As week 5 came to a close and we move into week 6 of flowering, I am having really high hopes for the end result. The buds started to get some light orange hairs which is really nice and they are really starting to thicken up! Towards the end of week 5 the plants started to show early signs of burn on their leaf tips, so I started the week 6 feeding a little early. In week 6 we bring the EC down quite a bit as we get into the late stages of flower. I also recently switch to measuring with EC vs PPM for ease and accuracy. Also at the end of week 5 I did a calibration on my coco for each plant as week 6 nutrients are much lighter. Coco Calibration Method 1. Mix up nutrients. 2. Water plants as normal and measure runoff. 3. If runoff EC is not at or close to the inflow EC a. Water more and keep measuring runoff until the runoff is at or close to the inflow EC 4. Do steps 1-3 for all plants (One at a time) Tips: - I use a shop vacuum that I stick the end in the bottom of the pot saucers and leave it on while I water so it sucks the runoff as soon as it drains out the pots. Then I measure, empty and water again until I hit my targets) For this calibration, I ended up using around 6 gallons of nutrient solution. Watering technique used is to measure runoff at every watering and make sure we are staying as close as possible to the inflow EC. It does not matter how much water you need to put through the pots to get to the desired EC on runoff as that is a benefit of Coco. My main goal is to keep my runoff in check and the plants seem to do better than I have ever grown before! The smell off these ladies are amazing and strong. I don't have a carbon filter and enjoy her smells and aromas all day long as my desk is right next to my tent. There were no issues in Week 5. Plants continue to look amazing and the buds are continuing to bud up and structure very nice! I'm excited to see the end result after the ripening and flush stages. Also the colors that are soon to come! Stay tuned! ______________ We are 5 days into week 6 and the buds continue to grow fatter and fatter on a daily basis. I'm really dialing in my EC and making sure to mix it at 1.1 EC and making sure my runoff is from 1.1-1.4. I started playing with the mix as I am getting used to the grow schedule and how the base nutrients effect the EC. I have found that doing 50% of the low strength calendar hits me right at my target EC and I don't have to dilute my mixture after. The smells continue to be strong and fill my house up. The weight is starting to make the colas lean over which is nice because it's opening up the canopy to get more light in. I'm very excited to see what the buds look like in week 7 and then we are on to ripening stage, flush, and then finally harvest!!

Most are transitioning from veg to flower this last couple of days. All fairly small plants but I kinda expected so much due to the weather in the UK and the amount of medium they have too.

Well I flushed her this week. Only water. As you can see she is getting fatter and she is still shooting pistils. So I am just waiting till she stops doing that then she will be ready to harvest.👻

Week 4 and buds are beginning to fatten up nicely, I’ve changed the position of the gelato and one of the Zkittles to improve light penetration into the canopy as the leaves have began to defoliate themselves from the plants. This being said all plants are looking green and healthy and show minimum environment stress. Hopefully this change in the canopy will allow each of the strains to grow to their full potential with the limited space that I have.

She is developing the fastest out of the 4 plants. Growing well this week.

#seedsman420growoff and #SeedsmanSeeds 📆 Week 5, 25-31 May 2024 25-27 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 28 May - Defoliated plant. 29 May - Placed scrog ring on trellis system, bent top of plant over 90 degrees, adjusted and spread branches (see pictures). 30-31 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 I’m very pleased with the way this plant has responded to the nutrient schedule so far. Now it is time to see how she will do with training. I like using a version of the scrog method most because it gives me the greatest space for bud growth overall. My experiences have taught me that under these lights there is about 15-18” worth of quality vertical bud potential. Anything below that line is only draining on the plant, and not receiving adeqate DLI. So I dont need to focus on a tall plant - rather a wide one. Now that she is under a scrog the DLI has a significant canopy increase. What I’ve done with this plant is cut all side shoots off the main branches up to the scrog. She will grow for another week to allow all for growth to develop just above that and then be flipped to flower. I’ve never grown this plant before, but assumeing she can double her size during pre-flower, I’ll have plenty of room in my grow tent. The Trellis System: is made with 1/2” (12.7mm) white, SharkBite PEX, 1/2” pex clamps, small screws/nuts #6-32 x 3/8 in (to hold clamps opposite each other, this is what holds the structure together, side bars, rings, scrog), 1/2” pex straight coupling connectors (to connect rings, and extensions), nylon tape and nylon cord. The frame design is independant from the bucket and can be put on anytime before or after the start of the grow. It simply snaps together (nothing needs to be crimpted), the rings stay in tact with coupling and tape, the netting is strung once for the most part, I prefere 2” squares, and held in place by clamps. The size of the rings depends on the size of your pot, the bottom and top ring are measured seperately. The scrog ring is determined by the size of the tent or desired spread. It takes 5 side bars evenly spaced apart and snapped on the bottom ring 1st to hold the frame sturdy in place, their length should start flat from the bottom to about 8” above the top of the bucket. Place the pot into the bottom ring with 5 side bars already attached, lift up the bars, then put on and attach the top ring, this prevents it from moving. Both are then placed on a 12” Bonsai turn table for easy access and observation of the plant. The final scrog is placed on when the desired height is close to being achieved, then maneuvered down over the plant. A simple design that allows you to easily adjust the netting (place extenders on side bars faceing in opposite direction for additional height) and opens many other possabilities for training. DFIe Buds entwickeln sich sehr gut :) diese Woche war relativ enbtspannt da ich hauptsächlich nur Gießen musste und das ein oder andere Sonnensegel entfernt habe damit ausreichend licht auf alle Buds fällt allerdings bin ich damit leider noch nicht fertig :)

Start of week 12! Christina is maturing a little faster than Destini but Destini has some big buds and just seem to be getting bigger. The cool nights have helped keep the temps in the high 70s so the plants should be packing of some sticky terps. Watering every other day and Ill keep feeding her this week but once Destini shows signs of maturity I will be only phed balanced water till harvest. Its just time now! Day 52: Light schedule 12/12, 200 ml water per plant per day, one-day bat guano the other day Epson salt as fertilization. Pre flowers out, except Blue Sherbet S1 but she is Sativa so slower than the others. I retrained them tried to separate the side branches. I also removed bigger fan leaves and at the bottom part to have better air flowing and the light can go through more efficiently, plus I changed their current positions so I placed to different corners. All good so far. Day 54: I uploaded video as well. They are so BEAUTIFUUUUUUL❤️ Day 55: Nice... So 24K Gold very bushy and nice lot flowers. Blue Sherbet S1 is slower due to Sativa dominance but it is coming. Fruit Tree the same very nice bushy a lot of flowers. Zkittlez remains small she is the smallest but pre-flowers are nice coming along. The smell is getting stronger. Day 56: They are developing nicely. I am waiting for harvest tho.....😂 Day 57: The smells getting stronger. My girlfriend noise is blocked 😂😂😂😂

Our Fruit Punch Automatic are both doing great. Remember that we are growing 1 Plant worked with the techniques and one left to grow without cutting techniques to preserve its speed. In this diary we find the plant that is growing straight, just a little defoliation. I exaggerated with the Nitrogen a little and we have some yellow tips, we will use it to explain the problems on Zamnesia, but I did not do it on purpose, it remains a small mistake that if possible is to be avoided. Small if it does not go much further now the plant is taking bloom but up to a couple of days before the photos it took ALga Grow. The comparison is the salt of the experience so the plant in the other diary will be worked very differently go and see it to compare them. We have started the Plagron fertilization program, we are in 100% organic configuration, the soil is recycled Promix + 1/3 fresh soil + 10% Perlite + RQS Mycorrhiza Mix (4 g in the mix, 1 g under the small fiber pot). Plants seem to have just dropped into flower🎉 all seem healthy to me, just took a few of the bottom leafes off for the air to circulate better. What does everyone think? Do they look healthy for their age? 2x sugar mama are shooting up past the other 2
