this went basically as bad as i couldve expected for a first harvest. i didnt flush, it obviously is very harsh, but actually not as bad as i expected. to yield a gram though, i mean i had some serious issues and inexperience. but i hope to try again with expert seeds down the line

Starting into Week 7 Flower, week 13 total Mandarin Cookies smelling out of this world! Very nice and sparkling trichs! Silver Kush #1 is filling in and getting some nice buds, #2 is pretty far behind. I’ve got a feeling #2 might be destined for the hash bag. Not much weight on that little lady yet. 3 - Madarin Cookies are two in back and one in center; 2 - Silver Kush are two up front; 2 gallons water/nutes per 5 plants, alternating with plain water (just calmag, malassis, Ph. 6.4) every other day. Ph.6.4 (1.5 C.F.) Fox Farm Ocean Forest, mixed with (1.5 C.F.) garden soil, fills (5) 5 galllon fabric pots perfectly. (50/50 mix.) Again, The new version of Spider Farmer SF-4000 is an awesome light, for anyone wondering. Can’t say enough good things about this light! This is my first LED, so still trying to figure it all out. I ended up moving the light higher up, to about 18” from the highest buds, to stop the curing and mild heat stress. Power outage was a long few days, but the plants seem to be bouncing right back from it. Quality doesn’t seem affected, but end weight might have been hurt slightly. Oh well... what can ya do!

First off, I hope all who visit this journal watch the timelapse. I'm very happy with how it turned out. The GSC is in the foreground. Comparing the beginning to the end shows just how dramatically my plant has grown in the past week. This plant now has a photo-period neighbor! I have changed the light schedule back to 18-6 to accommodate. Her chronicles will be in a separate journal. Towards the end of week two, I noticed the leaves were forming brown spots that I took as a sign of calcium deficiency. To treat this, I used a gallon of (hard) tap water, adding calcium to the reservoir. Luckily this seems to have done the trick! The spots have been absent on all subsequent leaf growth. Sometime in the middle of this week, I had to re balance the pH from ~7 to ~6. Perhaps this pH fluctuation came from the tap water transfusion. In an effort to raise the RH in the tent, I've repetitively spilled a small amount of water on the floor of the tent. Doing this keeps the RH around 45-50%. I've made some other small changes to my grow setup as shown in the pictures. Prior to this week, I'd thought my plant was hopelessly behind developmentally compared to other user's because I'd compare their week two plants to mine. Luckily, this week has seen some growth! It's crazy how fast they shoot off after their first three-fingered leaves form. The first "real" set of leaves to grow in (not three-fingered yet), seemed to take forever to grow into their full size while not much else (besides the roots) seemed to grow. This week's three-pointed leaves have practically fully formed already. Alongside them, are the beginnings of yet more leaves! I'm not certain what I will do this next week. I may start LSTing this plant, though I'm not sure when exactly I should do this. My original plan for my plants was to implement a screen of green using a trellis. I have sense realized this may not be the best approach while using a DWC, because water changed would be made much more difficult. Have any of you DWC growers experiment with this? Is it worthwhile? I will likely not replace the water for another week, though that's not set in stone. I appreciate any advise regarding the training techniques I mentioned, water switch outs and anything else that may be relevant to this grow. I will more than likely ask a few designated questions. In my experience they just don’t keep up with the plants growth rate in general and only take away from it's overall potential. 🌿 Week 3 – SEEDSTOCKERS Amaretto Tarmac Auto We’re now in week 3, and our beauty has reached around 15 cm in height! We’ve started LST (low stress training) and gently bent our plant to promote better light exposure and bushier growth. 🌞🌱 Also began feeding with Xpert Nutrients veg-phase fertilizers — time to boost that green energy! 💧 Everything is looking great so far — stay tuned!

A stackin we will go a stackin we will go. Well she is doing great and really putting on some serious mass. I grew this auto under 24 hour light a day for the first 7 weeks and the result was zero stretch between nodes. She just stacked solid colas all the way around. I'm really impressed by how big and solid this autos buds are. Today was my first inspection of trichome development and all are cloudy from the top of the plant to the very bottom along with about 90% red and curled in pistils. So I'm thinking at least two more weeks or until half the trichomes are ambered up what ever comes first. Can't wait to try this strain because she is really starting to develop a strong cheesy skunk smell and her trichome production is on overdrive. Happy growing, Cheers!!!

Let's talk about our Jealousy girls from Zamnesia Seeds. We have one Jealousy (1) at 15 weeks and another Jealousy (2) at 14 weeks. Jealousy (1), nicknamed 'the first,' has been on a water-only regimen for two weeks now. For the past three days, instead of regular watering, we've been adding ice to her pot to give her a little stress. Meanwhile, Jealousy (2), or 'the second,' is still enjoying her nutrient diet with TDS at 1800 ppm and pH at 6.2. However, Jealousy (1) has started showing signs of yellowing leaves and around 30% of her trichomes have turned brown. We're planning to harvest Jealousy (1) by the end of the week on March 3, 2024. As for Jealousy (2), she's still growing strong!

Number 2 pheno might herm on me so I have to watch but I have limited plants and I really want to keep these genetics so I need atleast one female. Number 3 the mutant stopped growing before I topped, or maybe not stopped but it threw out pistils at the apical meristem and not producing leaves so I topped to see if I could promote side growth but it hasn't worked; I'm going to keep her around just for the fun of it. 4 is my hope of producing female and a good clone.

The High intensity was to strong (clearly my fault) in the beginning which stunted her overall stretch, she however still delivered super dense, terpene and trichome loaded buds.
