All is well, did a bit of defoliation, felt like I over done it but they came back stronger. Lime green early flower stretch going on. 🤗 Really enjoy growing. So rewarding.

She’s looking very frosty! I put the lights as close as possible rocking almost 500 ppfd.

The biosys is once a week when I cut off the res and can see the tray starting to empty out at the bottom. I then hand water some Ecothrive Biosys to aid the Ecothrive life-cycle in that second to top layer as well as the grow dots in general (it’s just basically a cheaper UK version of recharge, in that it has a lot of the same ingredients) only I figure they are more likely to be suited to my weather conditions if they are grown here. It’s also all REALLY GREAT stuff to add onto my cactus collection - works great! I just going to carry on - this has been the easiest grow iv ever done so far. All you need to do is PH the water and fill the res - all the microbe shit is optional - although IME boosts plant health and therefore yields. My last grow I got 1.8g/w and half of my grow space was taken up with the actual res! I didn’t think to put it outside my 3x3 (ish) tent! Still tho, that’s respectable numbers. Think it worked out to about 3z in total

Que pasa familia, empezamos la primera semana de floración de estas Original de GrowBarato. Y es que no veáis de un momento a otro se quedaron sin espacio, vaya estirón esta última semana. Están bastante sanas , tienen muy buen color, se practicó una limpia de bajos y ramas que no eran necesarias porque no llegaran a la luz. Hasta ahora todo bien y ya superamos esta primera semana. I've had to make a few changes this week in order to maximize my environment. At this point in flower the goal is to raise pH of my water and lower temperatures inside my tent.... high temps can help burn off terpene profiles. Overall she has been looking pretty light and I've decided to feed her with Advanced Nutrients pH perfect bloom. Planting in a 3 gal bucket just doesn't cut it if your planning on growing in super soil/ organic soil. Since I've fed with AN, I've also increased the CaMg dose.. she really enjoyed the nutes. I will probably feed once or twice more depending on how long she wants to grow. I'm anticipating 90+ days to harvest at this point. Compared to the runtz, Blackberry and cheese auto, the trichome production started pretty slow with the mimosa cake. It's starting to stack on now and the smell has intensified 10 fold in the last week. Process/ Environment changes: - Turned back down my exhaust fan.. it was turned up way too high and my carbon filter couldn't keep up with amount of air bieng pushed thru it... the smell in/outside my house was unbearable... - I Harvested my cheese auto (see videos), so I turned down one of my TS1000 lights, which decreased the temperatures inside my tent. - Like I mentioned earlier, I fed with AN bloom nutes to help keep her healthy. - I've been taking off more fan leaves and bottom larf, bit by bit every day I'm on auto pilot at this point. I included photos of my outdoor grow space.. I plan know replicating this grow outdoors this summer. I also bought a rosin press, and I plan on smashing nugs for days when all these plants are ready ☮️

Week 5 : What an exiting moment, the buds started to appear. Apparently the the topped master KUSH is doing well, was shocked for a day but has a nice canopy promising a sufficient yield I assume? LST still going on. Will end this week, propably Wednesday 🤔 Please let me know what you think! 28/10 update : identified CALMAG deficiency will ad curating dose. + bought new pH meter for more accurate testing...

Esta semana el drenaje del suelo me dio valores muy altos la EC en 3700 y el ph 8.3 , en los riegos anteriores el ph de riego eran de 6.3 y la EC de 1500 por eso el próximo riego volveré a hacerlo solo con agua, para ver si se normaliza. La planta igualmente viene creciendo en optimas condiciones a nivel visual, con los cogollos desarrollándose de manera saludable. Espero que siga asi.

Day 61

Cracked a few stems, twisting them 2, 3 points in the main stem and once on each lateral stem, very early monstercropping, cracked the stem without rupturing xylem or phloem channels, minimal recovery, maximum stress and response. There is a new need for significant reinforcement. I know this knuckle will eventually require the throughput of a superhighway. No point in dilly-dallying. Growth grinds to a halt, at least it feels like that. Energy is now distributed fairly evenly to each stem at equal heights and equal light intensity. Growth is not slower; there is just far, far more to do all at once in equal measure, start raising her soil EC up to 1.0mS/cm and maintaining. Upped to 40DLI for now. Temps back in the daytime 87+ range. NPK Raw Grow to keep the soil water solution at 1.0ms/cm, thereabouts. Enzymes and amino acids are applied foliarly to the underside of leaves each night 🌙. Aim to coat the undersides of the leaves where the majority of the stomata are located. Use a spray with smaller droplets to increase the surface area of the leaves that are covered. Adding a surfactant to the mix can help the spray spread better on the leaf surface, improving absorption. Just remember not to add anything immobile.. Heat denatures enzymes. "blah blah what's the point? It's hardly going to do much." Plants have a surprisingly low photosynthetic efficiency, typically converting only 1% to 2% of the total solar energy that hits them into chemical energy. (Too much defoliation and high VPD all night). In fully optimized conditions, that rises to 6%-8% efficiency. Plants generally have a high protein turnover rate, with enzymes making up a substantial portion of this turnover. 10% total ATP is photosynthetically processed. 90% total ATP is processed during cellular respiration. 25% -50% total respiratory energetic output is spent on enzyme turnover (Ballpark). Sounds like it's worthwhile to me. The longer you have waited, the harder you must swing.

This was the girls 1st full week of flower. They have done great, lots of stretch, small buds starting to form, and lots of praying 🙏 They have been pretty easy so far, I hit the barrier for these girls with nutrients, burnt the tips a bit , despite that, they have shown no issues. Looking forward to these girls finishing (as always) but they have been lab tested by other home growers who hit 3-4% terpenes, and close to 29% thc

This week has been wild. I had to cut the sides of the greenhouse as the plants had it bursting at the seams. These girls are all flowering beautifully and starting to frost up. Happy Growing.
