Second week of flower and I defoliated again. There are small bud sites starting to form at the end of week two flower. The apple fritter has fascination which is making the stems grow interestingly with lots of bud sites.

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 9/4- Here we go into Week 6 of flower for this epic GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower from FastBuds and she is on fire!🔥 I'm praying that our weather stays cool and dry for as long as possible for this gorgeous lady! 9/6- I have switched my watering schedule to mornings now with the GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower, I want to do whatever I can to keep the nighttime moisture levels as low as possible in order to help prevent mold from forming on the flowers as they are huge and dense. I am also checking her trichomes every other day to try to dial in the ideal time to harvest her. 9/8- I'm continuing to water in the mornings on days that we do not get any substantial rain with well water via the garden hose. Today I went through the plant and removed as many old dead leaves as I could along with any shade leaves that were yellow. 9/10- I checked the GG4 Sherbet FF's trichomes today and they are getting very close, and I anticipate that she will be ready in the next few days! There's another week of flowering done for the GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower and she is just about ready to be harvested which will, from the looks of her trichomes, will be in the next 4-5 days... I'm so excited!🤩

Week 3 of veg. In the books and they’re all motoring along nicely. The Alaskan Thunderfuck looks to be sorting itself out so we should have 4 plants for the chopping eventually. Just gotta get em there first. They’re showing no adverse reactions to the heavier nute feed at this stage of development which is yet another feather in the cap for Druid Berkana. I’m immensely impressed with this nute line. Just another boring week of veg. In the books. Can’t wait to see transition take over👍. Background Just a fem run we were able to sneak in to the dutchy cabinet for some extra bud stock. Strain details as follows: QCS: this actually a strain of Alaskan Thunderfuck (Not AK47 as advertised). GD doesn’t have that info up yet. We’ve had it before but never grown it. I remember it being a decent and somewhat sedative indica. Blimburn: This chocolopez strain is very interesting. We’ve been waiting at least 5 years to grow something reminiscent of a chocolate Thai. This one should fit the bill there nicely. AMS: Their Borderliner strain caught my eye so we naturally had to… give it try! No matter how it turns out, this seed co. Has been nothing short of stellar to work with. We’ve got a whole bunch more of their stuff in the hopper for testing on the next cycle🤟. Smiling Tiger: This is an S1 of my buddies cross called Holy Surfer. Still haven’t seen it bud out in pollinated yet but the structure is classic skunk with a big primary cola, tight node spacing and exceptionally vigorous leaf production. The smoke should be interesting and the terp profile is very pungent and sweet.

Warning beast of a plant lol My Northern Lights #10 plant is an absolute beast! It's the biggest in the tent, growing incredibly strong. Even the second-deck buds are developing with amazing vigor. This plant is a true powerhouse, and I can't wait to see the massive yield it produces. It's got that classic Northern Lights aroma – earthy and sweet with a hint of pine. This one's gonna be a winner! This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. My phone's camera roll is sadly neglected, with only a few snapshots to show for it. But finally, I'm finding a moment to catch up on my grow diaries. It's been exciting to see the progress, even if it's just through photos. I'm looking forward to documenting the next stage!

Hey! Welcome to week 8! Karen is mid way through her flowering stretch. Please check back to last week as I update daily so the week is now complete. I count about 20 colas now. Day 51: Have reconfigured the tent, see video. Karen is now 36cm and still stretching. Karen has more light now. Smell is still there hits you when you open the tent. Fertigated 2l. Day 52: Height: 39cm. Karen's scent is heavenly. I have reconfigured again and installed some upgrades. Better reflector. Much bigger carbon filter. Increased airflow. Better config. More efficient pot layout. Karen is lovely. I am grateful to her and for her, so I wrote her a little poem, I hope she liked it. "Karen! Oh Karen! The phoenix of flowers, Three lowly weeks she struggled in vain, Shadowed and starved for five hundred hours, He slowly wept to witness her pain. Karen! Oh Karen! I P-H'd your showers, and in the fourth week you started to gain, Hallowed and hard you survived as you cowered, I thought you meek, I was wrong once again. Karen! Oh Karen! Forgave me my howlers. She set a pace, a pace she maintained, Now shes a girl at the peak of her powers, And so I'm a geek, with buds on the brain." Day 53: Approx 48h into a simulated dry spell. Alright I think it is time for Karen to get her first MAJOR defoliation. I will update shortly with photos and info. I will also be doing some gentle LST to separate the colas a bit. Day 53.5: Defoliation and LST. Finally got chance to photograph that bunda. Enjoy! Day 53.75: Bit of a fail. Messed up the timer and the lights ended up being off for about 3 or 4 hours. Because I was cooling the room (open window) to keep temperature in the tent down, without any light the temperatures absolutely plummeted as it is sub-zero outside. By the time I realised and turned the lights on, the temp in the main tent had dropped to 14 degrees celsius. Whoops! How is that for mistreating your girl? Defoliated about 80% of her leaves, 4 nodes, significant LST, then stuck her in the cold and dark for 1/6 of a day. Not to mention she is now almost 3 days into a "dry spell". There do not seem to be ill effects, and Karen has already begun to respond to the LST; all the colas that had been changed in angle are now upright again. The dry spell I keep mentioning, there is a method behind my madness, I have spotted one or two small flies and I think they may be fungus gnats. I am starting to suspect that the 2nd seedling in the Purple OG Punch Auto grow was actually beheaded by fungus gnat larvae. So I am drying out the mediums as much as I dare. I am closely monitoring the plants, so far the only one I have had to break the drought for is Enigma; all the girls in big pots haven't even noticed it's dry yet. How far am I going to push it? Well I will judge it on a plant by plant basis, but quite honestly I am hoping to see physical signs of thirst before I breakdrought. Of all the plants the two I think will respond most strongly to this will be Karen and Bertha, because of where they are. Karen here is actually probably 4 weeks into flowering rather than two, so about now is a good time to give her a little hydration stress. I do not think I will push it past 5 days, as RH is 34%. By now all the plants will be compensating for the lack of moisture and the high temperatures and low humidity. They will be taking more and more moisture out of the coco, and as the coco dries further and further down, those plants that have space will start desperately growing roots to find moisture. Mark my words, 24 hours after I end this drought, every plant in the tent will throw out crazy growth. Day 54: Ended drought and fertigated 6l, no run off, I will re-fertigate tomorrow. Karen is still stretching her height post LST is now 37cm. The two tallest colas seem to have stopped but the other colas are still stretching. Day 55: Alright so it has been 5 hours since lights on, and Karen is looking in good shape, all her drooping leaves have perked back up and she has added quite a bit of foliar growth. The colas are all still rising, except perhaps the two tallest. This girl is absolutely loaded with pistils, I'm starting to see trichomes on the sugar leaves, but trich production hasn't started in earnest yet. She has a least 20 colas, and 6 of them are thicker/taller than the primary cola at her tip. Every one of her nodes has reinforced itself with a bulbous growth and these cola branches are swelling rapidly. I am increasingly of the opinion that, all being well, this girl is going to surprise us all with her yield. My first grow, which was just mucking about really, I got 60-70g of the two main plants, and they were just bare sticks with 2 colas. Although her height is less than theirs was, 2/3 of their height was bare stick... whereas every mm of her is befoliaged and living. So in terms of the height of the actual cola I think they were about comparable in usable space on a per cola basis. The main difference being that Karen has 20+ colas whereas they had 2 primary and 2 lower. I know that it is probably unrealistic to expect more than 70g from a single auto grown indoors. Nevertheless my gut tells me this baby could achieve at least 100g, perhaps as much as 150g. The next few weeks will determine that, but given where we were in week 3 I will be grateful for any yield of quality bud. I have dropped the lights down to 18/6 from 'tonight' onwards. I really have no idea how long we have left for Karen. According the the "brochure" she flowers for 7-8 weeks, with a total crop time of 9 weeks. The problem is I don't know what a total crop time is? Does that mean from seed to finish? If so Karen is clearly not going to be anywhere near that timescale.I am going to go ahead an assume that, for my plant anyway, the first 4 weeks were veg weeks. I think it is fair to count week 5 and 6 as flowering because pistils were popping out very early in week 5 if not before. So that makes this week four of flowering. I am going to assume 8 weeks rather than 7, so I think we have another 4 full weeks give or take a week. On that basis I am expect harvest week to be around week 12 or so. I am not fixed on this though, I am determined not to harvest this girl early. Day 55: Photos taken 00:00 9/3/23 Strong 24h of veg growth as predicted. Day 56: Existing leaves continue to swell. Stretch appears to be slowing. I've taken so many media this week that I cannot scroll down far enough to select a recent thumbnail. Probably Karen's biggest week in terms of changes. She is looking like she is going to impress. Height 39cm.

My oh my, what a difference a week and a dimmed down light can make! I expected to have to have it covered for longer period than I actually did as well. I don’t know what there is to say really, you can see I have repotted into the Autopot XL so it is probably the smallest Autopot XL grow there is! I was super careful to actually cut the paper pot it was in away as I didn’t want the auto to think that was the bottom of the pot and start flowering. I simply prepped what it was going into and wetted it and ripped it off then buried it - it was a little leggy from the windowsill action so I sorted that. Somehow the dimmer that was broken is no longer broken so that’s cool - its on about a third of the total of what’s it can put out atm. Honestly, I thought this plant was going to die before! It still might but it looks a fuck load better now than it did! I am going to have to start mixing up some hydrocrop notes as it’s what I have on hand. I’ve always had great results with it before so why not. I am back in touch with FastBuds and they have sent me some more seeds so hopefully next run I’ll be doing something a bit newer as they seem to always be pushing that THC value! So far, so good - now to have a look at other smoothie auto diaries too see what stresses she can handle in terms of training. Edit: it’s been a couple of days since my last update but I needed to add a small reservoir for the Autopot XL to run from so I nominated a 5l plastic jug. Only after drilling the hole for the Autopot filter and plug I realised I needed to get to the inside of it so I cut away the section that was the lid so I can still use the handle and it has structural integrity. Everything seems to have gone swimmingly but the jury is still out on whether a 5l bottle will be enough for 1 plant - I can’t remember how thirsty the smoothie one was from before. It’s a resilient plant though - it recovered so quickly from germing on the windowsill. The tent is pretty sketchy because i had to cut down the poles to make it fit the space and so the skin is a bit saggy. Still, she seems to be thriving - the light is on about 50% (75w) and before I connected up the ‘res’ today I was just spraying a very small amount of water that had mammoth p added to it after it had been PH’d to 5.5 ish. I did intend to go with grow dots but unfortunately they have taken too long to come now - its in its final pot and im not messing around with slow release now we are coming into veg, they would surely be behind schedule. I have been using the trusty Hydrosol by Hydrocrop - its cheap as chips and has a cannabis specific feed chart that has never let me down. I was using GHE before and this is like 10x cheaper and i get the same results. Once you have worked out your concentration and diluted the powder into bottles it is very similar to any other rip off, cannabis specific bottle feeds, only you get enough powder to make 5 bottles worth of each so it works out super cheap, you dont need to mess around with silica, it literally has everything the plant needs so no PK boost either, you simply adjust the ratio of bottle A to bottle B and it boosts the PK and lowers the N. It also has enough calcium and magnesium - although they do sell a cal mag but they specify it is specifically for buffering coco - fair enough. I’ve never had any luck doing that and my plants always die using that bricked coco that I have buffered myself but that’s just me - my mushrooms love it though and I dont have to do shit to it either!

Week 10 flushing plant this week and next week before harvest!! Fast Buds White Widow has been really easy to grow the plant is strong genetically and can handle some stress and recover if your a beginner I highly suggest you give this lady a try. She smells sweet, looks beautiful with her purple hues in her buds and the trichomes just glistening from every angle even the leaves remind you of fall as she's in her final stage. I hope this motivates and encourages others to grow their own medication!!!

The beginning of this week I topped, FIM, high stress and low stress training. Generally just beat them up. They sprung back very quickly. There’s a couple pictures of my FIM cuts I’m not sure what’s going to happen there, we will see I’m starting to wonder wheN I should put these in the flower. I have a SCROG grId already made I have included a video of my set up

Day 64 and she is officially chopped.. now, I will admit that the very bottom buds are not one hundred percent matured, but 90% of the plant is exactly where I want it.. a little bit of amber with at least 75% cloudy .. thank you Zamnesia Seeds for sponsoring this grow, it has been an absolute breeze from beginning to end and she smells and looks like some exotic flower.. Week 23 - 29 July 25 July - feed day 27 July feed day ( bloombastic only)

🇺🇸 Week 7 - Grow Journal of Mother Gorilla (Royal Queen Seeds) 🇺🇸 On the Way Back to Full Strength! After two tough weeks with overfeeding and water stress, I’m finally happy to see my plant bouncing back. The roots had taken a hit, and last week, I noticed my filter was way more clogged than usual. I believe the dead roots were broken down and flushed out, most likely thanks to Cannazym. I added it specifically to help decompose the damaged roots, and it seems to have done its job. Today, I checked the roots and saw that they have stopped browning and are beginning to return to a more normal color. They were previously quite dark, but now they’re showing signs of improvement. The root mass hasn’t regained volume yet, but I think it’s still eliminating waste. It’ll be interesting to see if more debris accumulates in the filter or if it remains clean from now on. Another great sign: my nutrient solution level has dropped, meaning the plant is feeding properly again. At the same time, my EC has decreased, confirming that it’s actively absorbing nutrients. This recovery is also visible in the canopy: it has become denser, allowing me to slightly top some central shoots that were growing past the screen and to continue working on the SCROG. The only minor issue this week was pH fluctuation. Over the weekend, it rose to 6.6, but I recalibrated it to 5.9 today. I suspect this is due to the plant still shedding dead roots, which could be affecting its balance. Either way, I’ll be changing the nutrient solution soon, which should stabilize things further. Current Grow Parameters: • Strain: Mother Gorilla (Royal Queen Seeds) • Light Cycle: 18 hours • Humidity: 70% • pH: Adjusted back to 5.9 after peaking at 6.6 • EC: Down to 1.1 after briefly reaching 1.3 - 1.4 • Training: Light topping in the center + SCROG work + selective defoliation for better light penetration Final Thoughts: Things are improving, but we’re not fully there yet. The plant is regaining strength, the roots are clearing up, and it’s feeding well again. I’ll keep a close eye on its next developments, especially root mass expansion. Après deux semaines compliquées marquées par une surnutrition et un stress hydrique, je suis heureux de voir que la plante repart dans le bon sens. Les racines avaient bien souffert, et en observant mon filtre la semaine dernière, j’ai remarqué qu’il était bien plus encrassé que d’habitude. J’en conclus que les racines mortes ont été détruites et évacuées, sûrement grâce au Cannazym. J’avais ajouté ce produit pour faciliter la décomposition des racines abîmées, et cela semble avoir bien fonctionné. Aujourd’hui, en observant les racines, j’ai constaté qu’elles ont arrêté de brunir et qu’elles commencent à retrouver une couleur normale. Elles étaient auparavant bien sombres, mais leur état s’améliore nettement. Pour l’instant, la masse racinaire n’a pas encore repris en volume, mais je pense qu’elle élimine encore des déchets. Ce sera intéressant de voir si mon filtre continue à accumuler du dépôt ou si tout est désormais propre. Autre signe encourageant : le niveau de ma solution nutritive a bien baissé, ce qui indique que la plante se réalimente correctement. En parallèle, mon EC a également diminué, preuve qu’elle absorbe bien les nutriments. Cette reprise se reflète aussi visuellement : la canopée s’est densifiée, ce qui m’a permis de légèrement étêter certaines têtes centrales qui dépassaient du grillage et de continuer mon travail sur le SCROG. Le seul petit point de vigilance concerne le pH, qui a fluctué. Ce week-end, il est monté jusqu’à 6,6, mais je l’ai recalibré aujourd’hui à 5,9. Je pense que ces variations sont dues au fait qu’elle se débarrasse encore de ses racines mortes et qu’elle n’a pas encore retrouvé un équilibre complet. De toute façon, je vais bientôt renouveler la solution nutritive, ce qui permettra de repartir sur une base stable. Paramètres de culture actuels : • Variété : Mother Gorilla (Royal Queen Seeds) • Photopériode : 18 heures de lumière • Humidité : 70 % • pH : ajusté à 5,9 après une fluctuation jusqu’à 6,6 • EC : descendu à 1,1 après être monté à 1,3 - 1,4 • Taille & palissage : léger topping central + travail sur le SCROG + retrait de quelques feuilles pour une meilleure pénétration lumineuse En conclusion : Les choses s’améliorent, mais ce n’est pas encore complètement gagné. La plante reprend de la vigueur, les racines s’éclaircissent et elle recommence à bien se nourrir. Je reste attentif aux prochaines évolutions, notamment sur la masse racinaire. The Dwarf has definitely strong genetics. I recommend it for newbies that don’t have a lot of money to spend on growing kits. Yet, I wish I could have grown her under better lights (75W is CLEARLY not enough). I’m sure that the yield would have been a lot bigger with great lights. But it was a great grow : this dwarf convinced me to continue ! I’ve chosen seeds with bigger yield potential for the upcoming months (Blackberry and Gorilla Glue from Fast Buds). la verdad esperaba mucho de esta sepa pero aun me toca probarla vamos a ver que tal, esta sepa la tuve en un mismo armario con otras 3 variedades de la misma marca y solo con esta tuve digamos un retraso notable a su crecimiento según mi percepción es sensible a podas, es una planta bastante baja y solo esta de las 6 planta que tuve le salieron semillas en las flores de la parte mas baja, eran pura hoja y también crecieron de manera muy extraña ya que eran solo hojas como enrolladas y con un color a limón muy claro que era donde tenia mas semillas, pero lo de su parte superior crecieron bien. no se si fue un error de mi parte o no supe cuidar esta planta pero tendré que volver a intentarlo.
