So week 15 and she’s been chopped she’s is massive and she smells great the colour oof her is mesmerising I can’t wait to smoke her 🔥🔥🔥💨💨let these hang for 5 days then started removing buds from stalk and gave her a little trim I’ll leave her on nets for a few more days before putting her in jars it’s taken hours to get through these two plants some parts Easyer to trim than others buts it worth the hard work in the end the colours are amazing and the smell is ridiculous so sweet leaves my mouth watering the buds are very dense aswell very happy with her 🍒🍒🔥🔥🔥💨💨💨💨🍒🍇🍇

08/21/24. Going into week 8 flower Welcome back to hell. Just kidding.. kinda.. Day 57 out of the 71 stated. This girls definitely going the whole way, if not more. She’s trying to make up for time that was taken from her. With the way she’s filling out now, I’m like damn. What would she have been like had we not hit a huge long bump in the road?? I’m shocked at what she’s even doing honestly. Big ups to Pablita. 👊 I guess this diary can just be a testament to this strain being resilient af. Also, hopefully it can serve as an example that you can bring a plant back from near death. Anyhow, giving her plain water currently as I think there’s still some build up in her soil. I tried feeding her a bit and noticed immediate tip burns. Going do water again next time as well and then a VERY light feeding that time after and see the happenings. I’m just trying to take it as slow and easy as possible with her. With progress .. don’t wanna throw everything back to shit. She’s thirsty every other day. Drinks almost a gallon, and get about 10% run off. Guess that’ll be all for now. ✌️

Welcome to the next week of great adventure with young gorillas. The beginning of the week I started with a small flush with tap water at pH 6.3. I intend to change the 150W HPS lamp to brand new 250w plantstar this week. In next few days gonna use pk 13/14 One love for everyone 🌱🐒🌱🐒🌱🐒 P.S: mobile application is terrible, it is very difficult to update something, it always gets stuck during the upload of photo, no upload percentage. Already twice made me mess up the whole week EDIT: Additional HPS mounted 250w plantastar. Unfortunately, after purchasing the wattmeter, I discovered that my LED consumes only 220w of guaranteed 350w. I'm thinking about giving it back for a guarantee. The current energy consumption of the entire project is 810w / h

Haven’t been able to really check in daily. Been letting it go too dry I think and then messing up by over watering to try and compensate. I added nutrients in hope to make things healthy again but it seems to back fire yet again 😂. At least with this being my first grow I’m learning about the plants life cycle, the environment and myself. I will not be making the same mistakes. A part of me wants to dump all the existing plants and just start over fresh but I want to learn about the curing and harvest as well so if I do so then I’ll be taking away from the new growth in learning being my first time. I also ordered 2 books to help me get a little more educated. I will post the books later on I can’t recall the names of the top of my head rn. Anyways best of luck and blessing to everyone out there trying. 😎

With great joy I will start my second season growing cannabis. I hope to learn from some small mistakes from the first season where I was surprised by my performance as a first-time sailor cultivating the BlueDream strain. This season I left the 4 seeds of GorillaGlue 36hrs in a pot of water to break the dormancy. After that I used the napkin technique for more 42 hrs. So I put each one in a 5-gallon airpot, as they are automatic and go to harvest in the same pot. After 24hrs in the vase the first 2 little leaves came out. I made a homemade dome with a 2-gallon water bottle, cutting it into strips and lining it with plastic with some holes to keep the humidity high during this initial phase. We entered the first week of cultivation and unfortunately due to an oversight I got confused in the fertilizer table and clearly the dreaded overfert happened. I did a watering only with water to try to remove the excess fertilizer let's hope it works.

Transplanted in the afternoon of 10/23 because they were rooting out of the pucks. Got some humidity dome cups coming tomorrow and another inline fan to handle intake to try to dial in things a bit more. Growing well as the week ends, #1 is the big guy so far, growing really well. Sprayed with Neem Oil on 10/24 Fed Light Fox Farms Blend on 10/25 Treated with NemAttack on 10/26

Divine Seeds Auto Candy Outside Grow W2V2 June 15-21 I put auto Candy outside yesterday 6/18 since it was the first day of full sun in over a week. The Almanac pic shows that our month to date rainfall is 3.11 inches and 2/3 of it was in the last week. The expected weather is supposed to be sunny next week. Needless to say, the anticipated sunny days are a mixed blessing. The temperatures for the next 10 days will exceed 90f and with this heat the humidity often exceeds 65-70%. This means the” feels like” temperatures exceed 100F, Since she is transitioning to the outside, I gave her a light feed I49 grow. 2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. My homework. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. I started Flushing two plants as there nearing the end of there days. I'll start Flushing the others this week apart from the kalimist indica pheno as it started flowering 3 or so weeks after the others even though they were all forced together. (alkward bugger) Some of the plants are showing red /purple colours a little bit 👍
