Week 12, Day 83 from seed and 3rd day of flower.....The 5 day of this week officially marked the start of the flowering season!! So I flushed both of these bad boys with ph'd water for two days and then today I switched them to 12/12. I gave them their first dose of bloom nutrients and then lollipoped them as you can see, pixs . Grateful no issues to report for the past 3 weeks have been trouble-free!! I'm going to leave the MH bulb in for an additional 2 weeks to prevent any stretching before switching to the HPS. But so far they are still loving their environment. I'm also in the process of keeping clones of fat banana and hulkberry while i try this new strain of Peanut Butter Tree.

Came back from vacay to a healthy girl!!! The once warm dumpster smell is now replaced by a LOUD aroma full of piney sweet candy musky notes - classic gelonade to me Fan leaves are turning purple but more importantly calyxes are swelling AND best yet, crazy trichome density and abundance. So many flower sites, some fan leaves beginning to wilt. ALSO - this is the first time I’ve had a branch sag on its own weight!!! Minor health concern - speculating here, possibly nutrient deficiency? Im seeing some minor yellowing on top leaves, only on the side tips curiously Might make sense given the pot size. Trying to fix that with amendments and nutes, damn small pots Regardless, can tell this will be a good one as I continue to dial it in - fiiiiireeee incoming!!!!

All plants are doing ok so far. Gave all foliar sprays of BT as there is pest pressure elsewhere in the garden. Supported the tall ones for for a windy day with 20-30mph gusts, they took the wind like champs. Wedding cheesecake the oldest and is starting to give a hint of sweet funk sometimes. Update: While checking plants today, Wedding Cheesecake had a brownish bud (bottom branch). I snip it off, no other affected sites. I will be checking diligently now, as weather has been very hot and humid.

week intel: every thing is amazing girls are ripening , we can now cause more e.c stress than before because: 1-plants are very mature now and can handle stress 2- at this week its the only stress that is helpful for increasing plant resins stresses : E.C stress around 1.6 and 1.7 3 times a week feeding: i replaced B-52 with Bloom Base Nutrient i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them high dose of Top-Max + Bloom Base Nutrient around 877 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause stress . day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause e.c stress again guide of the week : last weeks are time of ripening , and the only helpful stress is e.c stress at this moment

Week 3 has just been wild there proper going for it

Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 5 2/2-2-8 The Cheese gals are in full flower and are stretching like crazy. At the beginning of the week, they were 7 inches tall, Wed 10 and today 2/7 they are 14 & 15 inches tall. They have doubled in height. I’ve moved the pins out to the edge of the pot. For future training, I must add some wires thru the pot holes to keep the branches lower as the outer rim is taller than the center. I reduced nutrients in the feed solution since Runtz and Pink Rozay are showing some purples/blues in the leaves. These gals are vigorous and don’t seem to mind the full strength feedings. Hopefully they won’t start showing deficiencies. I added Green Sensation this week then read the instructions said add in 4th week flower. Blue Cheese is supposed to be a 10 week flower from seed to harvest. If I wait till the 4th week, it will only be used for 2 maybe 3 weeks. Would that actually benefit the plant. So I think I will add some each time but a 25% strength. Calls for 4ml/g I will use 1ml. They are autos and I should be lowering the nutes anyway. Pinned more branches. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/5 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and Dill in the back. A it late with the update as I broke my phone,. To say it was my 1st harvest was very pleased with the outcome, 38grams dry of mostly tight nugs, trichomes on the main colas were turning Amber so cut those down couple of days earlier and left lower nugs to develop a bit more. Cured for 2 weeks now and buds smelling and smoking great, smooth taste and full of flavour! Next crop been planted very soon.

Borked the time tracking on the previous diary weeks, both are still going strong. Grapefruit is developing a lot of new internode fan leaves, but she's too late into bloom now to defoliate etc. and don't want to stress the GG XL either. Latest GG XL photos are in Week 5. Microgreens are also coming up fast. 17/07: Forgot to take Day 42 photos for both girls, my apologies as my wrists have been giving me hell but will get some more up soon. I've been keeping with the same watering schedule, some bud sites are being shaded by fan leaves so I'm trying to VERY carefully bend them down to prop up the little bud sites better. I've rubbed my fingers on some of the fan leaves to get rid of whatever weird white dust is ending up on my leaves, probably just debris from the air and the fan might need a cleaning soon but holy shit my fingers smell strong like Pomegranate and fruits. It's getting quite addictive to smell the bud sites and rub that resin of her fan leaves, I wish I could describe it better but damn it smells good. If the resin is any indication of the final smoke I know that the Grapefruit is gonna be dank. Can't wait till drying + harvest time :)) 18/07: Plucked off some lower burnt leaves that were really old, snipped off two more big fan leaves shading new bud sites and removed the stumps from old leaves rather making those closely cut down stubs instead so no bug invaders can get a free home. :P Humidity has been ridiculously high today >~65% and dropping now in the evening after the rain has stopped to <~60%, I added some Sodium Bicarbonate in plastic jars around the tent to help pull out water from the air. (18/07: Seems to be helping, I'm seeing about a ~2-5% drop overnight and this morning, usually the humidity in the morning before+after rain is ~60-65%) 20/07: The paper ref regarding RH and Bicarb. of Soda: W.-Y. Kuu et al. / International Journal of Pharmaceutics 166 (1998) 167–175 / PII: S0378-5173(98)00049-0 - I don't know how or why but keeping temps at ~21-23C drops the RH down to a stable mid-low 50's range. Thank fuck now I don't have to drop tonnes of money on a huge dehumidifier... Occam's razor baby :) 21/07: Had to move the light, fan, carbon filter and literally everything. Some minor shit for the cover broke on top of the CaCl -RH% and the bicarb got knocked over. Wiped, sprayed down and cleaned out the fan filter as well. What a fucking start to the day... 31/07: GG XL is in Week 7 now, so getting well into flower, growing at an exponential rate and starting to give off a very subtle smell, Grapefruit smells quite noticeable now too. 03/08: GG XL ending week 7, getting massive. ~77-78CM now. Had to defoliate the Grapefruit since leaf miners were still assaulting her, hopefully this helps get more light and airflow into the bud sites, been having humidity issues but can't do much.

The ladies have grown really tall. All the plants are still in the stretch and are doing really well. I have added another layer of compost and a layer of grass clippings for mulch. I will sort them out with some fresh food this weekend as the first leaves are starting to turn a bit yellow. Bud development is good and the ladies are dealing with the colder temperatures well. The weather is supposed to get warmer again. I think they will get another boost soon and will enjoy a fresh feeding. Happy growing.

🌱 Animal Mints — Week 6 From Seed (≈ Week 2 Flower / Pre-Flower Phase) Quick Recap for New Readers This run includes multiple Animal Mints plants, all treated similarly, but we’re mainly cataloging two reference plants to clearly show how timing affects structure and development: • Plant A → 12/12 from seed • Plant B → ~15 days under 16/8 veg, then flipped to flower Same genetics, same room, same feeding — different timelines. That’s the whole experiment. ⸻ Plant A vs Plant B — Why Two Plants? • Plant A (12/12 from seed) • More compact • Slower early structure • Responds very well to gentle leaf bending and light training • Still stretching and stacking nicely • Plant B (short veg period) • Bigger frame • More developed branching • Further along in flower at the same “seed age” • Took light cleanup / lollipopping better This small veg window made a huge difference in structure and flower progression, and that’s exactly why we’re documenting both. ⸻ ✂️ Canopy Work (No Heavy Defoliation) This week we did selective leaf removal, not a true defoliation: • Opened airflow and light paths • Removed shaded or blocking leaves • Light lollipopping on Plant B only • Plant A kept mostly intact, just leaf bending and spacing Goal wasn’t stress — it was space, airflow, and efficiency. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Update • Day Temp: ~28°C (successfully raised) • Humidity: ~65% • PPFD: ~600–850 (depending on height & position) • CO₂: ~900 ppm (now stabilizing around 909 ppm) As outside temps stayed cooler, the room naturally became its own heat source: • Increased plant mass • Higher light intensity • Under-canopy lighting added No forced heaters. No extremes. Just letting the system balance itself. 🌬️ Airflow • Vortex extraction • Multiple cross-flow fans • Constant gentle movement No leaf chaos — just steady motion. ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Nutrition Strategy This week marks a clear transition phase. • EC: ~2.4 • pH: 6.5 (transitioning down — all feeds now 6.0+) Why Higher pH Right Now? As plants move into flower, nutrient demand shifts: • Better Ca / Mg uptake • Stronger phosphorus & potassium availability • Root activity increases Slightly higher pH at this stage supports structural growth and flower formation, especially under higher light and CO₂.
