Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. It's always exciting to see the fruits of our labor fully realized. A huge thanks to everyone who's been following along on this journey. Your interest and support mean the world. Week 18 Daylight 12h40 - ☀️7h40/20h20🌙 🌈Weather changed a lot during this 2 week, alternating sun and rain with medium temperature: low in the morning 8°C and 22/24°C the afternoon. Cold wind: Autumn is coming soon! 🍃 This is the middle of the flowering cycle for 2 plants and the beginning for the others; and it’s harder than I imagined. Interminable war against pests: caterpillars and leafminer flies (+ guest :aphids). However the environment is clean, there is some sticky traps, ventilation and preventives treatments (Neem Oil, Garlic/Laurel) but infestation are a recurring problem 😩. Majors reasons of the proliferation are the hot temperatures in greenhouse, the quasi inexistants natural predators, humidity, plants proximity. September is the reproduction period of the cabbage looper: a butterfly which lays eggs on plants giving some hungry caterpillars. Some others pests are attracted by the nitrogen added in soil (batguano) I did a serious defoliation, continue to check the plants morning and night to catch intruders, sprayed regularly with Neem oil. For the moment the flowering continues. -Brake Pad Breath: plant has definitely changed of physiognomy, branches are covered by a lots of resinous flowers with a pretty good smell. Indica dominance. Around 3 or 4 weeks till the harvest. It will be long: the plant is a victim of pests and caterpillars and lots of leaves are damaged. -Flash Back#2: elegant plant, pretty good flowering since 3 weeks. Globally healthy despite of the pests aggression. Sativa dominance with long internodes distance and a vigorous stretch. -GMO x Zombie Kush: same difficulties against predators, late flowering, just initiated the flowering process but in a good way. -Royal Moby: the tallest one; around 170cm, not really adapted to dimensions of the growing space and not discrete. Eccoci qua ragazzi stiamo arrivando alla fine di questa esperienza outdoor molto rischiosa a mio parere! Pensate che dove mi trovo io davanti a casa mia certe volte gli sbirri fanno posti di blocco! Infatti penso che ancora una settimana al massimo e poi provvederò subito a raccogliere e seccare, xke la situazione di sta facendo davvero troppo rischiosa.. A parte questo la ragazza sta proprio esplodendo! Ha completamente cambiato colore verso un violaceo nero quasi scuro, causa le temp ma anche il fenotipo già tendeva verso questa colorazione, la pianta in sé è davvero immensa più di 180 cm in un vaso da 12.5 litri, questo significa che i nutrienti plagron sono davvero fenomenali! Stanno gonfiando le cime in modo assurdo e senza che ci sia una minima carenza nelle foglie più basse! Non avendola toppata ne altro è venuta grande a stile di albero di natale! Davvero impressionante! L odore è molto pungente sentori di frutti di bosco e bacche rosse, nn saprei distinguere bene, vedremo poi piu avanti, l unico problema è questo odore motlo intenso e fragrante si sta diffondendo anche nelle abitazioni circostanti sopratutto la sera quindi sono preoccupato che qualcuno possa fare un infamata e mi rovinerebbe la vita.. Apparte ciò speriamo che nn faccia muffa xke l umidità la notte è davvero alta, per adesso nn ho avuto ancora di questi problemi per fortuna, una genetica molto resistente sembra a questo tipo di stress.. Nice start flowering time. Need sunny weather now. Left flower has bigger blooms, it is nice. Edit: The left flower goes faster.. Start nutrients Plagron Green Sensation and Royal Sugar for maximum blooming now.

La floración sigue su curso y nos sigue regalando colorido y aroma para nuestros sentidos. El contratiempo con las pequeñas orugas solucionado y parece que el proceso sigue "viento en popa y a toda vela" 🌬️🌿 Los pistilos han inundando toda la planta y siguen aumentando su tamaño. Además, algunos pistilos van adquiriendo un tono ámbar. Las flores continúan oscureciendo, las hojas y sus tallos ya muestran un claro color rojizo/púrpura que tiende rosáceo con la luz directa. 🌿 El tallo tiene un tamaño y consistencia considerable, alcanzando una los 42cm y la otra 50cm. Se perciben bastante mejor los aromas de las floración. Seguimos aumentamos la cantidad de agua, progresivamente, según van pidiendo/necesitando las plantas. Se están amarilleando parte de las hojas inferiores 🍁 Si no me fallan los cálculos, se debe a la falta de nitrógeno pero no le añadiré porque ya debe está en las últimas semanas 🤞😅 Sigo intentando no utilizar ningún tipo de "ayuda extra", salvo la tierra enriquecida de BioBizz All-Mix donde están plantadas. Seguimos con el agua mineral, luz solar, mucha paciencia y mucho amor!🤞😍 Aunque para controlar la aparición de pequeñas orugas he añadido: 20g de tierra de diatomea (Diatical de TRABE), directamente sobre el sustrato (1-2 veces/mes y se puede aplicar en cualquier momento del cultivo). 50ml de Super Kukulus (fitofortificante ecológico)/1 litro de agua para riego foliar, tanto en el anverso como en el reverso de las hojas (2-3 veces/sem y se puede aplicar en cualquier momento del cultivo has 2 días antes de la cosecha)... Y lo mejor es que FUNCIONA! 💪😅

So the power went out due to city power failure 6 hrs into the light cycle for the day. That was fun. Buds have started to put on some size, so thats great! We were also in the longest deep freeze where I live in 50 years so the basement ( grow room) got really cold... especially during the power outage. Leaves are showing purple due to ( what I believe) cold temps. Maybe the outtage actually helped them because since then they really started packing it on. Very nervous about the possibility of herming because of what happened but i am keeping a close eys on things.

These ladies are super healthy I want to feed them but a little worried about nute burn so I'll hold off a few days or dilute the feed I have. I just lowered the light a bit and dimmed it because I want them to stretch. That is known as crop steering I want them to all get tall and eventually I may set them in a greenhouse once flowering or big enough.
