For the most part the girls did well other than the Durban Poisons getting some rapid purple leaf on both plants at the same time. One morning temps hit 15c due to an error with my new heater. Hoping that is what the cause is. Got tired of chasing fungus gnats so I decided to fight fire with fire and be a little proactive and release ladybugs and a few million nematodes 🧐🤓. Nematodes will become a weekly part of all growing in the future. As will ladybugs just to ensure they help keeps mites and gnats at bay. For some reason it won't let me add smoke report or final dry weight. She had a yeild of 135grams dry. Unfortunately a stuff up with the light timer produced slightly looser, airy buds. Quality was ok nothing special.

8/22/2021 - Did some mid-flower defoliation to increase airflow and to prevent mold and mildew. - Split the top right main from trying to train her down and spread out the canopy, supporting with tape and twist ties. 8/23/2021 - Top right main is still vigorous after split.

Week 11 for Kalini Asia by Zamnesia seeds, Shes looking just prefect where she is right now. Im thinking 2 more weeks and she will be more than ready to flip to flower. Would just like her to get a little bit wider so light can get to the lowers too.

My experience overall can be best described as an interesting enlightening process. Since it was my first time growing it was definitely a learning experience. From the height being as tall as it was to the high winds in the area making it difficult to keep them from toppling when the buds were reaching full maturity. Thinking it would have benefited from more topping than just the once. The terps that this strain has are exquisite!! I am going to miss walking by them towering over me and just breathing in their berry cream aroma, taking in the sweetness like I had just had some dessert. Really enjoyed this strain and hope to grow it again sometime. Thanks for checking out my first grow 🌼💚✌️

Well last feeding was Tuesday so will be all water from here out. Excited to cut these ladies down soon. Two weeks of flush and I’ll let them do their thing. If I see anything going wrong I may cutdown early or I may chop Betty a week before Vanna to see if I get any differences. We had a hot week last week but they seem to be fine. Heat got to about 85 last Saturday but it cooled down quickly at night. Here they are. In all their glory.

I have missed a week or two since last update due to all sorts of personal problems and not taking videos or photos. The plants have grew a lot as they finally took off and they have been topped and tied down to create a table like canopy almost line mainlining but without taking smaller stems off

8/14/23 - Day 62 - The buds are getting bigger and starting to connect. There are so many buds so close together that for sure these are bound to be big buds. I'm noticing the smell is starting to get stronger as well. The roots are still looking great. We did another water change today, a couple of days late. I just forgot to do it. There are some pictures in here of my RO Water Setup. I have a water hose that I hook to the RO unit, and then it passes a 1:1 ration of water to wastewater. Right now, it's all done manually by me, but I have plans to make it automatic. I had to throw this update in as I was sitting at my computer. I opened the door to where the box is, and my wife said, "WHOA..... things are going well in there, huh?". I was in the room doing some peaking in the box. I then closed the door and went inside. My wife yelled that out from the other room, triggered by using her nose..... lol So now I need to air the room out before I open the door to leave after visiting the box. Lol, I need an airlock of sorts! I actually have a carbon filter and inline fan I could hook up and run when I walk into the room. I can have it turn off after X number of minutes......Looks like another project! 8/15/23 - Quick update. Today is day 63! 8/16/23 - Day 64 - Overnight, she looks much bigger. Sour wiz came out amazing. Not many problems during her grow. Each pheno came out really different but that’s from my doing. I trained each plant differently to see what the difference would be. Responds really well to stress and training. I can’t tell you in words how great the flowers are. They’re literally coated in trichomes and smell and taste so damn good. Fruity sweet gasoline. Week 8 Looking absolutely huge😂 They’re so tall and wide . Lots of healthy green leaves and strong roots. I was worrying a lot about sex issues as when I did my research I found out they’re quite common to hermaphrodite. Was really worrying but all calyx’s have female signs (so far🙏🏻) so pray for me brothers&sisters.
