Harvested these two ladies on D75. I'm over satisfied with the result, unfortunately didn't weight the dry result but the smoke from these two are amazing. Been daily smoking it for the past 2~ months and I still got a good chunk left. #1 Came out with a skunky and a slightly chemical taste and smell. Super nice and strong smoke, you feel your eyes getting heavy after a couple puffs. Nice chunky nugs, big yielder even under only 150W. Super satisfied with the result. #2 Was surprising, garlic smell all over the place. During the drying process I felt a slight wild garlic smell, but after drying it became even more potent and smelly. Upon breaking these nugs the room gets filled with a potent wild garlic smell, which translates to a fresh potent smoke. One of my favourites so far, unfortunately my tent is too small to comfortably accommodate two plants and this one wasn't a particularly big yielder. Overall I'm VERY satisfied with my first Mephisto grow, amazing genetics, super resistant (had a couple weeks of very hot days, to which they handled amazingly). A success grow for me for sure. Next I'll try a photo strain, thanks for reading! :)

I think this is last week for all 3 ChemPie. Now I can say,that I try almost all Rippers strains. Every single plant was perfect. I try Zombie kush,zombie bride,DO-G,Brain cake,Sindarel,Washing machine etc. Old school(cheese×Black domina),exelent strain....

2/1/2024- Pre-Germination Activities Day 1 I have 21 weeks until final photo is do.. I took 3 seeds out of cold storage and will let them get to room temp for the next 48 hours before I go with Glass of water for germination. I have 3 beans because I will start from the very beginning helping ensure I present the best Pheno. This is going to be a fun one.. I am a few days away from being able to clear my tent out for this run.. I have a breeding run in right now and the Seeds are a few days away from being mature enough for me to take down the girls. Once I get them down I will need to get my tent cleaned up and turned over right away. This is going to be close, I will have to time them to the water and into the tray at the right time.. because I will need to get lighting on them right away.. I have my 2X2 and my light ready incase I need to hold them in the cloning machine if the others are not done in the next few days.. Glad I have options that can stretch me out for a week or 2 to give me a little more time. 2/2/2024- Pre-Germination Activities Day 2 I checked on my breeding run to see how close the seeds are and if the tent is ready for me to clear and clean but alas I am still going to need a few days. I setup the emergency 2X2 and that should give me 2-3 weeks. The plan is to still wait one more day to allow the beans to warm up to room temp and then drop them in Water sometime tomorrow. Form my Emergency 2X2 I have the following: 4" inline fan and carbon filter Fan VS-2000 light 2/3/2024- Germination Activities Day 0 - Dropped the Beans in.. Today is 0 day.. Go.. Go .. Go.. 2/4/2024- Germination Activities Day 0-1 - Checked in on them this morning and no tap roots yet.. covered them back up and back in to the closet they went. I setup the Root Riots and the Seed tray for them. I Ensured my water that I was soaking the root riots in was PHed to 5.8 and I used RO water. Afternoon Update: Checked on my Breeders and they are done. I started to harvest them, I took down the one I had reversed with STS and I took down the Black African Magic- All but one bud, I wanted to get some pics of that one today. I was only able to get 2lbs into the Cannatrol because I had to be very careful to keep the bud from the plant that was treated with the STS separated from the other seeded bud that was pollenated from the plant I reversed. Cannatrol could have held an additional 2oz of wet but not today. Ideally I need 1 more Cannatrol so I can take an entire Tent, but will figure that out. I put an additional 1.5lbs into the freezer to wait it's turn into the Cannatrol, I would have left it on the plant and taken it in 4 days when the dry cycle gets done but wasn't sure how much 2.2 lbs was equivalent to chopped and wet trimmed. 2/5/2024- Germination Activities Day 0-2 - Checked in on them this morning and 2 of them have very small tap roots out.. one still doesn't going to give them some more time. I will check in on them this evening and see if they are more open if so I will transfer the ones that are ready to their medium and seed tray. 2/6/2024- Planting Day TRUE Germination Day 0- Checked in on them this morning and all 3 of them have tap roots out. I broke the bottom of the tap root for #1 which was the biggest.. pretty sad.. I hope she survives.. I tried to be careful it just snapped off when I was trying to get it in the root riot right. Other than that all three are now in their in-between home in the 2X2 while if finish clearing and cleaning out their forever homes. 2/7/2024- Germination Day 1- Checked in on them and no surprise no sprouts yet. Sprayed the dome to moist it and light spray to the tops of the Root Riots. 2/8/2024- Germination Day 2- #3 is popped and it looks like #2 will be popped by this evening.. I got my second Cannatrol today so now I can take down the rest of the tent and get it into the dry/cure. 2/9/2024- Germination Day 3- #2 is popped as well.. so I have #2 and #3 up and still waiting to see on #1 but that might be a loss since I accidently broke off some of the Tap root when transplanting. 2/10/2024- Germination Day 4- #1 has Popped... We have ignition on all 3.. YAY!! I finished clean up and install of RDWC system, this time was unique the back left buckets 3 inch pipe wasn't seated correctly so I had to clean up about 12 gallons of water all of the floor. I also had two leaks coming from one of the Waterfall return junctions, this is why I do a full pressure test before I put anything in. I will continue to monitor it through tomorrow to ensure that I am good to go and then I will finish setting up the baskets and prepping the water to be ready for the ladies planting day!!! 2/11/2024- Germination Day 5- #1 Of course is going to be my trouble plant.. No matter what If she lives through planting in the system and making it, I think I might not cull her at all regardless, she has been such a problem, makes me wonder if she will be super worth it towards the end.. We will see as we go through this grow, but #1 has a piece of the shell on the leaves, Other than that I set up a new thing I have been doing since last grow converting my Baskets into Sure plants so I can see exactly where the water is when I plant them and ensure I have the water up high enough that they are able to access it and grow but not too high were they are drowning. 2/12/2024- Germination Day 6- Everything seems to be going good.. will just keep them moist and let the roots grow for a few more days before I transplant to forever home. 2/13/2024 - Germination Day 7- Just keeping them Moist. 2/14/2024 - Germination Day 8 - Planting day.. they are now in the system.. :-)I had to fill the water to the bottom of the basket where I could see water on the bottom rocks and just coming up where I had created my whole/ sure plant. 2/15/2024 - Germination Day 9- Top fed just a little to keep them moist and encourage root growth towards the water. I ensured the PH is right at 5.98-6.02 range. 2/16/2024 - Germination Day 10- Top fed just a little to keep them moist and encourage root growth towards the water.

Made a little harsh defoliation and left with 3 buds only. I believe the result would be surprisingly good, but we'll see...

I will start it running in 24 hours after the system settles in. Week 6 Day 2 10/29/2023 Going to be interesting.. I left the old monitor in to do a double check behind the new auto PH monitor.. not eh problem is I configured the New one and I am pretty sure that it is more accurate than the previous one I was using but the difference is 5.9 on the new one and 6.19 on the old. So it leaves me to questions if I was always running my PH higher but still just within safe range? or is this one off by that much. Questions, Questions.. But so far it is working I had to make several adjustments to dial in how much of each gets released but right now they are sitting around 5.9 Week 6 Day 3 10/30/2023 Worked on adjusting the auto PH system and I think I will need to change out some of the gear to make it work better.. Right now the suction/ flow rate has to be up to high in order to get the Up or down out of the Containers and the UP kicks on before the Down has a chance to settle.. I would have hoped there is a steady reading for X seconds before it starts the other.. but there isn't it is automatically kicking off the Up even while it is still adjusting from adding Down. Week 6 Day 4 10/31/2023 Today I did nothing but take some pics.. Nice day.. the experiment of the PH auto system is a bust as of right now.. the range is out of what I want.. and it keeps immediately kicking off without giving the water time to balance.. since this is a res system which the water moves.. not the best.. it doesn't have a wait time before release more.. and it keeps releasing even after it starts reading in range.. so it drops it lower than it should.. I could probably dilute the PH up and Down and make it a little more effective.. but not sure what I want to do at this point. Week 6 Day 5 11/01/2023 Today I did nothing but take some pics.. Week 6 Day 7 11/03/2023 I had to re-super crop two branches at a lower node to bring them back down they had grown up and hit the light again. 🌿Week 4: Defoliation & SCROG Setup Week 4 was all about structure and airflow. The canopy was getting bushy fast, with a ton of inner growth, so we went in for a solid defoliation session across the board. Lower fans, overlapping leaves, and shaded internodes were cleaned up to let light penetrate deeper into the canopy and reduce potential humidity traps. Right after that, we finally dropped the SCROG net, stretched out gently across the canopy to guide the branches horizontally and prep for flower stacking. Some of these phenos are already reaching for the sky, so the timing felt just right. Captured a full-time-lapse clip of the defoliation + netting process. It’s super satisfying watching the chaos turn into clean lines. Nature meets intention. Feed Bloom since 20/6 22/6 Defoliation 🌱 Plant Response: After defol, they bounced back fast. Tops are perky, leaves are praying, and stretch is continuing in a controlled way. The structure’s more open now — better airflow, better light distribution, better everything.

Lemon cherry gelato is a good little plant., I like the structure. It has been in the large pots for a significant less amount of time that the others and it is already about the same size so it’s fast growing plant. It’s from Barney’s and everything from them has been amazing so I have high hopes

Repotted cookie dough sundae cuttings Tidy up veg tent and and add temp and fan control as plants were a bit neglected and had a slow week , So far they have sprung back into action with the additions and reporting . Root system was nicely developed too

Things are starting to be exciting. The SQ is a bit slower than the Fat Bananas, even so, it developed nicely this week. Planning to top it at the 6th node this time and give around 5-6 weeks of veg.

SUMMARY: Switched to late bloom nutes on day 73. She's starting to fade prematurely and I don't know why. I was thinking it was the molasses clogging her up as she was draining very slow and so I just fed her pH'd water over the weekend but I should have flushed her properly. DAY 71 ----------- Tuesday 9th March 10:45 I fed the Amnesia 300ml of mid bloom nutes which produced 160ml runoff (53%). I made 5L of mid bloom nutes with tap water and molasses at a pH of 5.8. I made 5L of late bloom nutes with tap water and molasses at a pH of 5.8. Tuesday 9th March 18:00 I fed the Amnesia 150ml of mid bloom nutes which produced 15ml runoff (10%). [25°C/51%] DAY 72 ----------- Wednesday 10th March 11:30 I fed the Amnesia 300ml of mid bloom nutes which produced 160ml runoff (53%). Wednesday 10th March 18:00 I fed the Amnesia 200ml of mid bloom nutes which produced 40ml runoff (20%). [27°C/54%] DAY 73 ----------- Thursday 11th March 11:00 I fed the Amnesia 300ml of late bloom nutes which produced 110ml runoff (36%). [26°C/48%] DAY 76 ----------- Saturday 13th March 12:00 I fed the Amnesia 600ml of rainwater at a pH of 6.2 in an effort to flush her as shes fading for some reason. I collected 400ml runoff (67%). [26°C/42%] Saturday 13th March 19:00 I fed the Amnesia a further 300ml of rain water at a pH of 5.8 which produced 100ml runoff (33%). [26°C/48%] Saturday 13th March 21:30 I fed the Amnesia a further 300ml of rain water at a pH of 5.8 in an effort to flush the medium. [26°C/48%] DAY 77 ----------- Sunday 14th March 11:00 I fed the Amnesia another 600ml of rainwater in an effort to flush her. She's draining extremely slow and so I think there is a build up of residue, possibly caused by the molasses. I collected 500ml runoff (84%)...I think she may be dying? Fuck. [26°C/42%] I made 15L of late bloom nutes with rainwater and molasses. 5L at 5.8, 5L at 6.0, and 5L at 6.2. Sunday 14th March 16:00 I fed the Amnesia another 300ml of rainwater. Sunday 14th March 18:30 I fed the Amnesia a further 200ml of rain water at a pH of 5.8 which produced 200ml runoff (100%). [26°C/48%] Sunday 14th March 20:30 I fed the Amnesia a further 200ml rainwater which produced 180ml runoff (90%). DAY 78 ----------- Monday 15th March 11:00 I fed the Amnesia 300ml of late bloom nutes which produced 180ml runoff (60%). She's draining better now and should be flushed enough. [26°C/42%] I made 5L of late bloom nutes with rainwater and molasses at a pH of 6.3. Monday 15th March 18:00 I fed the Amnesia a further 300ml of late bloom nutes, though at 150ml a time, 2hours apart. I collected roughly 100ml runoff each time (66%). [26°C/51%]

Plants with more direct UV showed much more purple across all 3 plants. The data shows that the number of terpenes in dried Cannabis flowers increases with a “No Red” light treatment for the final three days of production. Based upon these findings, we feel confident in recommending a spectrum control program that eliminates red light output from fixtures for the final 72 hours of the Cannabis flowering cycle. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%. Hey all, So we fully into flower mode, everything seems well and be going good. Buds are stretching nicely and I seem to have a fairly level canopy so fingers crossed. Peace and love ❤️

First day of week 4 flower day 22- Took some shots of a few bud sites, that are looking well and that should start to frost up pretty heavy once in full gear. Increasing the EC slightly 1.6/1.7 around 800ppm for those that don't know. Trying not to overfeed but get to the sweet spot of tlwhat the plants want and require. Respectfully it is my first run with this strain and Breeder but nothing but good things so far. I managed to take some clones so that I can push the strain better the next run and incase I get a special pheno! But so far so good. The buds should start to go through a fattening period once the flower stretch is completely out the way. Will be back to report and show some more pics/videos as the week goes on.
