This week the girls have been going nuts! These are the largest strawberry bananas I have grown yet! I'm super excited to see what happens after taking these photos I cut one leaf off each plant. My first second time running this strain I did LST and my yield was much lower and it stunted her. So she seems to like to stretch. Die Ladys beenden morgen Ihre 4. Woche und haben mal wieder extrem an Masse und Wachstum zugelegt. Der Start in die 5. Woche mit Vorblüte und bereits die ersten Streches. Verwunderlich finde ich, dass die kleinste mit dem kleinsten Top am längsten braucht um in die Blüte zu gehen 😄 aber das wird auch noch 😎 Ab morgen bin ich für zwei Wochen im Urlaub und ein Freund wird sich um das Gießen kümmern. Ich gehe davon aus das alles gut wird. Sie wurden nun zum zweiten mal entlaubt, die unteren Blätter wurden entfernt als auch Triebe die sich nicht optimal entwickelt haben. Hi growmies. Hope we are all well and still sane?. This week has been another roller coaster for the ladies. Amnesia Haze has gone crazy with growth this week. She has taken over 25 L of water this week to cope with the heatwave we are having. It has been up around 24°c just before lights off at 12pm. I am glad i decided to use the nights for the lights on period now. I did lose the 5th node on the Amnesia sadly but the remaining 4 nodes are little powerhouses of growth tips. She has also reached the pots edges after i supercropped them earlier in the week. They had bounced back by the next day .!!!. I love this strain so far.. The remaining ladies havevhad to cope with some issues this week. Heat and light intensity from the new Mars at 100% power took a toll on their chlorophyll production abilities. I have since dropped the power by 25% and raised the light a little too. The yellowing has not worsened and new growth below is looking good so far. The worse affected was the Red Hot Cookies but now they both look settled root wise , they have improved the last few days too. I did a pH check and got 7.2ph so I did use some ph down to drop it to 6.0. There is a huge difference in the 3 girls and it is shocking to see what just 2 weeks germination gap can cause. I do know the NFT can catch up once it gets its roots into the matting more. Fingers crossed we see some improvements this coming week.. Be well.

In the seventh week, I am preparing a detailed essay to explain my training method. I plan to increase the nutrient solution dosage to 35ml, including Warmcasts, seaweed, and a flower mix I concocted. Additionally, I will introduce 100% Gaba powder at half a teaspoon, mixed with water, to be administered at nighttime for the next two weeks. This natural chemical compound can help the plant relax and alleviate stress as it transitions into the pre-flowering stage and starts producing flowers. On the 11th of January, I completed the last defoliation procedure before the plant enters the pre-flowering stage in three days. I observed that the DLI (Daily Light Integral) reading is a bit high, and the light is positioned at the top. Therefore, I aim to adjust the light to achieve an ideal DLI range between 20-30. There is currently no CO2 supplementation in place. On the 12th of January, I eagerly await the pre-flowering stage and anticipate its onset in a few more days. It's time to initiate a 3-day mid-drying period. A notable event on the 12th of January was the arrival and easy installation of the Spectrum King Sk600. The brightness of this new light is noticeably superior compared to the Budmasters. On the 13th of January, the plants experienced the first half-day under the SK600, and everything appears to be in good condition. Furthermore, I decided to move one of the vegetative plants, "Mango Skunk," into the flower tent on the same day. Additionally, there was a rearrangement of the lights in the flower tent, with the Spectrum King SK600 and Cropmaster Pro 1000 DIY being utilized. The readings for both lights were documented as follows: DLI - 197 u/mols, PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density) - 3000 and up at 23 inches from the canopy, PPFD 2942 at 24 inches from the canopy. I also applied blood fish and bone on topsoil and worked it in, using 2 cups of the mixture on the 14th of January. It was a relatively quiet day, and to lighten the growing mood, I took a quick video and uploaded some pictures of my dog Martina, showcasing her journey from a puppy. The bottom node leaves are significantly large, leading me to anticipate massive buds in the future. Late-night observations revealed that Pablo, a plant in the tent, may not have fully stretched to fill the available space, suggesting that it could be male. On the other hand, the forgotten haze cakes strain occupies a substantial portion of the tent, showcasing positive training outcomes. On January 15, 2024, I removed the twist ties from the cola stalks to allow for better airflow and to support the unrestricted growth of the plants. The following day, I took some photos to document the progress of the plants. It's always fascinating to visually track their development over time. Also on January 16, a plant named "Freaky Pablo" displayed unusual characteristics, signaling that it might be a male plant. To prevent any potential pollination issues, I decided to remove "Freaky Pablo" from the grow space. On the same day, I observed the presence of pre-flowers, indicating the beginning of the flowering stage. This marks an exciting phase in the growing process as the plants transition to a crucial stage of their life cycle. During this time, I made some adjustments to the positioning of the "Mango Skunk" plant, initially moving it up to the top bed and then deciding to move it back to the bottom. On January 18, I noted that the lights were turned on, marking the start of the flowering phase. This is a significant milestone in the plant's development as it shifts its focus from vegetative growth to flower production. Additionally, I relocated a plant named "Spicy Temp" to the flower tent. This move ensures that all plants in the flowering stage are in the optimal environment for the next phase of their growth. Overall, it appears that the grow operation is progressing well, and I am looking forward to witnessing how the plants continue to develop. And finally, here's a joke for you: What did one plant say to the other? "Hey bud, how's it growing?" I am not, because i am dead!

Hello Folks, 17 days from spraying the CS on MILF A we got Lots of nanners. I have a theory that the stronger the Colloidal silver PPM the more it will affect the plant I have been told that 30 to 50 ppm is good. The stuff I have clocked in at 158 PPM with my meter the bottle said 500 ppm so either way it did its job but I only sprayed 2 nodes and 95% of the plant started growing balls. there was 1 branch that had all girl parts on it see the pic above. Today was the day I hacked her up as she started to pop in the tent and I will find out how many buds got knocked up in 2 months or so, I did do a few on purpose with a paint brush and marked then with a loose Zip tie around the branch. I have been reading that the way to tell if a bud has been pollenated that the hairs will turn brown as a first sign and then the calyx will swell with the seed. this is my first time as a "pollen chucker" I really hope these will makes feminized seeds for this strain it looks like its worth keeping around. heat and stress resistant and I am seeing minimal tip burn, they are heavy drinkers. Well the end has come to this beautiful strain What can I say it was fun to grow even considering the early problems I had with the yellowing it turned out amazing The smell and taste are out of this world. Tastes very citrucy and sweet. With a super heavy high. Looking forward to curing this one. Onto the next and big up the followers

I mean, overall this was an extremely painless grow. The test of whether we should or shouldn't top autos is still TBD imo. Our topped candidate produced denser, frostier buds, but weighed slightly less, at 14 grams of bud total. And our lst plant produced 18 grams of bud, not as frosty, and almost as dense as our topped girl. I'll be topping autoflowers from here on out only under the circumstance I have 4+ to grow at the same time. Seems like it could be used to speed up the autoflower grow cycle if done properly, like with right. Since I'm doing a perpetual cycle, it's still a viable option for me in the long run. A few tips I have for anyone growing this strain in organics: Start feeding bloom nutes a little bit prior to flower transition - this makes the transition more seemless. From weeks 1-3 flower, I slowly dropped the grow dosage until I cut off grow nutes week 3 flower. Starting the flush around week 6 flower seemed to really bring out this plant's potential. But I think you could get away with starting the flush around week 5. I hope this helps anyone trying this strain out. It's a good one, I hope to see more journals of it, eventually. Cheers everyone!
