flipped to flower a couple days ago. you'll see a defoliation in the timelapse, they bounce back just so quick it's insane. just barely started stretching yesterday/today. super excited for that and to see how my canopy / quadline works out in the end. i've gone down a whole living soil / organics rabbit hole recently with BuildASoil and One Straw Revolution etc etc. I really think I'm going to switch to large living soil beds for my next grow. That said, I've started adding in some foliar and root drenches with organic products - BuildABloom, fish hydrolysate, freeze dried coconut and aloe. Plants seem to really be enjoying it, after applying they just seem so happy. really happy with the smell I'm getting and don't even have pistils, much less flower yet. So that's pretty much where I'm at. Wyze camera dropped the ball on the timelapse for the...sixth week in a row. I set it up, it seems to be running fine all week and then at the end it's missing days and corrupted. I got my hands on a linux script to make timelapses out of the raw footage, so this week I'm just recording continuously and going to try and run that.

Yesterday I watered my Snow White and SpliffStrawberry Ppm where down to 100ppm. All 4 Plants will get a nice ice bath in a few days. My plan is to check the Tricomes on the SpliffStrawberry In a few more days she was still Milky when I check her yesterday. I will chop her down next weekend. These girls are doing well still. Responded well to their training and recovered from their topping. All is well and have watered twice in the last week.

With the majority of trichomes now turned milky with some turning Amber, i have decided to begin a 10 day flush using nothing but ph balanced water. Doing a shorter than normal flush as the plants with deficiencies don't have much nutes to use up.

Back to plain water, seeing some foxtailing and I love it. Dense dense nugs are no good for making hash I hear. My s/o and I are super excited to get her harvested and squished but am waiting for the 20% amber to chop. Thanks for the feedback on harvest time indicators. PLEASE COMMENT your go-to method/indicators for harvest time! Would love to see if everyone solely depends on trichombes or other methods such as pistils or leaves. *I am growing 4 plants here, but only tracking one.

Week 1 of my little bulb experiment. Plant is growing pretty well and the early structure seems sturdy. I don’t know what Im going to do for light once it out grows the Feit 9W. May just leave it in the window.

Dropped temperatures to 55-60F, added 2 hrs of darkness, and adding only water from 250 ppm - through finish. I guess I have to make them purple? Most trichomes are cloudy, so there isn’t time to freeze them to color. Going to chop in two days and call it a grow! Dumped half the res and dropped ppm to 0 and added FloraKleen. Will chop in a day or two. The bells toll…

Very beautiful dense and fruity smelling buds. This strain is definitely not something I recommend for mainlining, as she wants to flower very fast! It took me a couple tries to build a manifold out of her, but the buds are sooo dense and fruity smelling, the pictures really don't do them justice. She is definitely not a huge yielder, as I only got 41.9 zips wet, but I will be satisfied with 8-9 zips in 69 days if the buds taste anything like they smell. She is definitely a big feeder, and absolutely covered in trichomes. I will post a final dry weight and smoke report in a few weeks, thanks for stopping by, enjoy your weekend, and Blaze On!!!

We shall see what happens. I definitely put way less nutrients this time around and I followed with water to make sure 😂. Also it was my first time trimming leaves or defoliating so I felt kinda bad for my poor plants but they look healthier after a nice trim so it was necessary. Hopefully not. I had a problem with the water pump connection and i think it hasn't watered in two or three days, so a marks appeared at some leaves (calmag deficency i guess). Now that the problem is solved it won't be worse. The flowering is really nice, its starting to appear the darker color at buds

Temps were hard to control this week due to a heat wave and the fact I'm in a basement with no AC. I put the fans in the tent on too high a setting pointed right at the plants and they ended up with some wind stress which can be seen in the pics affecting the new growth. Bought a 6 inch inline fan to beef up the exhaust for the tent and this seems to have helped a lot. I moved the tent to its final location to allow access to ventilation so I can pipe the smell outside when the flowering starts. I started low stress training on both plants this week. I decided not to top either plant but I will for the next grow to see how it affects yields. I also fixed the other viovsun tent that had a broken zipper track and only one slider. Hopefully I can use it in the future for flowering photoperiod plants.
