Sticky has survived another night outside in my greenhouse..it was very cold this morning,; 10 C 😠! She hasnt grown much this week, only 5 cm but that has to do with me topping her, last week🙏 Tonight im gonna use heathing mats in the GH.. so maybe it will stay little bit warmer (waiting for my extention cord 2b delivered today✊) But maybe i will just put them inside again tonight, on my windowsill .. i dont want them to get sick🙏 the temp. at night is just too cold..heating mats in Greenhouse outside is not gonna help much i think.. But now she is on my garden table waiting to catch some rays from the sun..and then im gonna give her a good fotoshoot! forcast of today is very sunny so 🙌 But i will put her in my greenhouse this afternoon, so she can hide from the strong winds.. I already see some sighns of pre-flower coming up.(so shes still happy!) The final piece to my perpetual harvest strategy... Blue Dream'Matic by FastBuds. She is growing in organically composted 'super soil', I have not added any additional nutrients. From the pic of the overall garden my strategy is to have the 2 youngest plants in the middle directly below the CFL. The 2 plants in late-veg or early-flower on the right. And the 2 plants in late-flower on the left (under the light with more reds). The CFL will also act as some side lighting for the 4 older plants. Welcome back all, following a week that has been a fairly straight forward seven days or so in Fat Yappa's Garden, as the older Bruce Banners reach day 51, day 44 for the runt of the sisters, planted on the same day but that took a week longer to germinate, and day 42 for the two Wedding Cheesecake's, one growing in Coco Coir, the other in the same living soil as her Bruce Banner Fastbuds cousins. The week began with last weeks humidity issues brought well and truly into hand with the addition of the new 20L dehumidifier from Meaco, specifically designed for the UK weather. However a shift in the aforementioned from the falls dawn of an early spring, to a return to more usual climate conditions for this time of year through things off kilter once again. Despite pulling around 6L of water out the air a day, she was struggling to keep the RH down to around 50% with my central heating returned to its usual position of 18c, but an increase to 20c has taken things back in line, and the humidity has returned to the mid 40's I was aiming for. Humidity concerns during this off period however, and a subsequent inspection below the top layer of the canopy, which resulted in the discovery of quite a lot of whitish, moist growth, prompted a mass defoliation, mostly of the Bruce Banners. I had been performing very light defoliation up until this point, only removing dead/almost dead leaves, and very select leaves from the top of the canopy that were blocking what looked like bud sites, but the lack of light and air getting through past the top layer, together with the fact that now bud sites are far clearer to a novice such as I, lead me to the conclusion that the time was right. Besides the runt, all these plants have not even skipped a beat. The runt has been a bit droopier in her leaves than the others all in all, but I have looked in on them and seen her with leaves pointing up and praying a few times since so I trust all is well. Following the defoliaton on day 47, the plants stuck to their two day watering schedule, but di threatened to need an increase to daily, as day 50 saw waterings a mere 24hrs after the previous day, but feeling the weight of the pots yesterday I elected to wait til 48 hours to water again. The water amounts per plant has also become more erratic than previously, so I have been watering more carefully. Other than that the week has been pretty much plain sailing, and what look like to be some big looking flowers coming up all over the canopy, as all bar the Wedding Cheesecake in living soil are now fully in flower, but she will be there by next week. The Bruce banner I accidentally snapped the top off from the second node down doing LST a few weeks ago seems to be about half a week ahead of the other two of the same age, and trichomes have began to appear on the leaves around the buds. The biggest plant in the tent is still the wedding Cheesecake in Coco coir, as she now stand a metre tall and her top is the same level as the light now. Her size is a concern because it has caused me to neglect her in favour of the other plants, certainly in terms of light, but she doesn't seem to have any more bud sites than the other plants, and for the time being at least, her older cousins are leaving her to shame in this department, but she still has a week to catch up. Lastly, day 39 saw another compost tea feeding, the same recipe as last time. Happy growing everyone, and I will catch you all again next week.

6/1 she is in flower. Gave her a feeding yesterday. 6/2 she is starting to fill out and has good color. She is a stinky little plant. Someone told me cheese is really skunk#1 that the name was changed in England to cheese. 6/5 she is moving along. She is not very tall but her buds are getting thick fast.

I can see these are going to be much larger than the space, even though I only used 2 gallon pots. i’m going to have to top them all in order to fit them in one tent. They are just beautiful and healthy and perfect in every way except for the CBD because I dropped her when I was doing the transplant. 👍. 3/6 I mixed up 3 mL of silica into a gallon three separate times. Hello. This week is start of my 4th year on this site!! 😃✨🎈🎁 , also this is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. Things are going well in here. I got in here on the weekend and did a big trim/prune and sucker branch removal too. In some of the pictures you can sort of see through the plants to the floor or wall. That is just right. Not too much taken off, but the light can still pernitrate to the lower buds. The plants are in shock because I took a lot of leaves off and will need a few days to get over that and start to grow again. At this point, I can tell when they are over the shock, by how soon the resin starts to appear. They should go right into resin production after coming out of shock. I don't know if I'll make seeds this summer with the Gorilla Face males. None of these males have much of a smell with the rub test. They all have 4 inches or more of distance between the leaf sets since being repotted. Even the one I thought was going to remain short, has 4 to 5 inches between leaf sets. I might put pollen on the 2 shortest females just to see what I get. It's hard to find a good male. I'll wait another week before deciding. I put a sercuirty door/gate on my greenhouse door. I've had an open door in the summer for years and have always been worried about getting ripped off by someone walking in from the street. Now I can leave the door open and not have to worry so much. This way they have to break something to get in now, better chance of catching them. Ok. See ya next week. Chuck.

Flowering day 34 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The buds have developed incredibly nicely this week. The smell is getting more and more extreme :-) . The growth has slowly stopped as the full energy goes into the production of the buds. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.2 l (nutrients see table above) They were individually inspected and checked for their health. This week made a few oopsies . I gave un-ph’d water to one of the plants “moving to fast” . Started defoliation during this week to attempt to redirect plant energy into establishing a full canopy since flowering has initiated. Whilst defoliating I broke a branch that had to be taped to save it. Humidity went out of whack when I stored 4 prepped 5 gal pots for transplant in the tent sooo I’ve got to buy a dehumidifier bc at one point all my plants fell out in a fit . STILL haven’t filled these pots out, & I’m kinda sure/unsure it’s time to re-amend the soil for flowering. I’m conflicting on waiting until beginning/middle of week 7 so I can flush week 11 & 12 . I think that covers it pretty well Week 5 in the 📚 📕 📖.

My first grow has turned in to a science project. Switched from AN pH perfect Grow/Micro/Bloom to AN pH Connesseur, still giving 50% dose. Had rain Monday maybe, didn't water for 3 days, hit her up last night with the Connesseur and just a tad of Big Bud, looks really good this morning. Yesterday I had mini buds with white pistils, that's why the Big Bud. Everything else is normal- watering 32 oz of water/nutrients at night, MAYBE mist the top soil but haven't really needed it. Will most likely switch to AN Connesseur bloom next week. Very satisfied with Fast Buds and Advanced Nutrients products. It is all on the grower!
