Hey guys/gals welcome to my first grow diary! Well it's week nine and it's still 🔥 in my tent. So I decided to change my light from the philizon 600w to a Viparspectra vs1000 to try to help the flowering and see if it would cool my tent down some. It helped by a degree or two but anything helps! The 🌸 were responding to the Viparspectra very well until I missed a watering day and she got to dry from my blazing tent. So when I came home and checked on my girls I noticed my Northern lights is lime green and the bottom leaves are yellow and falling off. So did some research and it's nitrogen and a lack of other nutrients that cause the loss of color. So gave a heavy feeding. The only problem with that is the top layer of soil absorbed water and then it all ran to the bottom of the pot and into the runoff tray so I let them soak for 10 mins and then drained runoff. So the top and bottom are moist and I can push on the side of pot and u can feel it's dry soil but the pot feels heavy. So I will wait it out and feed again. I have noticed the color coming back to the Northern lights so their is improvement! No issues with pineapple auto! UNTIL..... Don't use neem oil on your plants in flower!!! Before u wonder yes! I sprayed them in dark cycle. They soaked over 11 hrs before lights on. It literally says on the bottle u can use up till harvest day! So I drenched them in neem oil lastnight because I believe the bugs are causing a lot of my deficiency problems. Got up this morning and bugs are still flying all around. The neem oil is a bust! Also checked the plants as soon as lights on this morning to make sure oil was absorbed and noticed all the pistols on both plants are fried. They were white and plump yesterday so that's all I can think it could be. I did read an article that also says that neem oil shouldn't be used in flower because it has chemicals toxic to humans. Here I copied the article: Neem Oil will leave an unpleasant taste/smell on buds when used to treat flowering plants, so don’t let this stuff get near your buds! There’s also some evidence Neem oil may be harmful to humans so use with care! That being said, Neem oil is an all-natural remedy that is very effective against many different types of bugs and mold. You will need a mister (also called a “One-Hand Pressure Sprayer”) to spray all the leaves evenly since neem oil and water can separate easily. *Bugs* so I've said this before but in case your just reading this week of my diary I bought some cheap potting soil from Walmart for this grow. I spray my sapling with a spray bottle for the first 7 days for water and on day 2 spraying the soil I noticed little tiny white bugs crawling all over the soil and from then on it's been a battle that I'm losing. I have now ordered some dematious earth sure I didn't spell that right! Hoping this will help. We shall see. Well till next week! 19.07.21 Moin liebe grower Gemeinde hab gestern (Sonntag 18.07.21) die ersten 3 Ladys wieder getoppt und endblättert danach habe ich alle 4 Äste, (bei jeder Lady) versucht auf eine hohe aus zu richten was ganz gut geklappt hat.mir is aufgefallen das alle Ladys gleichmäßige nodien produzieren bis auf purps OG Nr. 3 die hat an einem Ast tatsächlich 4 neue auf einem Haufen wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist ich gehe Mal davon aus das es durch den Stress verursacht wurde vom toppen,denke Mal das solche Anomalien normal sind und werde den Spass weiter beobachten hab wieder was zum lernen gefunden 😎😎😎😎😎 Mal sehen wie sich das ganze entwickelt denke Mal das ich Mittwoch oder Donnerstag Lady nr.4 in ihren endtopf setzen werde und dann auch gleich weiter Main Laining an den ersten 3 weiter führe. Ach ja zu den 3 Stecklingen in der Mitte habe vor sie die Tage nach draussen zu setzen ich weiss ist ziemlich spät dafür aber ich liebe Experimente, bis die Tage und euch, die alle bald ernten und auf dem Weg dorthin sind wünsch ich ne reichlich Fette Ernte mit glitzernden disco Kugeln🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺😁😁😁😁😁 22.07.21 habe gestern die ersten 3 Tomaten Ringe gebaut sind jeweils 5x35 cm Zaundraht die ich eingedreht habe (also sozusagen eine Öse), habe dann alles nochmal auf gleiche länge geschnitten und mir ein langes Stück Draht ca anderthalb Topfumrandungen lang. Stäbe am Topfrand verteilen wie sie ca stehen sollen und dann den Draht einfädeln und zum Schluss überstehendes mit Kabelbindern (Strapse) fest zurren ezzzz. jetzt stehen die Stäbe ca 14 cm über dem Topfrand. Drückt mir die Daumen das alles so klappt wie ich mir das vorstelle is das erste Mal das ich mit dem Tomaten Ring arbeite. Zu purps OG Nr. 4 die ist heute in ihren endtopf um gezogen, werde Sonntag dort dann auch auf 8 Äste toppen und danach den Tomaten Ring einbauen euch allen noch ne Ernte reiche Woche

I like to defoliate well just before flower especially lower parts to expose bud sites so light gets trough and some larger top leaves but not too many so I don't shock the plant too much

Everything is going well I got a raptor hood for my 600 watt so I was able to drop my light right on top of my plants maybe 6 niches away . Noticed she was getting a bit lighter in colour so I brewed up a tea first 1 ever just switched to organics tea looked good hopefully not 2 strong . I also pulled some branches out to open up more branches to get light as she was bushy and I did not want to cut most of the branches off because I'm not trimming larf lol. Now it's smooth sailing to the end I got 1 more top dressing next week and all I gotta do is water once a week

First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. So the end of 3 and entering week 4 these girls are a little sad today as been working on finishing their little grow space which hopefully they'll settle into over the next few days. I have tried too upload images but no luck keeps saying resizing no matter where I upload from 🙄 The girls are taking off and I can see the difference in growth allthough they've been unsettled past few days 🌱 Still loving the aptus range and so am I its keeping these girls healthy even the topped girl hasnt really reacted too being topped 🌱👌 I will be doing some hst/lst with the other 2 this week as neglected them slightly as having the fastbuds testers all potted up into new shoes. Thickening up nicely! Got some nutrient issues on the LSD, but not nearly as bad a previous grows.

Alright, I moved her into Homebox Q60+ now and provided some professional light Q3W from Sanlight with 120W full spectrum range. This setup is much better for the plant compared to my setup in 1st week. Now it is also much easier for me to keep stable humidity and temperature. Day 9 - Looks like she recovers from stress I gave her in 1st week. Stem looks quite thin to me - but since I have no experience I can't be sure if it is abnormal for this age or not.

------------------------- | BLUEBERRY HARVEST | ------------------------- After two sunny days it is harvest time !! - Finally, 16 days of flush - At first thought, the trimming would be easier compared to my previous plants, but when removing more leaves, more buds appearing too hahaha so it took like 4 hours or more..It is not the most accuurate trimming but i had not much time that day, i removed all the leaves and branches after weighting it all.. Like i said on the last post, im harvesting having in mind my bud preferences (the later the better), weather, humidity and sunlight, so the first of the cloudy/rainy days she was chopped in the moring, attending the principle of thc regeneration at night.. Got to say that, i wasnt expecting such production (8 days until it was well dried), this plant started as the season saver because the Cheese started to flower in march, revegged etc.. and i have been rewarded with this BB, a true genetic portent !! If i could, i would keep her as mother forever ^^ The quality is awesome, she looks more like a WW talking about that coat of thc.. Flavour without proper cure, is deep earthy at first, transitioning to a fruity, sweet one, it is a pleasure to smoke, delicious sweet aftertaste.. Esta semana las chicas han mejorado un poco, se detuvo el amarillamiento, descubri que Cal-Max de Grotek interfiere en la composicion de la linea hesi por lo que las chicas sufren un bloqueo de nutrientes, dejé de utilizarlo y las chicas han continuado con su desarrollo relativamente normal. ya estan en su 5ta semana de floracion, Tutankhamon ha producido una cantidad gigantesca de resina, Lennon esta engordando a toda velocidad y aun le quedan 6 semanas aprox. Anubis a pesar de su color intenso amarillo palido esta engordando bastante bien y su produccion de resina es inimaginable y ya solo que quedan 2 semanas y media aprox. espero que a partir de ahora ya no surjan mas problemas y que las chicas terminen su floracion de la mejor manera. esto es todo por esta semana chicos, espero que se encuentren muy bien !
