Day one. Seeds placed in collected rain water with added oxygenated water(about five drops in each glass) Placed in a dark cupboard next to water heater to maintain warmth(around 21°C or 71F)

Runtz Auto Week 5 2/2-2-8 Runtz Automatic is in flower and are stretching like crazy. At the beginning of the week, she was 6 inches tall, Wed 9 and today 2/7 she is 15 inches tall. Doubled in height. I’ve moved the pins out to the edge of the pot. For future training, I must add some wires through the pot holes to keep the branches lower. I’ve spread the top out and a few limbs are taller than the others. I reduced nutrients in the feed solution since Runtz and Pink Rozay are showing some purples/blues in the leaves. I added Green Sensation this week then read the instructions said add in 4th week flower. Runtz Auto is supposed to be an 11 week flower from seed to harvest. If I wait till the 4th week, it will only be used for 2 maybe 3 weeks. Would that benefit the plant? So I think I will add some each time but a 25% strength. Calls for 4ml/g I will use 1ml. They are autos and I should be lowering the nutes anyway. Pinned more branches and lightly defoliatied. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/5 4 gal prep, each nutrient added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and Dill in the back. Diese Woche haben sich die Pflanzen von der Entlaubung der letzten Woche erholen dürfen, nach drei Tagen (die ersten drei Bilder) haben sie schon wieder einiges an Blattwerk zulegen können. Des Weiteren ist die Woche nicht viel passiert, ausser dass ich die Bodenfläche zurückgewonnen habe und endlich einen Umluftventilator zum clippen kaufen konnte. Ach und zum Ende der zweiten Blütewoche habe ich einen Komposttee gemacht, den sie am Samstag Abend bekommen haben. Ich hätte schon früher gerne den Tee gemacht, aber ich musste auch hier erstmal alle Sachen kaufen, da ich leider wieder komplett von Null beginnen musste.

Day 36 of flower and looking great all in all. I’ve been watering her every 2-3 days and watering her about 1.5 gallons of water per watering and alternating between full feeding schedule and cal mag only watering. She’s showing some relatively minor calmag deficiencies on some of the oldest leaves but nothing too bad. I’m guessing she’s needed just a little bit more calmag than I’ve been giving her. I feed with calmag every feeding and give 5 ml per gallon. I’d say around a month or so left although the pistils, calyxes abs trichomes will show me when she’s ready. The smell is one of primarily a citrusy smell mixed with undertones of gas/diesel. Maybe 80% citrus and 20% gas/diesel.

Grape Octane Auto is doing okay. I did up the feed mix today. She was a little on the lighter side in color. Plus possibly starting to show some deficiency signs. So that should be solved. February 10 -Looking good so far and is already producing frost -she is moving fast but as expected as this strain goes for 45-52 days -Hopefully I can get an update on smells later this week

Going into flowering is always a special moment and we prepare to do it in the best way to make the plant understand that it is time to become a woman and speed up the start of the formation of the buds. We start with 24 hours of darkness this to give a strong break and sign of change to the plant that understands the change of time and prepares to go into flowering. Our Purple Urkle was worked with a topping x16 buds that worked really well, we have well aligned buds, only something escapes here and there but it is normal. In purple plants it is very interesting to wait for the start of the flower formation when the buds reveal their color and if we have taken the dark phenoripo, we celebrate. Another thing that gives the plant the signal of the start of flowering are the flowering stimulators we friends of Plagron use Power Buds. The start of the flowering program includes the same additives as the vegetative phase Power Roots, Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds. Now the basic fertilizer is Alga Bloom specific for flowering. Green Sensation will arrive as the hero of the end of flowering and at the same time it will be time to remove Power Roots and a week later the Pure Zym enzymes. It is recommended from the 4th week if the plants flower fast I start at the 3rd depending on the size of the bud.
