Where flower? lol. Seriously though, I've been on a flowering light cycle for a week already now with zero signs of flower. I suppose it is quite similar to their mother, which also took quite some time to kick into flower while the days were shortening. Either way, we're luckily not in a situation of needing flower nor lacking space in the tent, so we can keep on keepin' on. Normally I would start to incorporate a low dose of bloom booster starting this week, however due to the lack of any flower formation whatsoever I'm going to hold off until next week. Updates as per usual, timelapse is out, Happy Growing all! -10/2- Finally noticing some bud formation starting, very minimal but noticeable. About goddamn time, 3 weeks under 12/12 and all.

Northern lights is bouncing back from the salt build up. I have changed her to 12/12 today. I will likely have to hst her in the future. 🤞🏻everything keeps going good from here out. Hello world, 🇬🇷 the previous week had a lot of growth for the ladies...meanwhile Michelle has been switched to 12/12...the switch was made 9 days ago and she is showing her first pistils...this diary however will follow Angie and Lucy who are growing outdoors and will be in vegetative stage for a lot more weeks...So, let's begin this new week... ===================================== WEEK 8:"DON'T FEAR THE NIGHT" ☠️Day 50...I stand and stare at Michelle trying to see those tiny first pistils...It is still windy so I have to move them around all day...I have a safe spot but its not sunny...Angie and Lucy are OK,still getting taller...this week I will be using Enhancer again as well...I have a small fear every time I use it because of the ph issue...what I have to admit is that Green House Feeding until now has been perfect...I have been giving only water and some top dressing of it and I don't have any deficiencies till now...the plants are vigorous with a very healthy green colour... ☠️Day 51💧today I watered with 3 L each...they drink like beasts...I top dressed Michelle with Bio Bloom from GHF...eat my girl,eat...I have already put Bio Bloom when transplanted but a little more will not harm her... ☠️Day 53...💧I thought giving them 3 L of water would keep the coco wet for long,but they drink like beasts...had to water again today... ☠️Day 54...Michelle is having a tough time for 12 hours in the closet...I can feel the heat and the CO2 when opening it in the morning...however she looks fine and flowering... ☠️Day 55...💧watered again...the outdoor girs will not be on time for the contest and that makes me nervous...I hope they extend the deadline for all of us who grow outdoors...and those who got the seeds late...please GHSC...give us some time😄 🌸🌸Today Michelle is completing the second week since the light flip...she is growing pistils everywhere and I love watching her... The plants have stopped growing in height and the buds are really starting to thicken! The smell is starting to increase as well. Going great!

Day 9. All girls are out. Just last 3 finally showed up two days ago. Two Orange Sherbet and one Strawberry Banana were the late ones. All look terrible and unhappy, stems pink and if I keep spraying - pots will be overwatered. Tough life ... Will do my best, they need to stay for 10 more days in those seedlings pots, maybe will split into two gangs ... Happy Growing !!!

No sure what to make of this week one. She seems extremley short but very bushy with super close nodes. Might see if she improves, if not I may get rid of her.

No signs of flowering yet, maybe slight formation of calxys beginning. Been spraying with molasses, neem, cal mag and liquid kelp (bioweed) and superthrive just once to hopefully delay flowering to increase yield. P.S. if youre new at growing DO NOT try this unless you know what your doing with hormones etc. Theres a chance it can turn your girls hermie. Just be aware!

28cm vertical growth this week! Almost doubled her height!!!!!!!! Powering through flowering :-)

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

6.11. 2023 4:30 - It is time for a thorough flushing of the RQS genetics with osmotic water and I will use flawless finish from advanced nutrients to force the plant to absorb the remaining nutrients from the leaves. 7.11. 2023 5:00 - Careful observation of the trichomes and their coloration, I plan to harvest the plant when the trichomes start to turn amber. At the moment they seem to be slowly turning a milky colour and seem to be "filling up" 8.11. 2023 4:00 - The leaves seem to be slowly losing colour, especially in one RQS genetics the yellowing is quite pronounced. 8.11 2023 4:30 - I will try to remove all the old dead leaves and the ones that are already letting the plants go, but I will not cut any off, only the ones that can be easily removed. 9.11. 2023 20:00 - I think the trichomes are slowly filling up and harvest time is approaching with each passing day. 10.11. 2023 8:00 - I will try to participate in the competition with my 420 genetics for the best photo just for fun :) i have to take some photos with black background but for now it's just a test i will add some. 11.11. 2023 7:00 - The leaves on all plants are turning yellow but the waste water is still around 1800ppm. The odd thing is there are probably a lot of residual salts in the substrate from nutrients. Hopefully we can get as much of it cleared up before harvest. 12.11. 2023 20:00 - I'm waiting for the trichomes to turn amber. I'll be patient. Most of the trichomes are now snow white, but not all.

Diese Woche fange ich an die Beleuchtung schrittweise auf 12/12 Std. zu reduzieren indem ich die Beleuchtung um 50 Minuten pro Tag reduziere und so die Pflanzen langsam in die Blüte schicke. Auch werde ich die LED-Lampe langsam auf die vollen 200W drehen. Leider hat die Gorilla gelbe Blattspitzen bekommen, was ich aber erstmal weiter beobachten werde. Bin mir noch nicht ganz sicher ob die Beleuchtung zu doll ist, der pH-Wert nicht stimmt oder ich zu stark gedüngt habe. Zum Ende der Woche habe ich die Blätter zurück geschnitten und die Äste weiter nach außen gebogen.

As I was trimming the lower area, I was bending the plant over 2/3 the way and there was no breakage. T3 got the same trimming but removed fewer leaves than T2. I also washed out their drain pots. For some reason, algae is developing in the catchments. I am now within 3 weeks. RQS says harvest 70-75 days or 40-45 days of flower. Harvest is getting close.
