Day 77-84 (April 17th-24th) (Day 78) I honestly cant believe I’ve been vegging this long. The growth for almost 80 days of veg is laughable. I’ve compiled a little list of what has gone wrong so far. - I added too much glacial moraine which made the soil too water retentive - I’ve been foliar feeding too much kelp - I gave too many bloom nutrients for a plant in veg - EDIT: DID NOT WATER ENOUGH AT ONCE The plants have been drooping like crazy this past week and I’m going to try watering in a full gallon per plant. I first thought it was from the medium not drying out enough, soil compaction ect. and I’m sure those are definitely areas where my soil mix could improve but the bottom of the container is pretty damn dry. I could actually be under watering despite soaking the top with 500ml a day. I’m going to sit the pots on some plastic sheeting so they don’t evaporate as much from the bottom and water in a full gallon each making sure I get some runoff. I was going to wait until I get my air pump but fuck it, it’s coming tomorrow afternoon. The pots are so big that they’re not fully wetting to the bottom even with a gallon. I’m going to try to water in a gallon every 4 days while keeping the top soil moist with the sprayer. In hindsight 6 plants in 5-7 gallon pots would be the most ideal. (Day 79) Holy fuck did a full gallon watering make a difference. I should have been doing this the whole time. All 4 plants are praying and stretching upward like crazy. They just look more vigorous and happy within a day. I bet they will be even happier with that supplemental air. If things stay this smooth I should be able to flip around day 84, possibly earlier. Got my air pump in the mail today. This is kind of a shot in the dark so hopefully it works. It’s super loud and vibrates like crazy. First I’m going to try running it 24/7 and see if there is any improvement over the next few days. If it does work, I’ll try running it on my humidity controller so it’s not constantly humming and will only turn on when the humidity is high. I’m going to turn the night time temps down to 70f to prevent root problems now that I’m watering much bigger amounts less frequently and it’s getting warmer during the day. (Day 81/Day 1F) Ever since I’ve been watering in the proper amounts I have seen an absolute explosion in growth. I’ve decided to flip today, now that I’m confident my soil mix isn’t completely fucked. I might run into some N/mg problems during the stretch so I will make sure to give a final foliar feeding around the end of week 1. (Day 3F) So I’m literally seeing dwc growth rates now. Plants have grown more in the last 5 days than the last 3 weeks. If I had stayed at this pace of growth since day 1, I would have an 8 foot tall plant or I would be halfway through flower already. Oh well. Good learning experience. *grits teeth* I’m going to put up the second layer of trellis before these girls stretch out of control. Bbb#3 is seriously stretchy and will likely more than double in size in the next 2 weeks. The other 4 are all quite stout and bushy. I’m giving a light, preemptive defoliation each day and picking off some of the lower sucker branches. I will do a full strip around day 21F.

Missed last weeks update. Been very busy with family stuff. Will be my last week as a vegetative update. Girl Scout cookies dwc is the only plant not in flower. Tent is on auto. Just trying to keep up on water. Lemon haze #1 alone drinks about 3/4 of a gallon a day. Installed my r/o system last week on Friday. Will be a big help. I went through 26 jugs of store bought distilled water last week. Terrible, never again. Lemon haze #3 has such a strong skunky, lemony smell at such an early phase. It’s a shorter stockier pheno. Lemon haze #1 and 2 share the same traits. I just hope lemon haze #2 shows out like #1 has. Wow. I trained her well. Like 14-16 colas on top. Really excited to see how gorilla cookies does. Giving her what she needs to perform and give me that high thc content. It’s already sticky as hell in the first week of flower and what a stretcher. Stems look like celery stalks. Tent is full for sure. All looks well. Temps and humidity on auto and rocking. Deal of the century on that stand alone ac unit. 600$ brand new, I got it for 100$ only used for a few months. Two soil grows are looking great as well. 1 each Girl Scout cookies and white widow autos in 4 gallon fabric pots. Half happy frog and half ocean forest with perlite added. Pretty much week 4 on those and I haven’t started feeding at all, just r/o water ph’d to 6. Both started flower within the last few days. Thanks for looking. Happy growing to all out there🤙

This was a quiet week. The girls were recovering from their topping but were also flipping into flower. They have been getting water every two days and that seems to be an issue so I bought an auto watering drip system to install next week. This girl has the biggest comeback outta all of them. Has continued to do well and has responded very well to the topping. I leave another week before going to 12 12, I think I can do a mid-week LST. today I added a natural, economical and reliable system to distribute CO2, it's sweet jelly with water and baker's yeast, the distribution of CO2 is done gradually. With my container I am quiet for 90 days

Fruity Pebbles in blue planet nutrition has grown really nice. She has a good fruity, sweet aroma. Loaded in trichromes, and looks like she will give me roughly a good quarter lb or more in a dry yield. Everything went fairly well in the grow. No major issue I can think of. Moin gibt nicht viel zu sagen hatte bei einer der octo moms Ph probleme die ich aber mit ner kleinen Spülung beheben konnte und am mittwoch 22.06.22 habe ich die Ladys etwas entblättert damit mehr Licht nach unten eindringen kann sonnst war nix weiter los ausser beobachten Ach ja und ich beschwerte mich nie wieder über schlechtes wetter jetzt is das wetter so gut das ich die Temps in der box kaum noch unter Kontrolle halten kann hatten am Freitag 24.06 knapp 30 Grad in der Wohnung nur mit gefrorenen Wasser Flaschen Könnte ich die Box auf 26,4 Grad runter kühlen noch wärmer aussen Temperaturen und ich hab ein Problem 😢 naja die Woche war okay die Ladys wachsen und Strecken sich läuft also...... This week I'll only be able to share some photos, as I'm having technical issues, but I promise that next week I'll bring you the best photos I can. As I mentioned in the Black Muffin and Strawberry Cola diary, I started noticing that my plants had slowed down their development a bit and were showing signs of deficiencies. I discovered that my pH regulator wasn't working properly, but I've already fixed that problem. Most likely there was a root blockage. I've already flushed the plant once with distilled water, and I'll probably do the same on the next watering. I'll fertilize again next week. You'll have news soon, haha! Hugs machines.💀😍
