Welcome to week 7 growmies! She’s doing great in her second week of flowering! She is still stretching and got a bigger defoliation at the end of week 6. For the start she’s getting only ph regulated water from top and some nutrients from bottom. There a little signs on the leaf tip why I skip nutrients for one watering cycle. On mid of week 7 she’s still stretching and first orange pistils shown up. On weekend she’s getting another defloration and another round of nutrients. We are finishing week 7 shortly! She was defoliated once again to ensure more light density in lower conopy. She’s doing still great and she’s not showing any signs of stress or leak of nutrients. It seems that she’s also stopped stretching. Looking forward to the next weeks!

SUNSET SHERBET 9/13-21 The transition to my new grow has been chaos. After reading the events of the last week you too will shake your head in disbelief, but honestly friends you can’t make this stuff up. After germination on 8/30 Sunset was transplanted to her final 3 gallon pot on 9/3 because her early true leaves were brown on the ends which I attribute to the ph of the seed medium. I also cleaned and disinfected the AC Infinity 4X4 for this new grow. The Frosted Guava that germinated on the same day did not make the transition. I started her replacement seed on 9/8 followed by germination on 9/12. The babies are starting in the 3x3. Meanwhile, new fans arrived from AC infinity to replace the fans that weren’t working correctly. One fan made clicks when it rotated and the other did not rotate at all. These new models needed a different splitter than what I was using. Ordered that, now wait for the splitter. A splitter from Amazon arrived quickly and I moved the new gals into the 4x4 tent. Since I’m using controller 69, I set the program to seedlings which has high VPD. The following morning, moisture vapor was seeping out of the tent through the zipper as well as the controller port. It was basically raining in the tent with about 1.5 gallons of was on the floor. Clean up on aisle 2. While I was mopping the tent, the lights were flickering on and off. I just knew the electronics were fried. I reported the situation to AC Infinity. Working through each step determined that the lights were not impaired by the moisture. With each step, areas that could have been the issue were eliminated. Aha..The vent motor was burned out. They are sending a replacement. (note: AC Infinity is very responsive and at no charge to me, replaces malfunctioning equipment). My babies are back in the 3x3 until the new vent arrives. But wait! There’s more! While all the issues with the 4x4 were going on Sunset Sherbet and Frosted Guava were in the 3X3. 9/13 The day after Frosted Guava germinated soil, I opened the tent only to find hundreds of bugs on the floor clustered in corners and in puddles (drippings from wet towel). I took the pots outside and flushed them with about 3 gallons of well water. Sprayed the tent with diluted vinegar water, wiped up the bugs then wiped the floors, and walls with alcohol and put the gals back in the 3x3 tent. It’s not over yet. 9/17 open the tent with more bugs on the floor. That did it. Another transplant for both gals into brand new Happy Frog soil without any amendments. I put the gals on crates and put a humidifier in the tent until I move them to the 4x4. Autoflower plants do not like transplanting so I hope they have not suffered. I will not win any beauty contest with this strain becaue of the look, but she shows alreay great volume of Flowers. structure is perfect i placed the Outdoor under a roof i kinda under watered them in the Past and i fertilised them, so not enough water and fertiliser- they are burned. shit happens- thats the Look Fatso GMO F1 Auto, a feminized hybrid strain, emerges from the crossbreeding of two autoflowering varieties: Fatso Auto and Cotton Candy Auto. (11/18-11/24) ***All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios of each feed will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 2. Bloom Mix recipe will be noted in this top message of the week that I make it.*** Week 2 Notes & Observations: As mentioned last week, Plant 1 really liked the nute feed and gave excellent growth surpassing plant 2 in height. However plant 2 is actually ahead of plant one by number of nodes even if she's shorter overall. And since I topped this week, that became important. I topped plant 1 at the third node of 5 and plant 2 at the 4th node of 6. I also cleared all other leaves and growth tips leaving only 2 fan leaves and the growth tips under the topping nodes. Hope to see a full recovery in 5 to 7 days when, if all is still good, I plan to top again on each side to set my mainline base. VPD and PPFD: This week I will hold the humidity in the tent to about 70-75% and temps will be monitored for 75- 78F daytime and 68-70F overnight. Lights should adjusted to provide 350max, but will try to hold the 300 setting as long as I can this week. Meaning slight increase over last week other than growth. Feed & Monitor: Day 22 (last feed was day 16) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, P1 weighed 15lbs 13oz and P2 was 14lbs 15oz before feed. Each plant got 1 gallon of purified water with 150ppm Veg Mix (recipe on week 2 and makes 1 gallon at about 3600 to 4000ppm concentrate to dilute each feed, i.e. I only fed 150ppm above the purified water ppm this feed) The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.05ph to combat the higher runoff ph from the last feed. After feed P1 weighed 21lbs 2oz (21even after last feed) and P2 weighed 20lbs 14oz (21lbs 5oz after last feed). I got about 9 cups of runoff on P1 and 7 cups on P2. Runoff for P1 ph was 6.45 with 980ppm and P2 was 6.45 with 1130ppm. Top soil tested at: P1 (6.51,6.48,6.43,6.57) avg 6.497 and P2 (6.41,6.39,6.57,6.47) avg 6.46 - next feed will be 6.1ph, Im liking where the ph is so I dont see any issues, but will continue this course for a bit longer. Ya era hora de cosechar, estoy bastante contento con los resultados. Vaya flores que se han marcado repletas de tricomas, y las flores se marcan aromas dulces y afrutados. Es una variedad bastante fácil de cultivar y muy resistente, crecieron desde el principio bien vigorosas, sin problemas y al final de todo recompensó. Las condiciones ambiéntales han sido máximas en 25 y mínimas en 20 y una humedad estable en torno al 36% al final de floración y en el secado.
