2/8 (day 43 flower) Full drain and fill today. Replaced CO2 as well. Plants are maturing at different speeds so harvest will be interesting to say the least. After seeing the stress nanners from late last week, I decided to leave the nutriemts at a slightly elevated level until closer to the end of week 7. Top off nutrients are right around 450ppm. 2/9 (day 44 flower) Had to support one branch with a wooden dowel on the back left plant. The buds on that plant are getting so large and heavy. It is making the branches lean over other colas and block the light. This is why I decided to support it slightly, but I think the branches could support more before truly snapping - just not interested in pushing the limits and obscuring other buds. 2/12 (day 47 flower) Adding supports where needed for heavy colas that are toppling over. Trying to keep the canopy from falling over and creating humidity concerns during these last few days of flower. Buds are nice and dense covered in trichomes! Reservoir PPM is very stable along with pH - a nice change from last grow where my pH was swinging wildly. 2/14 (day 49 flower) PPM of the reservoir is rising when checking in the evening (650ppm), indicating it is no longer up taking nutrients at the same rate - time to begin the flush. Full drain and fill of the reservoir during the evening, 350ppm, 6.1 pH after drain and fill. Top off water will be strictly pH adjusted and hydro guard. Buds are getting heavy, so working to manage the weight and stability of the canopy. As seen by the extra strings and dowel rods showing up as the week progressed.

Dli 40. Nice bud forming, loving the Ec 2.2. Gorilla zkittles seems an indica pheno pretty short. Mendocino x animal cookies just amazing sativa phenos. Some weeks to go. Definitely one plant will take longer to mature. So planning to get a small drying tent. Any recommendation?

🌱 Day 8 – Reaching Higher The seedlings stretched a bit today, so I lowered the SF2000 Pro to keep them compact. They’re vigorous and full of energy, even if a little taller than I’d like. From his sunbathing spot, Mr_Barkside smirked at me (yes, dogs can smirk): “Told you they’d stretch. Should’ve listened to me.” He’s enjoying this way too much. 🌱 Day 9 – Little Personalities By now, each plant is clearly doing its own thing. Some race upward, others stay bushy. All healthy, all green. Mr_Barkside stuck close today, though his “contribution” was questionable. Let’s just say the tent got an unexpected wave of dog farts. His excuse (in my head): “Organic CO₂ boost. You should thank me.” Not exactly the kind of supplement I had in mind. 🌱 Day 10 – Strong Foundations Ten days in, the seedlings are rooted and confident. Leaves are broad, stems are strong, and the foundation for the grow feels set. The Purple Haze ladies are definitely on their way. Mr_Barkside sat beside me, unusually calm, watching the plants like a philosopher in deep thought. Then he gave me this look that clearly said: “Growing strong… but imagine how much stronger they’d be if I had some cool merch to wear while supervising.” He’s not wrong – everything feels better with style. For now, his imaginary Zamnesia hoodie remains a dream, but it doesn’t stop him from being the most loyal (and best-dressed in his mind) grow partner around. 🌱 Day 11 – Roots on the Move The first roots started peeking out from the bottom of the pots. That’s always a good sign – proof the plants are spreading their foundation below the surface. For now, they’ll stay in their pots a little longer until everything is nicely colonized. Mr_Barkside tilted his head while I checked the roots, as if to say: “They’re growing paws, just like me. Give them a few more days.” 🌱 Day 12 – Building Momentum Each plant showed progress – leaves spreading wider, stems getting firmer. The color deepened into a rich green, a clear sign they’re comfortable. Mr_Barkside sat in front of the tent like a wise coach, calm and observant: “Patience, human. They’re doing fine.” 🌱 Day 13 – Filling Out The difference from a few days ago was noticeable. Some plants stretched a little taller, others stayed compact, but the overall group looked strong. The tent feels fuller, more alive. Mr_Barkside took his “inspection round” very seriously today, sniffing every corner of the tent before giving me the approving nod. 🌱 Day 14 – Young Plants, Not Seedlings By now, they no longer look like fragile seedlings. Broader fan leaves, thicker stems, and the first signs of branching make them look like proper young Purple Haze plants. The GoPro timelapse is capturing every little movement. Mr_Barkside sat like a foreman in front of the tent, giving me the vibe: “Symmetry’s good. Keep it up.”

This strain has a very interesting high, I and my girlfriend did a test on her at about week 2 of cure and found she has a very sweet minty mango tinge, but a more of a minty tea smell with a bit of sour tinge once you crack that bud open to put it in the grinder. She smokes amazing all white ash and a very dense but romantic softness to her. At first I was bummed smoking this strain because knowing it only peaks at around 17% supposedly I did not expect a very strong bud already, but when I smoked her I got almost a very gradual increase after a few minuets of puffing almost like a euphoric wave was slowly rushing over my eyes and head like a tide coming in on a beautiful night after a long day at the beach. I felt quite sativa stoned with it growing in intensity in my face and eyes, then after I finished my joint I went inside for a glass of water and as soon as I sat down, it really hit me and my girlfriend right in the ass, I was couch locked and so was she, but in a very odd way, I was not indica deep, but I was more a good hybrid deep, a very relaxing eye and face buzz with quite relieving muscle tension I felt amazing, my body was so bloody relaxed! I felt just comfortable like a cozy blanket and a fire on a cold December day, hot chocolate in hand. This strain from start of smoke, to burn out was a very calm and needed high for me and my lady. We both burned out and slept like rocks, like someone had just given the worlds best massage in my brain and bones. I woke up the next morning feeling quite refreshed after that eye relaxing euphoric head high and my back and legs felt very relaxed and ready for a great day! So in my opinion! A good 6/10 for max potency but a 10/10 for flavour and enjoyment. Over all I give this strain a 8/10 in my books, a 17% is all I need and I’m betting she came out around that, of course without lab testing I can not prove that. But I love this strain and the high it gives, one single 0.5 joint got me fried, and the next day I finished off 3 bowls and went to fucking muchie land so he’ll yeah! Give candy cane a try!! Also! Sorry about the lack of info! I did not have a scale when it was in wet weight, I also had a whole half a plant chopped to branches and the big buds left on the plant to hang dry slow, so I was not able to get it on a scale until dried a week later due to my work schedule and having stores open as I’m in the shop and close as I leave.

26/09/22 - W09 - D57-63 - I Increased EC to 1,3 and pushed down pH to 6 (advanced nutrients are not so ph perfect..). I'm still making LST, because some buds have flower too far and I'm trying to keep the buds as lower as possible.

Well I dummied it down this week, picked off a bunch of leaves and fed them literally, maybe the last dose of ferts(we’ll see).I’ll likely harvest one before the others based off visual appearance and if I can keep it alive long enough. The other three should be good too go in another 3-4 weeks (growing super slow). See you all next week. Cheers.

Miss Kalini is doing super great, she's packing up a whole lot of thick, dense well reeking buds. She became this nice bush that uses up half of the space in the tent. I haven't given her nutrients for a couple off days and don't think I will get her back on them.

week three flower everything looks fine so far :D eight days after defoliation I water them with 1.5l every 48h the light I use was set to 80% and it hangs 80cm away from the tops gelato 1 threw some balls, but I removed them as soon as I saw them, I'll keep watching it!

Moin, Wir befinden uns mittlerweile am Blütetag 12 und der Stretch ist voll im Gange. Von der Wachstumsstruktur würde ich die White Sweet Candy OG wie eine klassische OG beschreiben starke, dicke Haupttrieb, mittelgroße Internodienabstände (finde ich persönlich sehr angenehm), starke Seitentriebe und generell eine sehr buschigen Pflanze. Durch die starken Haupttrieb eignet sich die Sorte für mich nicht um die Triebe mit Budclips auf eine Höhe zu bringen, dafür ist dann eher das Herunterbinden der Triebe geeignet. Setzt man etwas früher als in meinem Fall ein Scrognetz ein erreicht man ein wirklich schönes und homogenes Blätterdach der Triebe. Auffällig ist, dass die ersten Pistils sich erst ab den 10 Blütetag zeigten und der Übergang von der vegetativen Phase ins Blütenwachstum etwas verzögerter abläuft. Aus meiner Erfahrung spielt das keine große Rolle bei der späteres Blütenentwicklung. Schon jetzt zeigt sich, dass die 4 Haupttriebe massive Buds produzieren werden. Ich freu mich auf die kommenden Wochen und vorallem auf die ersten Trichome und der damit beginnende Geruch, ich bin mehr als gespannt und bis jetzt ist dieser Strain im Wachstum und der Performance allgemein einer meiner Favoriten der letzten Jahre! Respekt an SSSC für die Tolle Arbeit. :) Hey, We’re now on day 12 of flowering, and the stretch is in full swing. In terms of growth structure, I’d describe the White Sweet Candy OG as a classic OG with a strong, thick main stem, medium internode spacing (which I personally find very pleasant), strong side shoots, and overall a very bushy plant. Because of the strong main stem, I don’t think this strain is suitable for using bud clips to keep the shoots at the same height, tying the shoots down is a better option. If you set up a SCROG net a little earlier than I did, you’ll achieve a really nice, uniform canopy. It’s noticeable that the first pistils didn’t appear until the 10th day of flowering, and the transition from the vegetative phase to flowering is somewhat delayed. In my experience, this doesn’t play a major role in later flower development. It’s already clear that the 4 main shoots will produce massive buds. I’m looking forward to the coming weeks and especially to the first trichomes and the scent that comes with them I’m more than excited, and so far, this strain is one of my favorites of recent years in terms of growth and overall performance! Kudos to SSSC for the great work. :)

🌱 Grow Diary Update — Sour Diesel Week 4 | First week of flower (12/12) This week, the spotlight is on Sour Diesel, because she clearly stood out from the rest of the room — and when one plant speaks louder than the others, we listen. ⸻ 📍 Quick recap (so everyone is on the same page) • Sour Diesel just entered week 6 / first week of flower • She was running on Autopots with mineral-only feed • Organics and amendments were removed from the Autopot system • The rest of the room handled this change fine • She did not She started showing: • Droopy posture • Loss of vigor • Early deficiency-type signals • A general “I’m not comfortable” look Important detail: 👉 She was the only plant reacting like this. ⸻ 🌿 Why this happened (the key lesson) Sour Diesel is an old-school genetic, and not all strains respond the same way to abrupt system changes. In her case: • She was previously thriving with organics + minerals • Removing organics reduced: • Nutrient complexity • Biological buffering • Availability of secondary elements • This happened right at the transition into flower, when demand increases sharply On top of that, we had environmental pressure: • Outside temps: ~4°C • Outside humidity: ~98% • Room stabilized at: 21°C / 58% RH Those conditions are acceptable — but combined with: • Feed change • Flower transition • Genetic sensitivity …it was enough for her to react. ⸻ 🚿 Why we took her off Autopots Autopots are great — but they’re not universal. We removed her from the Autopot regimen because: • She needed immediate, tailored feeding • She wasn’t responding well to mineral-only delivery • Hand-feeding lets us: • Adjust EC gently • Reintroduce organics • Observe response feed by feed This wasn’t a system failure — it was a plant-specific decision. ⸻ Current feeding strategy (now) • Medium: hand-fed (off Autopots) • EC: 1.43 • pH: 5.9 • Full recipe: organics + minerals • Added: CalMag Pro Why CalMag Pro? • We’re using rainwater + humidifier water, which is very soft • Low calcium & magnesium availability can show fast in flower • This is both: • A corrective move for her • A preventive move for the whole room Meanwhile, the rest of the Autopot system is running: • 2.29 EC • pH 6.0 • Mineral-only • Other plants are stable and happy ⸻ 🌬️ Environment (current) • Lights: stable • Airflow: good • Temp: ~21°C • RH: ~58% Nothing extreme — but this shows how context + timing + genetics matter more than numbers alone. ⸻ 🔮 What we expect (and what we don’t) What we expect: • Gradual recovery, not overnight • Leaf posture improving first • New growth responding before old leaves • Stability over speed What we don’t expect: • Instant “fix” • Old damage to reverse • Her to behave exactly like the rest of the room From now on, she’ll simply need a bit more attention than her sisters — and that’s okay. ⸻ 🧠 The bigger takeaway This is a perfect example of why: • There is no single “best way” • Systems are tools, not rules • Genetics always get a vote • Listening beats forcing We’re not chasing perfection — we’re responding with intention. We are starting flowering this week, the transition period was 24h of darkness from May 11th to 12th. A few days after changing the light time we noticed the first pistils appearing (May 18th), then we took two clones from the bottom and removed a few leaves from them.

Mini group cute 😍 I like art, bonsai cannabis :) Honestly I had some issues I had to change the soil no choice but all good now they started coming. Cute little bonsai girls. Fetrilization continues the same way on Monday, Wednesday and on Saturday with the mix above :)

03/01 - Day 57 All the girls have their pistils changing colors, buds growing by the day, (B) has has very sweet aromas coming out, & (C) is more earthy and peppery. Still losing some fan leaves here and there on (A) & (D) from the Cal/Mag & Phosphorus defiance but nothing like 2 weeks ago. 03/05 - Day 61 Enjoying the process and maintaining the environment. Buds on (B), (C), & (D) are starting to get heavy. Maybe some foxtails starting on (C)??

Had some severe drooping on one side of the plant. It was kind of weird, but most likely nothing. I was under watering quite a bit in an attempt to make sure I didn’t flush out the benes and nutrients of the super soil. Ironically, I might have killed all the benes. Lol. Either way, they’re getting about 2.5 gal every other day now. Growing strong. Untied the LST ties to move them and rearrange the greenhouse but then plot the dang trunk putting them back on, so i taped out up and left them untied. I’m sure it’ll be fine. Just did another spinosad treatment. Haven’t seen any more thrips since the first treatment 10 or so days ago. Saw a leaf hopper in there though 😡

+ Day 82: Trichome check on drying stuff !!! Day 79: Pantine is quite well endowed with buds. Pantinchen is so poorly developed that I had to use a support ring. Otherwise, drying upside down would be impossible. +

Hello all hope you friends and pets are staying cool. Cassie it is around 100 degree lately and plants and herbs are dying and drying out😢. I’m luck my tree are doing very well. I just give them a dose of 1,3,3 of organic tea with good old fashion unsulpher molasses water. The buds are coming out thick and it smell good. Lucky in my state it legalized for cultivation. Hopefully it rain this week as I’ve got a vegetable garden. The lawns are dried up and droughts in many places. Sad time we live me. Everything is so expensive thst why I’ve stated a vegetable 🥦 food is expensive.
