Well shit..... Here is a reminder for everyone out there, calibrate your pH monitoring equipment on its recommended schedule! Of all the things to forget about. Sigh. My pH has been out of whack, looks like it was far to low and I have been effectively starving the plants of phosphorus. At least is what the leaves are starting to show, a definite deficiency. It was hard to see on the right plant at first as the purple hit the spots rather well. They just started turning necrotic in places. It really jumped out on the left plant and was easier to spot. It was reading 6.1 but was more like 5.2 Lesson learned, stay on top of that pH. I think it is time to retire these old Milwaukee MC120's in favor of some newer models. I could just replace the probes and double down on the calibration but I've had these things for nearly ten years now. I think sitting in that moderately humid environment has taken its toll on the internals. They aren't exactly made well. Oh well, these won't end up looking perfectly pretty in the end I guess. Given that I already wasn't to happy with the pheno, I'm not expecting much from these plants now.

Strain is Lemon Pie x Gorilla Cookies Auto R2 Grow started on July 8th, 2022 I dropped these directly into another pot with some plants that I was pretty sure were not awesome. I was right and these germinated quickly and are growing well. Out of four, the two I kept were the best ones, so I named them 1 and 2 Direct to soil, same feed as my Green Gelato Auto grow, Flora Nova Bloom with all the good Gaia Green nutes and worm castings and myco in the soil already. Crimson Clover is cover/companion July 23, 2022 Day 15 My impression of these two autos so far: super fast growing, topped on day 15, 1st week of veg. I was NOT going to top them, but they are so fast, I need to buy some time, since the other plants are filling out now. I don't think she will slow down by much.

Day 30 Feb. 18th- I feel like everything is going great -all plants are now in final 7 gallon containers..have used a lot of soil! -I have been tying the plants down as much as possible -March 2nd will be 42 days and I think that is when I will switch to 12/12 -Day 35 Feb. 24th- I need trellis netting soon I retie branches constantly for inner growth HULKBERRY and GREEN GELATO are growing similar...LSD and ROYAL GORILLA are growing similar! -Very interesting!! * I have color coated the plants like I should have a couple weeks ago -GREEN GELATO has all green pipe cleaners now...HULKBERRY has all yellow pipe cleaners. very long branches and small inner growth LSD is in all purple pipe cleaners. tying it down has done wonders! it has awesome inner growth! Now the ROYAL GORILLA in all orange pipe cleaners! This plant is a pain in the ass lol. The inner growth and spacing is insanely close!!! so many shoots all tightly together. I have tied down anything I can. Unsure how it will work in budding next week

It was time to chop one of the girls. After wet trim scale show 547g what I find a great result. Second plant will stay in the tent for about a week longer. First one: from 547 wetwith some stems I finished with 102g dry and trimmed Second one: 617 wet harvest, dry 135 Final weight from two plants is 237g so I'm super happy about this grow.

Day 63 ( again!): Well folks it had been a very busy week in the room with harvesting and preparing for more. The #2 Gorilla is drying nice and slowly in around 15°c cool air and has now been joined by the #1 and #3 Gorilla girls too. They both surprised me with the amount of buds tucked away below their canopy and although not the tallest plants , they should yield ok for it. Their buds were rock solid and so pinapple scented and tasting !. I nipped a small side off a few day ago to sample #1 and it was so sweet and smooth. wow a nice hit too. roll on cure and jar time. ....the pics don't do them justice up close but hopefully you can see the likeness to GG4 in their make up as opposed to #2and 4 #4 Gorilla girl is now at day 63 so ready for the end now. I will leave her a day or two more then put her into darkness for her pre trim oil push. I did nip chunks from her stem in a few places to hsrrsss her a little to also push some oils, hopefully this will pay off. Sweet Cheese has finished well too now. her main bud is thick amd very solid. She leaves a sticky finger and diesel stench like nonother strain can.lpl Her time is also now. Hopefully the next time we see these two ladies left , they will be trimmed for the dry. The smoke is so smooth with zero harshness. Will benefit a cure for some termination as the darker girls don't finknlike the other 2 at all. There is a berry kind of hit to it though only weak at present . I am pleased she yielded what she did and seeing how much shrinkage I had, worried me for a short while.lol Her trim was not a manicure due to the nature of her buds being Berry looking on drying and so much frost to keep the tiny leaf pieces left in , very active.lol so here are her stats 63 Day flower 50.60g (2.1oz) Not to be sniffed at for her size at all. A good start to the harvest. Roll on the #1and #3 being dry in a few more days. They looked a lot more productive !. woohoo. I love this hobby .lol Without pics it didn't happen so here they are .

Plant is looking good and healthy, starting to develop good roots rapidly and is now fully in the veg stage, Rhizotonic is working great as far as I can see and Canna start looks the job, I have Canna A&B for later but after studying reviews etc Ice gone for Canna start for the first 3 weeks and then on to the A&B later as it comes into flower, Plant has grown 4 inches or more the last few days and is now 8-9 inch tall with nice lush green leaves, I'm increasing nutes and supplements and have introduced calmag at a 1/7 recommended dosage I don't want to stress the plant at this early stage, I've decreased the reservoir level since last week to about 1.5 inches under the net cup as the roots and hairs are developing well and want to give them some air as they grow further into the reservoir Pump on 24/7 Ph in reservoir is slightly decreased to 6.0-6.1 PPM around 250-300 will increase next week

Hello. This the end of the 1st week and the start of the 2nd week of flowering. Just a fast entry... I'm starting harvesting of the front 1/2 of this greenhouse tomorrow. So, I'm getting ready for that. These plants have still got 6 or 7 weeks of flowering to go still. These plant will go in the front of the greenhouse when I'm finished with the harvest in there. Did a stock rub test of these plants and the smell reminded me of the good old days of buying land race pot. It smelled like The Columbian sativa from the 1970's... mmm wonderful. OK. Have Fun. An here we are. At the end of another cycle. The end of another year, and what a year it was. For Sunshine and me personally, it was a tough year, with our families sick on multiple occasions, life-threatening. We are very thankful for many things but most of all that all our parents are healthy again. We wish your families are as fortunate in the coming year. So we end this Gorilla's life with a swift cut of the scissors, after thanking her again for the companionship, the well-needed distraction, and all the love she has given me already. I sometimes read that people won't go near their plants when they are angry or sad. Please do go to your plants when you are sad or angry! They are millions of years old. They have been healers of animals and humans since they were around. Our emotions can not taint something so pure as the spirit of this plant. She will heal us, give her life for us, sacrifice herself for our healing. She is all-powerful and all-knowing, there is nothing we mere humans can do, except disrespect her powers. Bask in her glowing light, enjoy her soothing energy, her creative spark when you are in need of love, just don't smoke her at that time, for she will soothe you bit not give her treasures, she will seduce you. Chopped her two days into week 14. What else. Buds. There are a lot of them. And they are quite large. And they look like they will require little effort to trim. What more can I wish for? I am a very happy man. Upd 1: Trimming is SO SIMPLE! Not much sticking out to begin with, because of the amazing bud structure and me plucking most bud node fans. Solid nugs which are not bothered by anything, so pulling smaller sub-bud fans is very simple too, while the buds are what I would call moist. I'll call this Moist Trim 😄 ✂️✂️✂️ Went for the best trimming tools available on the market (well at least my research concluded so) and LOVING every minute of trimming with the B-500SRF. Why would I or anyone else use something less suitable or less comfortable for such a delicate and long job is beyond me, except if you cannot afford one right now, in which case I wish you to experience it one day. Fiskars are also very good in therms of the blades, coating and cutting ability and precision, but the spring is just too stiff, like way, way to stiff for something that is to be used for hours on end. One might argue that such spring force helps overcome resin buildup, but please just rinse your instrument regularly in an appropriate solvent (ethy, iso, whatever — consider you instrument materials as well) and wipe it after. Why would you let significant amounts of resin to accumulate on such a gentle and precise tool? Kinda defeats the purpose?

Vegetation Phase - Week 5 Week 5 marks a bittersweet milestone. RIP to the Marienkäfer homie — gone but never forgotten. Their watchful eyes and pest-snacking legacy will forever live on in the tent. Meanwhile, the Donutz gang is thriving and about to hit the next big step in their journey: the 7-liter pot upgrade. Updates & Changes: RIP Marienkäfer: Nature giveth and taketh away. The tent feels a little emptier without our little guardian, but pest pressure remains nonexistent thanks to their diligent work. Transplant Time: The plants are moving up to 7L pots this week, giving their roots the room they need to expand and thrive before flipping to bloom. This upgrade will ensure a strong foundation for the explosive growth coming soon. Watering: Still sticking with reverse osmosis (RO) water for maximum control and cleanliness. Plan for Flower Transition: After the transplant, the plants will chill for the rest of the week in their new homes to recover and adjust. Week 6 will cover the flip to flower. With the clean lollipopped structure and solid root development, these plants are set to focus all their energy on producing hefty main colas in the Sea of Green setup. Day 63 - All the ladies seem to be doing great, one of the orange sherbets is still a little behind but over all I think they have all bounced back from the light & nutrient burn! Got these transplanted to the rain science 3 gal bags and moved to a 4x4 in the basement where it's a little better environment in terms of vpd. I had a full bag of roots organic soil so I decided to do a soil/coco blend like I did with the current autoflower crop. I also topped every single one of em mid week. Once I get the flower tent all cleaned out and everything I'll be throwing these in there for bloom. Hoping this will be an even better grow than the last since I have both my arms back. I'm doing the update a little early since I was late on it last week, today (tuesday 9.10.19) is day 43 from germination and about day 39 from full sprout. Before this week they were under only about 185w in a 4x4 area so it's been slow growth so far. These are doing solid, some are a little small and bushy like the purple candy paint and the rocstar breath but not that they have some room to grow maybe theyll pick it up.
