So This week was the same as the last really, It seems all I have to do is sit back and watch these ladies do their thing! Ive not gone full on with the bloom supplements or PK yet as only 2/5 of the GG are seriously flowering. The other 3/5 GG are now Finally showing some signs of flower and some tops are starting to build and lowers producing more pistils each day! The Stardawgs continue to explode, even some friends who were sceptical about the performance of the Quantum board LED's have been flow away by the results. All of the buds seem to be building dramatically top to bottom which no shortage of frost! Macro shots on the way!!

I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. This is my second feminised cultivation ever. First, I'm just going to say something about my grow room. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps for bloom. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. This plant has been going strong for sometime now. I’m starting this grow diary so soon because I need to keep track of how much longer I have until it’s ready for harvest. I already forgot what day I switched to bloom lol. But I’ll be posting weekly. With better pictures.

Well shit..... Here is a reminder for everyone out there, calibrate your pH monitoring equipment on its recommended schedule! Of all the things to forget about. Sigh. My pH has been out of whack, looks like it was far to low and I have been effectively starving the plants of phosphorus. At least is what the leaves are starting to show, a definite deficiency. It was hard to see on the right plant at first as the purple hit the spots rather well. They just started turning necrotic in places. It really jumped out on the left plant and was easier to spot. It was reading 6.1 but was more like 5.2 Lesson learned, stay on top of that pH. I think it is time to retire these old Milwaukee MC120's in favor of some newer models. I could just replace the probes and double down on the calibration but I've had these things for nearly ten years now. I think sitting in that moderately humid environment has taken its toll on the internals. They aren't exactly made well. Oh well, these won't end up looking perfectly pretty in the end I guess. Given that I already wasn't to happy with the pheno, I'm not expecting much from these plants now.

Apr 09: Things are chuggin along, i think light may have been a factor in the brown spots, seeing similar symptoms on one of the other plants but very very minor in comparison.... I think it was too little calmag, i may have locked them out mid veg by using high concentration of nutes without watering till runoff (i now know, that is a no-go), and light stress. i have had them under 850-1050 ppfd when flipped to flower... one of them is loving the light, one is big and bushy (had to defoliate later than i wanted), and one has good bud structure but pistils seem thin, and growth seems slower (the one with the brown polkadot party on its body) so thinking it may be stunted. either way, im seeing denser buds, and im learning the ropes, thats enough for me :) Apr 12: Last feed day... Trichomes look just about ready, will do 2 runoff waterings 48hrs apart, then 24-36 hr darkness... Will try to post trichome pics.... Super excited to see the improvements from this run vs last run...!

There was a very high heat wave in my country! For the past week we had 40 ª Celsius during day time and 30ª during night time. I lowered the led potency to minimal settings and it workerd really good. The strais are the same and it is really easy to see the differences between them.

Last bonzai pound cake has been in dark for 3 days , absolutely covered in frost! It's my favourite Smelling strain from Fastbuds so far . Unreal! Next week harvest ❄️🙌❄️🙌❄️🙌❄️

I harvested one of the plants last week, and it finish drying today. The buds are small and airy well because the that plant is not in best condition but still pretty good for first grow. I harvested another plant today, and still one remains maybe i’ll give it another week before harvest. I will update this post for the taste and weight of the plants. (I don’t have a weighing scale) UPDATE 1: The buds of the first plant is ready to smoke. It smells citrus and fruity but when i smoke it its earthy and woody taste. Maybe its because of the early harvest or it didn’t developed right.

Week 4 in the books. They've suffered a lil nute burn or whatever it seems to be but all good for the moment. Ive LST'D these babies. I've given them their concoction of lotus nutrients , superthrive, fish shit, cal mag and stash blend.
