Well she is putting on the height and buds have been forming up nicely ... Good to see some buds again in my tent been to long . The smell is fruity to me and she shows no signs of slowing yet lol those bottom branches are reaching up as well. I love resilience of these plants she takes transplanting well and ph issues all my fault ... I'm still learning but getting better every week and so will she ... A good first week from all the girls overall. They continue to develop as planned. They got watered with the spray bottle until Friday when they got a real watering. This girl is doing okay. Worse growth for this girl cause she fell over after watering. This is the same one that struggled in the beginning to maintain its shape. If anything, she'll make for a smaller plant. Broke down and did some defoliation.

One was more bushy and was a little behind. As I said, they had some heat stress and I think the 15-liter pots are too small when the environment is hotter. Still, they are totally worth growing and joy to smoke. They don't need much curing and the weed is very very strong. Going to try this strain again very soon!!

Aug 9: Mimosa Shot is doing fine. She was slower starting than her wagon partner Sunday Punch EV, but she is liking the warmer weather. Got UV led lights from AC Infinity going today. These are designed for indoor so I can only put them out on nice weather days. Did this last year and seems to work. The UV lights make Edmonton in the fall feel more like California in the summer, or at least that’s the idea. UV is critical for trichome production so it’s a good way to boost THC percentage.

She had some defoliation performed looking very good i think stretch is over so she will get clean up at the end of the week

Flower Week 1 Day 7 to 13 - 3/25 to 3/31 Simply watching the stretch from this point. Both plants recovered very nicely from Schwazze extreme defoliation and all of the colas/branches are mostly even at top. Feed this week was again an auto pot reservoir feed at 650ppm total before add-ins. I used 325ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and 325ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). However, I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 5.8 where Io plan to maintain it until harvest. Next week nutes will increase in Bloom mix again but also reduce in Veg mix. Feed will be 700ppm before add-ins with 5.8ph before feeding.

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. It's been a beautiful strain to work with, the flowrs are definitely worth it after all this time, the quality is definitely high. However this pheno of ak420 smells very different from the other 2 phenos I've grown along with her. The flowrs are beautiful, very solid and frosty nuggets, I smoked a few little nuggets when trimming but I'm excited to taste the big buds, hope you guys enjoyed the process. I want to say that this pheno #1 has a different smell compared to the other 2 phenotypes of ak420 that you can see here on my page as well, so stay tuned guys! Overall result is very nice, good quality, strong weed, sticky, stinky. Growing fast - have the start of 16 cola locations and starting to work some of them back towards the middle of the plant. Lots of training - noticing that the ground cover is a bit too aggressive and getting in the way of light distribution so having to trim that back quite a bit. Also its making it hard for the training ties to stay in the ground. Weekly nutes continue with same mix above.

A week ago today I did some major defoliation. Somebody had looked at my pictures and said it look like a pile of leaves. She was right. I decided to open things up to let light on more bud sites. I went kind of nuts. But one week later and I think the plants look much better. Light gets down much deeper now. I have two King tuts one white widow and one Obi-Wan Kush. The 2 king Tutts are taking over my room. The white widow is 1/ third less the size. And the Obi-Wan Kush is turning into a runt. It’s hard to keep the king Tutts from shadowing out the other two smaller plants. I’ve tied some branches back with string to open things up some more. I’m starting to get impatient. I know I’ve got five or six weeks left. But I am sitting around the house, with the quarantine in effect. I grossly missjudged my weed consumption And I’m dry and looking at these plants. Come on May 15! That’s my potential target date.

15/08/18 - all looking good got loads of roots piercing out the sides of the smart pot , I’m thinking of adding cannazyme soon to break up all the dead roots etc, I’m feeding them the usual tonight and 2 litres each 💧and I’m done with LST now im just gonna let them start to stretch🙏🏻🙌🏻 17/08/18 - saw some weird marks on a leaf or two this morning and then later on it look like the pic above, it’s only happening on older leaves it’s not affecting any new growth, I’m out of grow questions so any help would be grear ✌️🏻 20/08/18 - just watered them with the above ☝️🏻 All looking good think I’m half way through the stretch so I’ve started to add some canna boost to the solution , probably gonna do some LST later on this week.

Se preparo una solucion de Elite 91 Myco Jordan iniciando la semana con: -PPM : 80 -pH : 5.8 4/8/2022 se transplanto a macetas de 3 litros con suelo Jiffy. Las macetas se regaron con agua: PPM : 10 pH: 6.5 En el transplante se uso Elite 91 Myco Jordan en forma de polvo para cubrir el hueco del suelo y cubrir las raizes de las plantulas para reducir el estres del transplante.
