Gold Sativa has been growing good. Been focused on root pruning the last week. Something I should of been doing from the beginning. I increased her nutrition slightly. Likely 2 weeks till I change light schedule. Depending on how fast the roots recover. I am in no hurry really. What a beautiful strain! This pheno came to me from a 3 pack and has got some strong OG Kush resemblence: long and weak branches, light green leaves in flower, thick buds with little leaves and a strong smell of lemon, earth and cleaner. Skunky flavours from critical mass are not noticable. Very nice palette indeed. A pretty straight forward grow: I already knew the cultivar and was able to give her just about what she needed at each point of the grow. The end result is a plentiful harverst of very aesthetically and psychoactively pleasing cannabis buds.

Hey Guys! Super excited this week! I've really been wanting to try growing outdoors, so I built a cheap hoop house! Got most of this stuff for the frame from Lowes under 300$. All the soil products I got from GrowGreenMI. Some really cool people out there. One thing I'm super worried about is drainage. Right now those holes are about 4 feet deep and they've got about 4 inches of water in them already. What's been cautioned is that, eventually, about 2 months in these plants roots will grow and reach the bottom and cause root rot to form. One of the biggest things I was trying to be wary of was causing root rot. This was also the biggest precautionary measure I took when mixing the soil. Adding the extra perlite, coco, and clay pebbles. Best advice right now is to build the soil up on the holes another 16 to 18 inches and possible stick a PVC pipe down to the lowest drainage point of the hole to allow some of that natural occurring water to evaporate. Any advice anyone has on it is welcomed! Making a compost tea for the soil outdoors, will probably put 2 cups in each RDWC bucket as well and let that do it's magic for a day or so before nutrient change. Raised the bed about 14 inches as well! All the seeds sank! Off to a good start! Lol

So everything took off in flower, I was super harsh with the defoliating which initially I regretted, but was surprised with how they packed out during the following weeks. In general it's impressive how hardy these plants are. Even the outdoor grows yielded some quality. Add some more nuets (overdrive and carbo load), before flushing about 14 days before harvest, next time I'll do this earlier and really the Runtz could have gone another week but my drying needs to happen in the same space as my growing for now. Apologies for the quality of image, I'm just using my phone and some bits I have to document, I collect records too, so expect weird noises lol. Build a rotating plat from a lazt susan I found, has been the best piece of kit added this season.

trimmed and netted the plants last night, 12/30, and the energy pushed the plants to stretch another 1/2 inch+ this will be the last week of vegetation as I prep this light leaking tent for flower, not a fan of mars hydro at all right now. their poles are the weakest I've encountered yet, too many light leaks and this is the first grow with it. My high cfm fan , which is only a 4", is pulling the fabric too much and causing the leaks to grow a bit. This is not new, its been happening with indoor tents for a while now but I thought a grow company such as MH would have a decent, respectable tent. My solution is Blackout Curtains draped over the sides. However, I am hesitant to do this with the MH tent as the poles for the tent are too weak as it is, tsk tsk tsk mars hydro. will continue to increase the watts the next 6 days HAPPY NEW YEAR a combination of light and fresh soil has made the plants stretch so I will finish tightening up the MH tent today and ill start flower tomorrow, day 62. while adjusting the height I must have nudged the dial for the dimmer and sent it to 184w. this would have been a big jump but manageable but I lowered the light 7" and the plants took a bit of a hit. I adjusted the light back down to 160w and I'll let the plants recover before anymore adjustments.

Made the flip to flower to start this week. Did a bunch of lst to get the side branches booming for the Scrog. Put a second net right above her to start things off spacing and structre wise. Second she starts to stretch its scrog game on! Got her on a well balanced diet to support her transition period. Can't wait to see her explode and take off! Start rowing me out some colas! Week 10 Not so bad. I switched the light to flowering mode: 12h/24 end of week 9, just after the plants recovered from the stress period caused probably by a nutrient excess: lot of burned leaves. Green Punch was seriously injured, already weakened by Aphids. Treatment: sprayed Fertiliigène (Rapesseed oil) to eradicate this pest. Did it when lights off— 12h in darkness is better. Defoliation, cutting some low branches. Want to be sure that the grow tent and the room will be clean to start the seeding of the next session in 10 days. Light Ts 1000 x 2 — 85% Watering: 2 weeks without nutrients except Cal/Mag and Enzymes yesterday. AK47 and Bubble Gum are the most developed and healthy 👌with a regular canopy Sour Glue is stretching since few days, developing lot of blooming sites 👍 Royal Gorilla look still stressed 🤞 CaliFunk is still short, solid and bushy, look vigorous 🤔 Green Punch, always the last: injured and attacked by pest, recovering slowly but surely 👎

I stopped giving them nutrients at all since it's almost harvest time :) I guess about two weeks or so to go. I watch her trychomes all the time :) Some of them seem to get brownish :) They look and smell amazing!

Plant is growing well. Transplanted them from a 1 gallon pot into a 3 gallon pot this week.

So despite many obstacles and hurdles, we are on the last week of flowering hopefully the heat stays down for the next few days, and I can get some color into these nugs the sativa Room may need a few more weeks no big deal. This is typical of sativa leaning strains. this will give me a bit of a stagger in between harvest so I don’t have to do all the work in one day which is a good thing .

They grew and flowered very fast the one plant got very dense buds the other many small frosty ones

5/28 Leaves are looking a lot better now that they have some room to spread themselves apart, no signs of furthering nutrient problems or overwatering issues. 5/29 Noticed what I'm pretty sure is a potassium deficiency. Freaked me out at first but the browning tips looks exactly like the picture I see online. It's not very widespread so I cut the effected leaves off, I'm hopeful it's residual effects of the insanely high ec. Regardless of the issues the plant is still growing really well and I was able to tie down a main branch around the entire pit almost except one area, but that ended up making it easier to water. 5/30 Potassium deficiency has spread a little but not much. Even though I watered till runoff yesterday (as I always try to do) the plant was dry and light today, so I watered her with nutrient solution at about 1.3 EC and runoff was about 2.2, little too high 6/1 Calcium toxicity. Shows as brown reddish spots and can present as potassium, manganese, iron etc deficiencies which is exactly what I've been seeing. There was quite a few leaves showing the blackish rust color so I cut them all and watered with nute solution at ~.72 EC. Will see if the problem continues to develop, however judging by the color of the growing shoots she is still growing quickly. 6/2 I found a couple of leaves that had evidence of damage but they were so hard to find I could very well have missed them the other days. I cut all effected leaves I could find off again, and will check tomorrow. Rearranged the plants a little to avoid this one from getting blasted by space heater. Untangled all growing shoots. 6/3 Found I think two or three effected leaves, mostly already effected leaves that I had just cut the currently effected blades off of the other days, and one leaf that looked too far damaged to be new damage but I will remain vigilant. Watered clean water, runoff ~1.75EC, almost where I want it.

Hola 🗿 Time to start counting days. 1. Lazy is still lazy. Have to change it for sparepart if doest stand up soon. Edge Drop first root to water but doent yet have first leafs. Green and Purple chilling and growing first leafs. 2.5 lazy changed to spare. 2 have already roots in water. Lets hope spare catch them up quickly. Edge has some problems but new leafs growing. 3.5 Spare growing nicely. 3 others have roots at water. All off them Big enough to be seen in one picture. Purple nutz have wide leafs compared to Green. 4.5 roots branching nicely and everything goes like dance. 5.5 spare have now roots also in water. Nice catch up. 6.6 growing fast. With High Hopes 🍀
