Hi people 🤗 A lot has happened this week 😄 The 3 Blue Cheese and 2 Kosher Tangie Kush which have been in the flowering tent for 1 week have become very bushy 👍 Unfortunately I just noticed that I completely forgot to take pictures of the Blue Cheese Phenotype # 3 🤦‍♂️🏻 The picture will be given later. The rest of the Vegi tent is also progressing very well. They are repotted in 11 liter pots this week, and then come to the flowering chamber die the following week The next week there will be new pictures, until then I wish everyone a nice start into the new week 🙏🏻💪🏻 Let it grow 🍀🌱

Week 7

Beginning of Week 2, Day 8 everything is looking good. Auto OG berry seeds 3/3 did not sprout. Dead seeds. everything else came within 2 Days after soil plantin Day 9 We noticed some weird leaf spots. Maybe ph off... we can' treat ph yet. Added low dose Grow nutes 1ml/l to at least counteract the water ph a bit. They grow super fast and the soil was a 50/50 mix with light soil so We figured maybe a few nutes couldn't harm them. Transplanting will be in about 4 Days. Day 11 some spots on the first real leaves , probably just burnt, because of myco powder on the leaves on Day 4... Still growing fast. Lamp was raised to 30 cm. we would like to have a bit more stretch.. They also have a bit too much water imho, but we had to water one time before transplanting, which would be the 12th or 13th day. Only minor problems so far, if any:) Day 13 today we transplanted the plants into their final 5l containers. roots are looking amazing. mix is 75% composana and 25% lightmix. we also mixed more myko's in the soil around the old rootball about 1/3 up and topped off with soil. watered about 1.5l per 5l pot, ph'd water about 6.4 We are now gone over the weekend, and raised the lamps to about 40cm. monday new picures. they were looking real good the next morning after transplant and kept growing. We will see if everything is fine on monday when we get back. hopefully lots of new healthy growth.. we had to add about 5ml ph- (phosphoric acid 10%) to 10l tap water to get ph from 7.8 to about 6.4. no fert was added. only canna magnesium. hopefully the cheapo ph meter worked. next week topping will be happening between Day 18 and 21

Day 58 - Adding Big Bud Coco to the nute mix, seems that it's doing its job 😁 (Yes, I need a bigger closet 😅) Keep on growing 🙏😋 Day 63 - Haf some problems with my EC pen the last days, it wasn't clean so I overfeed a little bit but I noticed almost immediately so I've cleaned it and re-done the nute solution. Just a few tips of Gelato's leaves were burnt, nothing to worry about. I think 4 weeks from now and the Purple Lemonade will be ready for harvest, so other 5 days of Big Bud and then I'll switch to Overdrive for the final boost before ripen and flush 🙏

She splitted since the topping in 3 top Colas my special lil Girl 💚🧑‍🌾 And her big Sister handled the topping aswell really really great 💚 Smells like Teen spirit 💚💯🧑‍🌾

February 16, 2021 (Week 6, Day 43): Very nice canopies beginning to develop now. Growth sites are apparent and growing vertically. Had to slow Unknown 1 down just a little bit because it's outgrowing the other plants; brought branches down level with other canopies. I watered today with 4 liters per plant + 2ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 3ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 1ml/l Cal-Mag Plus at 5.6 pH. Runoff sitting at a perfect 6.5pH and 900ppm. Loosened all remaining LST ties to promote upward growth. It's officially wall-to-wall leaves in here now. I hope there's lots of great growth this week so we can switch to flower soon! Turned down humidity again. Now averaging 55% rH and 74℉. Please feel free to leave any feedback! Since this is my first grow I want to make sure everything is looking right! Happy growing! 👻 February 17, 2021 (Week 6, Day 44): Saw between .5-.75" vertical growth over the last 24-hours. Canopy is coming along nicely. Everything is growing very evenly - I only had to adjust one branch to keep it in-line with the others. Hopefully they'll continue to grow even with each other. Medium is still very moist after watering yesterday. Gelato 1 seems to be drinking a bit more than the others, but I'll keep watering on the same schedule to promote adequate drying of the root-zone. Averaging 55% rH and 77℉. No other news today. February 18, 2021 (Week 6, Day 45): Another half inch of growth overnight. These ladies are trucking along and flowering is just around the corner. With this growth I'll definitely be switching to flower on day 50. Medium is still moist, lightly tilled topsoil. LST is holding down the main branches well while allowing a bit of stretch. Hopefully this progress keeps up! Averaging 55% rH and 74℉. February 19, 2021 (Week 6, Day 46): Growth on growth on growth. Plants tacked on between .75-1" of new growth overnight. Soil was bone dry this morning and pots were super light. Watered with 4l per plant + 3.5ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 2ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 1ml/l Cal-Mag Plus @ 5.8 pH. Runoff sitting at 6.6 pH. The plants are starting to drink a lot and I barely got any runoff. I will add a quarter teaspoon of my Humboldt Nutrients Big Up flower powder to kick-start the plants and switch them to flower. I took four fan leaves off Unknown 1 as they weren't getting any light. Took all remaining LST ties off of Unknown 2 as it is lagging behind the others (as usual). Averaging 55% rH and 74℉. February 20, 2021 (Week 6, Day 47): Manifolding is coming along nicely. Defoliated bottom-most node on each growth stem on each plant. Soil is only moist after watering yesterday - these plants are getting thirsty as hell. Tilled half inch of top soil. Everything looks great today. The anticipation to switch to flower in a few days is killing me! Happy Saturday everyone! Averaging 55% rH and 75℉. February 21, 2021 (Week 6, Day 48): Another inch of growth overnight. We are up to 12" in total height now. Was aiming for about ~16", but since this is my first grow I am not trying to be exact, I just want to make sure these things fit in my tent after the flowering stretch. Everything is looking great for the switch in two days. Soil is slightly moist - tilled top half inch of soil. Adjusted a couple of branches on Unknown 1 to keep growth level. Plants are looking perfectly healthy! Gelato 1 is spitting out pistils and pre-flowers like she just can't wait to start. Smelling really creamy and sweet. Averaging 55% rH and 74℉. Nothing else for today. 😺 February 22, 2021 (Week 6, Day 49): It's the last day of veg! Plants will sleep at 8:00pm and wake up at 8:00am from now until harvest. Medium is quite dry but I will water tomorrow morning with my first batch of flowering nutrients. I'll use Advanced Nutrients Big Bud and Botanicare Sweet Raw for the first 4-5 weeks, and then I'll switch over to Humboldt Nutrients Big Up flower powder for the last several weeks to finish it off. I'll feed just a tiny bit of the finisher tomorrow to give the plants a potassium/phosphorus boost to induce flowering. Really excited for the next step in this process! Now I am trying to finish up my plan for drying and curing so I don't ruin all this work in the last week! Averaging 55% rH and 74℉. Stay tuned - the fun is just beginning! 👻

This week I started feeding them, just some organic BAC Grow and Calmag 2.0 and added some molasses for feeding the micro-life. I put the SP-3000 a little stronger until leaves started to pray a little. Keeping the humidity and temps in the ideal zone. I see the plants really enjoy this and I was growing a bit on the dry side with my other grows. I'm looking at my options for fimming or topping auto's, my experience is, don't mess with them too much. This is also why I chose to not over-pot them. They started in a cup of seedling soil surrounded by super soil. They have been growing though and are going faster by the day now. Coming days I will make the decision to top / fim or just LST only... Thank you for checking me out again. Hug Bud

Day 23 of flowering. They are still suffering from trips attack. Did a last EM5 foliar spray today. They receive almost every day 1ml/l from Flowermind, 2 time a week 5ml/l from a banana fermented fertilizer, and 1 time a week 10% of the dosage of a flowering mineral fertilizer.

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Man, it's been a crazy week. These past few days have been brutal – seriously cold with this crazy humidity. I don't know about you, but I'm sick of the chills and the way my skin feels all sticky. It's been a struggle, but I'm finally getting on top of things. I think I've figured out a good routine to dry things out around here, so hopefully, I'll be feeling a lot more comfortable soon. It's been interesting watching these permanent marker plants grow. One of them is still kinda lagging behind, but I think I've got the other one figured out. It's stacked so perfectly, and it's starting to look super sparkly, almost like it's got little crystals on it. I'm curious to see if the other plant will catch up.

The skunk apple runtz is still small but is moving along with new nodes. Of inremever right the leaves and just the way it grows reminds me of one of the parents of this plant and man that plant was awsome it just drank so much water amd was sturdy amd smelt of skunk and apples via the name I gave it This past week, the plants went from being weak little plants that had just been top and now they are on there way to being nice and sturdy. I could flip them to flower now if I wanted. I plan on letting them grow a few more nodes on each branch before I give them the flip. My hopes is I get longer colas if I let it ride out longer in veg cutting off all the lower growth b4 flower. I have had the light on 25% still but today I raised it up to 3o% I like to have them handling 40% nicely before I turn them to flower

Hey Friends, end of Week 10 from seed Colas are looking Very nice Noticed some orange color on some leaf tips so I lowered the amount nutrition when feeding I used a magnifier to have a closer look at the colas, trichomes used to looked like little crystals, now they are bigger and cloudy. So far no amber coloring on trichomes I need some advice as to when I should begin flushing and harvest Smell is slowly getting stronger, like a muffin with a small touch of gas ⛽️ Looking Forward in seeing some bud growth in the following week, will keep you guys posted!

Been a wonderful week! Defoliated for the last time until the flip and have great news! Have a new light on arrival TSW2000 and it will cover the whole space in the tent!
