droopy, so I made the decision to put them outside for the first day of light. Unfortunately they suffered from wind burn so I brought them back to the tent. Foliar fed the plants daily at 400PPM.

07.07: Nach dem Stress die letzten Tage (Umtopfen, Toppen), darf sie sich in den nächsten Tagen ein wenig regenerieren und neue Blattmasse ausbilden. Der Plan für die Zukunft: *4-Way-Main-Lining* Im laufe der Zeit nehme ich die Triebe unteren Nodie ab und habe somit 2 Nodien (2./3.) mit der ich weiter trainieren werde.

Brutal nuggets, you can see those diamonds shining, very compact, sticky, full of trichomes and a beautiful fragrance, I've enjoyed this strain so much guys, very special, I can recommend this strain if you want top quality fast!

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. My homework. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place.
