Flush

Beginning a 2 week flush, just tap water from my bathroom.. nothing special lol smell is getting very dank

This is my favorite plant at the moment, she is looking really healthy. I cut back on the nutrients a bit and next week I'll begin defoliating and lollipopping her.

July 6: looking good stating week 11. Nice response to the last round of topping to form a 16 cola manifold. After a couple more days of growth I’ll do another scrog layer to open it up further to the sun. So far so good. 👍 July 7: added scrog net. This is tied to half filled water bottles that can move if the plant catches some wind. Main reason at this growth stage is to help expose the growth tips and to hold down the fan leaves. Basically, I’m doing this instead of tomato cages because cannabis plants are tough and a net is better than a metal cage. July 8: hot 33 C today. Extra water, misting during peak sun, and some seaweed extract in the water. Continuing to mist regularly to make up for low humidity. Plant looks nice and green and vigorous. Growing at more than an inch per day now. July 9; hot again. Misting every few hours and foliar of seaweed extract and potassium silicate to help beat the heat. July 10: hot but this should be the peak day. Re-scrogged using a loose scrog layer. The overnight low here was almost 20 C which is super warm. Started another (third) lazy compost tea. Ingredients in a 5 gallon pail are 4 gallons (16 L) of water, compost, shredded coco coir fibre so bacteria have physical media to grow on, 1 tbsp of seaweed extract and humic acid blend, and 0.8 mL/L of Monster Maxx. About 1.5 tbsp of blackstrap molasses. No pH adjustment yet, and will let stand until end of day to allow some bacterial growth. July 12: made it through the heat wave and she looks great this morning.

Topping didnt seem to stunt the grow. On Day 15, i added some training stakes. This being my 2nd grow overall, i couldve done way better there, as youll see in the coming weeks. Plant A has had one Sidenode growing faster than the opposing one and it led to a bit of asymmetrical grow, though thats my mistake, not the BPPs. also, for future grows, i'd train the top nodes down even further, as they would soon overtake the other ones. I planned to have 4 main stems but ended up with a weird 2-2 hybrid, lol. But oh well! you live and learn haha. i ramped up the ppfd to around 500. Again, they probably couldve easily taken more. i watered 1.5 Liters on Day 15 - Giving 2.5 ml/L of rootjuice this time and ramping up biogrow to 2 ml/L. This was the first time i had a little bit of runoff to measure the drain ph, which was 5.9 and 5.7 respectively, quite ok, but a tad on the low end for my taste, so for future waterings i reminded myself to give slightly higher input ph.

Finally flipped the lights over to flower mode and took the humidifier out of the tent. So far so good we are gonna keep watching to make sure we didn't over do the nuts. Don't want any Nut burn that can be annoying. make sure you hit the follow button

Noch ein/zwei Wochen, dann wird sie zwei dunkel gestellt, um nochmal das letzte rauszuholen. 🇺🇸 Everything looks great! The smell is very fruity and intense, the buds are nicely swollen and rock-hard. Just one or two more weeks, then I’ll put her in the dark for a bit to get the last bit out. 🇪🇸 ¡Todo se ve genial! El aroma es muy afrutado e intenso, los brotes están bien hinchados y duros como una roca. Solo una o dos semanas más, luego la pondré en la oscuridad un poco para sacar lo último.

Smells crazy on this now! Just had 3 days of dark and a flush of flawless finish. Chopped and drying in tent this week Not took any thing off as i want it to be slow dry and try and keep some of that weight. Harvest very soon🔥🔥

Pretty much the same state as last week, plants growing well, still have the runty Pink Kush plant but its pushing flowers out well and getting some good colour to it. Red Pure plants are growing great though one of them has some leaf spotting but its not seeming to hinder growth. Nutes same as last week, only watering when I get a full finger-depth of dry Coir and checking with soil probe for pH and Moisture too, getting a regular pH7 in the soil, I've got some pH Down to add a drop into my tap water just to ensure I'm watering with the right pH.

Week six! Day 37 - Photographed and fertigated 5l each Day 39 - Photographed. These plants have realised they have space and are starting to stretch out. Day 42 - Now that I have internet I can start uploading videos. Thanks Elon! These girls are stretching for the light, which is probably because of the mylar sheeting. Week 7 Flower We've finally started flush 💦 on Day 43. I still run EM1 at 1ml/ltr as it goes a long way once activated/stretched. It's always going to be a benefit to keep any microbes you can in the coco. You can also use Mammoth P throughout flush, but due to its price I just stick to EM1 in flush. There's plenty of other microbes that can be used too. I flush around twice the pots' volume at 6pH. But before flooding the pot I slowly pour water through the centre of the pot, around the stem, in order to take a true reading of the ppm and pH of the run off. If the ppm/ec reads a lot higher than your average feeding throughout bloom, then there's been issues such as a lockout, incorrect pH, over feeding etc. This wasn't the case, as this girls' was at the right level. If the pH is too high or low, I adjust the pH of the rest of the water that'll be flushed to try to fix it. Again, this wasn't the case with this girl as she had a perfect pH 👌👍 Just before all of the water has gone through the pot, I take one last reading from her last bit of run off. The ppm should be down to no more than 100ppm for the first flush (+starting ppm of water if using tap water). After the first flush the ppm value of the run off will quickly go all the way down to 0, or at least below 50ppm (+tap water ppm). I use tap water that is between 150-190ppm, but I'm looking to switch to RO as soon as I can. I still get a very good flush, but I think using RO water will be the next step in getting a more thorough flush as it won't contain even the small amount of nutrients and metals that tap water contains (along with any harmful chemicals). Always remember to bubble or let the water sit for 24-48hrs before feeding to your plants. That goes for all feedings in every stage of growth if using tap water. Because I keep fairly low temps in the Den she's starting to turn a beautiful dark purple. Her buds are still swelling and smelling like a nice gassy OG, with hints of citrus/tropical fruits. I'm really looking forward to taking this girl down, but after at least another week! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

Was really worried the whole time through out my grow as I am a Newbie and this was my first grow. Thanks for all the help provided by users on growndiaries. Much appreciated. Had great result from my solo cup. 12.6 grams of dried bud. Time for curing and let that smell build up. Fingers crossed will taste better but smells amazing. Zesty smell when crushed. More confident for my next grow. Hopefully will be more fun and relaxing growing.

Harvested some more buds that were ready, left the rest to mature, because why not 😁 Won't be long for the rest to finish.
