Fan controller set so max temp should be 26deg and max humidity 80% Day 1 did nothing Day 2 did nothing Day 3 did nothing Day 4 rigged up autofeed system and watered this weeks nutes. Day 5 autofeed this weeks nutes. Day 6 did nothing, 113ppfd 7.3 dli Day 7 increased mars ts1000 power. 161ppfd 10.4dli. Back in a week. Take it easy.

This week went really well ! Today we are at day 79 from seed an looking beautiful! One Forbiddin Runtz got chopped an hung to dry out an the rest are still flushing out through the rest of this week! Very nice looking fades coming along on the fan leafs from purple to green , so beautiful ! So happy with these genetics from @fastbuds_genetics! Super sticky an smell is so amazing, room full of purple punch’s an Forbiddin Runtz the smell you can’t beat, so many berries!!! Well stay tuned for next week! Cheers y’all

As the Ganja Farmer Seed's TKO is ripening and getting closer to harvest, I'm continuing to lower ppm levels while managing bucket water levels and ph. We're exactly at day 56 of flower (5/5/23) on Cinco de Mayo. The TKO reflects a flowering time of 60-65 days, so no more nutrients at this point. I'll continue to monitor Trichomes through next week (i.e., week 9 of flower). Once I see more amber (approximately 20-25%), I will begin a 2-3 day flush with straight RO water. At that point, she is ready to come down. The last bucket change end of week 7 strictly following GH's recommended dosage. That bucket change out brought an end to the ph swings she was beginning to experience. After the change out, the balance between water consumption, nutrient uptake, and ph is spot on. Specifically, while plant is up taking water, ph and ppm have maintained stability. She's looking and smelling incredible. There is a learning curve with DWC - no lie - but I've enjoyed the experience. She is an aggressive grower and challenging for maintenance. All in all, great genetics. Day 92 Day 30 Bloom 42ish days remaining. Pour some SUGAR on meeeee.........wowzers the sugar is really starting to cake the sugar leaves now. Got tons of healthy bud sites forming and the smell is just delightful. Did another decent defoliation to keep all the buds site in the light. Keeps it nice and clean with great air flow. Speaking of air flow I added an oscillating fan to keep the air moving under the canopy better. There is a problem forming that I'll need to take care of this week. Another purchase?? 😡 lol De-humidifier......the humidity is very slow starting to raise. I started with 2 humidifiers on full, then 1 on full, then 1 on min for a bit then no humidifier and now its starting to raise with no humidifier so I'm gonna need to deal with this asap as it will become a very big issue in the future if I let my girls get moldy, but no chance I would let that happen! so i'll be on the search for a decent used one this week or purchase a new one unless I learn something new here, which I probably will. A question this week too. about Harvest. mayb 2 questions. So I hear alot of tricks regarding harvest. 24-48-72 hours of darkness before harvest then cut them in the "dark" meaning dont let the bloom lights come on again before harvest. different flush times and so on. what works best for you guys?! I'm thinking 7 day flush since thats why my nute sched says and it hasnt led me astray yet. I'm considering doing a tiny mid bloom flush reccomended by a friend, i like the idea to give just pure water for 1-2 days and kind of give the plants a break from the massive ppms i'm putting them through although I might skip this step if not needed either. 2nd part of the question, if the flower time for this strain is 70-75 days, I realize I should harvest when most of the tricones are milky and some clear with very little to no amber ones. but if I flush for a week before harvest, how do I know when to start the flush, how long is my harvest time frame for maximized potency. I'm guessing with experience I'll be able to know my girls and say yup harvest is x days out but for this one not too sure. 40ish days til harvest is bittersweet, feels so long but part of me loves it, how big can/will these buds get with another 42 days! Watered 3 times with Flawless Finish with 20% run off. After that, flushed everything out with plain water and then watered plain water a few more times with no run off (not all at once😀).. Just waiting on the pot to dry out completely 👌🙌

Aug 24: starting the sixth week of flowering. I’ve added another Scrog layer mostly to help keep fan leaves out of the way and expose the bud sites. This “loose Scrog” or whatever technique works quite well. She’s fairly leafy but the buds are coming. 👍 defoliated to remove fan leaves that were growing toward centre. Don’t want to overdo it but there needed to be some removed. Aug 25: nice sunny day and had the UV lights going. Took flash pics just before using the 730 nm far red light. Don’t use a flash like this if you don’t have the red light as you might cause it to hermie. But you can get great flash pics. 👍 Aug 26: looking good. Watered with potassium silicate this evening. It’s a strong base and it takes a fair bit of vinegar to get the pH back down to about 6.4. That’s fine though because the microbiota (‘bugs’) will appreciate a serving of easily digested acetate. That’s part of why it’s better to use vinegar than HCl. Chloride would not help but the organic acetic acid does help.

Well moist and warm place. In several days i'v seen some seeds are hatching! In 5 day replaced them in mediums with light soil. Lets Go Grow this fckn awesome stuff!!!

Start of flower now so the stretching has begun, I’ve had to bending down plant #2 as I don’t want it too close to the light, will be adding canna boost tomorrow, would of been today but couldn’t make it to my local hydro shop ✌️🏻 Started adding some boost, looking a lot healthier now. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds.
