On day 2 of the week I turned both lights settings on (there are 3 options; growth: on flower: off / growth: off flower: on / growth: on flower: on) I set them both on because I read the more light the more bud and I was sure that the plant had started the transition and was flowering like stated in the previous week, the main stem got way to close to the light, (4in from ) and not having more room in the tent I bought a cheap garden net and distributed the plant so the light was as even as possible using a cheap little instrument with light sensor I bent the main stem pretty violently but it recovered well and is doing well tried dropping the temperature a bit by keeping my window open but I didn't drop it too much due too the fact that I live and sleep in the room just realized today that I should have changed the nutrient mix dosage at the begging of flower as recommended on the bottle to help the transition but I guess it turned out alright watering 2 -3 times a week 3L at a time

With some of the plants starting to fade into a nice purple in their leaves I can only imagine at the end in 4-5 weeks! Cleaned up the bottoms of the plants abit more as well as took away some leaves blocking light to flower sites. Die letzte Woche habe ich nichts, dokumentiert oder aufgenommen. Die PermaFunk ist am weitesten, die AppleFritter hat anscheinend eine 2 Welle an Blüte Massephase, sie hat vor 3 Tagen angefangen neue weiße stigmen zu bilden und das nicht wenig. Deshalb erhält sie noch eine weitere Woche Futter. Die PermaFunk befindet sich gerade am Anfang der flush Phase. Am Blütetag 56 hat die Dame das letzte Mal Futter bekommen. Heute ist der 10.10.25 und somit befinden wir uns im Blütetag 60. Die LaBomba wird schätzungsweise bis Blütetag 70-72 weiter gefüttert bevor die Spülung kommt. Naja mal schauen, ich bin echt gespannt. Jede einzelne der Damen verströmt einen mega geilen starken touch mit besonderen Hauch an Aromen. Die AppleFritter riecht mega anziehend, hat eine cremige Note mit etwas vanille im Abgang. Die PermaFunk riecht nach einer typischen Cali Sorte, ich würde in Richtung purple punch ähnelt sagen. Die La Bomba bekommt langsam einen eigenen Geruch, eher Richtung zitrus. Ich bin gespannt...

Okkkkkkkay, i fucked up a little over the past weeks but sometimes keeping everything together is hard. But I managed to fix her, fresh water change, new nutrients and new Training so she can spread a little wider and also gave her a little trim. So pH is 5.5-5.8 DLI is at 30. i wanted to turn it down a little because she was looking really sad. but she is finally recovering, new growth is a nice green color. Having her this long in veg is really weird haha

She smells amazing, and is starting to really get her fade, flowers are sticky and smell very pungent, with some notes of fruit. She has slowed down lots on her water consumption and is in the final days of her life cycle.

Sunday, 14-08-2022 Plant continuing to look good and is in flower. Secondary stems from mainlines so tall I decided, in the moment and not planned at all, to tied them down yesterday. I realize this is not fully in keeping with quadlining but I went for it. Broke one of the lower mainlines where it attaches to the stem 😞. Supplemented feed today with my Beneficial Booster. Foliar sprayed the last two nights with The Amazing Doctor Zymes Eliminator for IPM. Except for testing before use, I followed instructions exactly and have noticed no phytotoxicity. Will report on effectiveness next week after completing initial 3 day treatment tonight.

Gorilla Cookies is 13 days into flowering times. She started showing her fisrts pistils. There is 1 top that's has me worried. I am likely paranoid from my battle with HPLVD. She is due soon for a lollipop of the plant, and a good defoliation. Likely next update I will do a heavy training. She is growing great under the Spider Farmer G3000 light. The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = $74.46kw * 0.15kw = $11.17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = $58.99kw *0.15kw = $8.85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = $104.30kw *0.15kw = $15.65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. $11.17 + $8.85 + $15.65 = $35.67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. We stay with the nutrients 110% UP, And it look a little bit of burns but just in a couple leaves overal looks very nice and healty ! Water needs is increased around 30 l per days and starting to get colours, buds going to be crazy we have supreme colas everywhere and too mutch for to count them cannot wait the harvest dude !

La semana pasada corte apicales y esta semana una buena defoliación dejando namás que las copas y poco más. A finales de semana las resitué y puse a todas en su sitio . Dos que habia descartado y las tenia en maceta de 1 L las trasplanté a una maceta de mayor tamaño y saqué al exterior.

This brings the Journal up to speed. So going to start the 48 hour FLush this upcoming Sunday as well as going to move it to 48 hours of light insted of 48 hours of darkness. Then straight into the Freeze dryer to bring it down to 60% humidity in the bud and then to the curing jars. My gas tax plant is looking absolutely incredible right now. It's got these massive buds that are super dense and have this awesome dark color to the leaves. I'm so excited to see how it turns out when it's finally ready to be harvested. I've been checking the height, the thickness of the stem, and the density of the buds to get an idea of how much longer I have to wait. I think I might start flushing it soon. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Update: what a week full of activity and positive growth. The Amnesia is a big beast of a lady now. She is nearly 2.5ft across her canopy and growing. I have had a shuffle round in the grow space and she is now under the sp250 with her soil friends. The supercropped knuckles are nice and chunky to support the spiked colas I plan on her having. She has flattened out nicely too. I expect her to get even wider by the flip time and with so many growing tips she should be a good producer. Sweet Afghani Delicious has thankfully now started her real recovery from the root rot after a week in new feed. She has some good potential for a decent finish by the way shebhas bounced back over the last 2 days with new growth and now starting to fill up wirh chlorophyll again. Red Hot Cookie is also on the road to recovery with way more colour and actual vertical growth starting too. Her 5th node looked done for so i left it to fall off if it wanted and concentrated on the 4th nodes but she had other ideas and has now began growing the 5th again. Overall inam happy to see a recovery in them as i thought I was going to lose the nft girls from all the damage. Now at 100% power on the sp3000 with an rh of 67% and room temps at approx 24.5°c. With another weeks growth I am hoping to be close to flipping them all as the Amnesia is in danger of total room domination!!. Be safe and well. GGD
