This week has been excellent for my Black Cherry! Five days ago, it received its first pruning. It was defoliated a bit and the top was pinched. I want to see how the genetics react to stress and how it copes with it. The side shoots have been tied back as best I could. A beautiful bushy growth is slowly forming!

When it should start flowering?

Start of week 7 and plants are taking off The indica dominate phenos are showing signs of crowning and the sativa dominate phenos budlets are starting to connect. 2 more weeks of fertilizer then straight water till harvest.( 10 week flower) Also killed off 6 sativa dominate ( clones) they just take too long to set their flowers.

Well she is coming to the end. I looked at her tricomes with a 60x handheld microscope and she has about 90% milky and 10% clear, with the occasional amber one. I thought about pulling her today but the smaller flowers look like they need more time. Also, I read someplace that if you think you are ready to harvest, wait a week as there is a 2 week window and waiting one week will put you in it. I have been giving her just tap water ph to 5.8-6.0 with the occasional extra gallon flush as I can not empty my basin right now. The root picture looks a little brown, but that's just the lighting. I reached in and checked the roots, no slime or odd smell. After I maneuver her around (bending her colas away from lamp) my hands smell like a pine air freshener or grass, (not like cannabis)? I have now supercropped 3 of her larger colas which can not be seen from the photos, but they are all the size of my wrist in circumference and about 6 inches long. While some have some toasted leaves, I think the buds will be fine. The extra cfls hanging on the outside have really made a difference in popcorn production! If I get an ounce out of this I am considering it a win, however I'm thinking it might be more, we shall see. Thank you for following my grow. Buds are fattening and the smell is a mix of gas, berries and something else funky I cant put my nose on it

Defoliated these ladies, still have the feeling that not enough I took down. What do you all think? Overall condition is great and buds are surprisingly well established at this stage. Stems already shaking some more weight and they gonna drop down easily.

All caught up. Transplanted into 3 gallon pots. Lightly watered with some calmag and recharge Roots were good and just about ready for the upgrade. No pics but I’ll keep this in mind for my next grow and take some. I know I looked on here and watched YouTube videos to see how was done and it has been very helpful

Earlier in the week, I saw a discolored bud, and upon closer inspection, I found bud rot. Ugh. I immediately cut off the infected bud and the one closest to it. I looked through the canopy but couldn't see any more affected buds. Right after, I went out of town for a few days to Mary Jane, the big Cannabis Conference in Berlin. It was the first one after legalization, and it was wild. I had an awesome time, and it was great to meet up with friends while in Berlin. What wasn't so great was seeing more signs of budrot when I returned home—those days of +85% humidity at the start of last week made the botrytis go brr. Sigh :( Checking the trichomes showed it was still early to harvest, but I decided to chop anyway to save the unaffected buds. I also decided to hang each branch separately, as it would allow me to inspect each one closely to ensure no affected buds made it into the drying tent. Another reason is to decrease the drying time. Usually, I prefer a long dry, but due to botrytis, I aim to speed up the process. Overall, I found 12-15 affected buds, and of course, they're always the nicest-looking buds. I don't care about the yield loss, as more than enough is still left. I only hope the remaining buds are unaffected, and I'll inspect them daily throughout the dry. Now we wait. And hope.

And after 2 rainy days and a sunny one after them, here comes Harvest day !! 😎 THe plant was sorrounded by a lot of bugs , as you can appreciate in the photos, it was neccesary to clean up the material... Never done this before but watched a video of Jorge Cervantes where he was cleaning the buds with H202 THe concentration was 200-250 ml with 22l, and i used 6l of water with 50 ml of H202 at 3%.... After the bath, like 90 % of the bugs are gone.. Im happy with te results, the buds/flowers are nicely lined up at the same height, and the aroma is really nice,but im curing the weed a couple of months at least... Today rolled up one and the taste is sweet on the exhale with spicy tones in the mouth too, but a proper cure is needed until full flavor develops in my opinion :) Overall a nice experience, didnt expect that purple tones appearing in the end and didnt expect such intense smell too hahah really stinky plant.. She screams im here, dont care what you think about me hahaha It has been drying for 5 days as the buds werent too compact and didn took too much time to dry.. A couple amber tricks, buds are getting heavy and falling over 😯 starting my flush with flawless finish tomorrow and gonna harvest at the end of next week 😁 Had a friend do a pre harvest smoke test from a bud I cut off for him last week, he smoked it last night and said it is fire 🔥

Well, I came back after vacation, and this is what I found: it jumped up to the light.... I made a little cropping and tried to use more LST, the problem is that it no longer fits :D :D :D but at the same time, it's really interesting to me trip :)also, several rings are already affected by the light, my 50w light currently shines at 100%, maybe it would be better to reduce it to at least 80%?.

Pics are from 1/18-1/24 Girls are still behaving really well!! My “fan leaf” OCD has been kept in check, and am proud of myself!! The only other annoying thing, is that, one plant is almost twice as long, as the other 3!!
