Looks like everything's going well. Hoping they will put on a lot more weight. But it looks like I'll be stuck in trim hell for a long time.

Bang on the start of week 5. Slap n tickle is by far the lankiest girls in there out of the 3 strains I’m running. Topped and lst training has began. Also got A mutant that’s not taken well to topping and has been a slow grower the whole way though, So I’ve left that one Alone as there’s no branches to play with. Think I’ve overwatered them that’s why some look a bit sad (I hope) lol.. but wanted to wet the soil as been transplanted with only a light watering. All in all not looking too bad, taking well to training although there a bit longer and lankier than the rest!!!✌️🏼

10 weeks from seed to harvest. The nutrient line I was using didn’t give me optimal growth, for this strain and my level of experience. Had some great growth and veg time, about 4 weeks, but when flower kicked in they got beastly. I would say I had two different phenos of this strain, and the one pheno that is unique, had slightly looser buds than the other two. This could be because of the LST/super cropping of the main cola. The other two had nice rock hard frosty buds and have similar smells and profile. The other one has more citrus, and was a bit lanky, more sativa in looks. Overall, easy enough to grow, no major surprises, and decent enough yield for 10 weeks. This is a strain that could have been better had I not had some issues with either lockout/deficiencies.

This cross between Cherry Pie and Chemdawg and do-si-dos It smells vaguely like brain cake. However, chempie has a stronger aroma than brain cake. strong terpenes of linalool, and the smoke was quite harsh and powerful with each hit. The nicest form and most substantial buds in this crop

This week has been one of great gains in both size and vegetation we have seen a vertical leap in two plants that is astronomical almost 4 inches in a week! Had to do some pruning to expose new bud and a little bit of low stress training on to plants to see if we can expose light to the underside and perhaps get a little more love out of our lower buds The stalk size on almost all of these plants is almost as big as your thumb but on one it is actually relatively skinny that is the one we’re doing the low stress training on we just started the low stress training and it is taking very well to it One of these plants is extremely dark in color on the vegetation and has typically about 11 fingers per leaf! Not sure what that means yet

The Apple Betty babies had some good growth this week. Days 14-21. The girls have been dialed in at about 63-65% RH and 76-79 degrees F. On day 18 I dialed up my BP2500 to about 165 watts at the wall, and kept my small tent heater in place for the time being, nights have gotten cooler. The girls seem to be ❤️ the extra light, without causing any harm. Switched from distilled water to tap water that has been dechlorinated for 24 hours mid way through the week, no issues shown. Added 1 ml of Micro, and 1 ml of Cal/Mag to 1/2 gallon of water, PH’d to 6.2 and watered approx. 1/2cup of water per x2 throughout the week, and about 1 cup once transplanted. On day 19 they were all looking so healthy, with some roots coming from the bottom of my starter pots, I decided to transplant into 2 gallon nursery pots. My final pot will be a mix of 5 and 7 gallon fabric pots. Next week the LST begins! Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Day 8 of Flowering, this babies are stretching hard and starting to show white pistils and i couldn't be happier! Even if the soil is pre fertilized i just added 0,5ml of Biomagno FiorituraOM to help the plants start flowering, as @Mangodudu said EC was only 1,2 it shouldn't get them overfert. The structure il very nice and the plants are vigorous and always with praying leaves, i defoliated pretty hard and fixed every branch to a bamboo stick, so they don't have to carry the weight of the buds in the next weeks and focus all the energies in the bulking up the buds. I also just lowered the lights to get some light stress and help the plants stretch harder, and the response was amazing they just doubled the size in this first week of flower, I'm also very happy with this canna plus pro soil, it takes the water and drys very fast it think it's thanks to all the cocco in it.

*********Week 4 Flower - October 10 to 16, 2020, Days 22 to 28********* They are doing awesome!!! Nice progress for week 4. The tent is getting stuffy and full. Flower has been very strong for growth. Cream 47 girls are getting thicker and praying hard everyday. The leaves are big and pointing up everyday. Further leaf strip this week to allow more light below. Nutrients are following the same for the most part this week. Big Bud doing its job and helping to swell the colas. Silica still added to keep strengthening her stems. Overall, stay the course this week and keep them happy. Getting stuffy and looking forward to a bigger tent arriving soon😀 Little more detail........ Oct 11/20, Day 23 - 4L - Rezin, Terpinator @ 2ml, Big Bud, B52 @ 1.5ml, CalMag, Sensi Bloom, Bud Candy @ 1ml - good amount of runoff from the pots. - water only next feed.....reminder😀 - had some higher heat levels yesterday at 86 degrees. The leaf strip is helping and down to 82 now. Oct 12/20, Day 24 - Light watering again today. - 3L with Enzymes @ 1ml = 25ppm and 5.6pH - Leaves are darkening up.....little concerning. - letting them do their thing. Oct 13/20, Day 25 - 3L - Rezin, B52 @ 2ml, CalMag @ 1ml = 400ppm and 6.1pH. (missed pH was 6.4…...added B52 to lower) - took a couple of lower branches from C47 girls. Oct 14/20, Day 26 - 3L - Microbial Mass @ 1.5ml, Piranha @ 1ml = 80ppm and 5.9pH (was shooting for 6.0) - C471 had runoff pretty quickly. - Microbes to help the roots as we get closer to the end. - sticky girls removing a couple of leaves today. So that wraps up the week. They look good but I am not seeing huge changes from the start of the week? Looking good though......keep getting frosty girls👍

Got a hold of CAL-DORA and DORA-MAG. It’s what’s available in my area and I think it will do the job concerning my plants CAL-MAG needs. As the days progressed I kept up with my defoliation technique. The main cola did everything to stay up but I had to keep it at bay. So far so great! This all boils down to learning and enjoying while doing it. Looking forward to the coming weeks Happy growing 💚💚💚

I realized there may have been a bit of a light leak in the late morning. I taped everything up more. In the future I want to maintain better reflective integrity on the inside of the tent. Everything looks good. The buds are still growing a little taller and filling out. The CBD Blue Shark is super frosty. It's actually absurd. Orange hairs are coming out in all plants. I was hoping to be able to keep the exhaust window open overnight to let the overnight temps drop 10 degrees to encourage the purples in the WC genetics, but it's too humid now to have the window open without the grow light on. Otherwise the rh goes up to 70% overnight and it's not worth the risk. Next year I'll flip earlier when it's still colder and drier out for the harvest window. This flowering period has been really cool. I've really been noticing the process of flowering. The calyxes open up and turn into pistils and sugar leaves, and more keep appearing and popping every day. It's awesome.

🌿 Week 7 Veg Report: Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco 🌿 Hello, Grow Fam! We’re now into Week 7 of this exciting adventure with my Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco ladies, and what a week it’s been! The theme for this week? Patience and appreciation. These girls continue to grow at their own pace, each one showcasing their unique traits and incredible beauty. Week Recap: Slow and Steady Wins the Race The girls are still on the slower side in terms of growth, but that’s part of their charm. Each leaf is a masterpiece, more intricate and stunning than the last. Their prayer posture remains consistent—a true testament to their health and contentment in their environment. They may be taking their time, but their vitality and uniqueness shine through every step of the way. Environmental Conditions: Keeping Things Balanced This week has been about maintaining a steady environment despite the natural slowdown in growth due to cooler temperatures. • Temps: Daytime 18–20°C, nighttime 14–16°C. It’s a bit chillier than usual, but these resilient ladies are adapting beautifully. • Humidity: Stable at 65%, ensuring the girls remain hydrated and comfortable. • Airflow: Gentle but constant to keep the space fresh and prevent any stagnant air pockets. Feeding Program: Aptus Holland Perfection Feeding remains consistent, and the girls are loving the organic-mineral lineup from Aptus Holland. Here’s what’s in their mix this week: • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L – To strengthen cell walls and increase stress resistance. • CalMag Boost: 0.25 ml/L – For robust development and prevention of deficiencies. • StartBooster: 0.25 ml/L – Enhances early vegetative growth and root systems. The switch to All-in-One Pellets last week has eliminated the need for liquid All-in-One, and the girls seem to be thriving with this natural, slow-release food source. Watering: A Gnat-Free Approach This week, I continued with bottom watering. Filling the trays and letting the soil absorb the water has been a game-changer—not just for healthy root development but also as a part of the war against gnats. Paired with yellow sticky traps, this strategy has kept pests in check while ensuring the roots get all the hydration they need. Growth Observations: Slow but Stunning • Structure: The slow growth might test patience, but the payoff is worth it. The compact, vibrant structure of each plant is breathtaking. • Leaves: Dark green, uniquely shaped, and full of character. Each girl is like an artist’s brushstroke—no two alike. • Praying Posture: Their leaves reach for the skies like they’re soaking up every ounce of light. Still no cloning or flipping to 12/12 yet, as I want them to grow a bit more before making any big moves. Next week, I’ll decide whether to flip them for a brief period to determine sex or wait until cloning is feasible. Photography Spotlight: Capturing the Details This week, I took some time to immortalize their beauty with my Sony A6000 and Nikon DSLR cameras. The intricate details of their leaves, captured through different lenses, reveal their individuality. 📸 Photography Tip: • Cameras like my Sony and Nikon bring out fine details you’d never see with a phone camera. The larger sensors, interchangeable lenses, and manual controls allow for stunning clarity and depth. • Macro lenses, in particular, are fantastic for close-ups, like capturing water droplets or vein details in leaves. The difference between these and even the best phone cameras (like the latest iPhone) is night and day when it comes to quality and creative control. Looking Ahead: What’s Next? As we move into Week 8, I’m hoping for an uptick in growth speed, but I’m perfectly content to let these beauties take their time. The journey is just as rewarding as the destination, and these girls are proof of that. Shout Outs & Gratitude A massive thank you to: • Terpyz Genetics for these exceptional mutant seeds. • Aptus Holland for their top-tier nutrient lineup. • Future of Grow (FOG) for lighting that keeps these ladies praying. • Pro-Mix Soil for providing the perfect growing medium. • TrolMaster for environmental controls that make my life so much easier. • Grow Diaries for the platform to share this incredible journey. • And, of course, all of YOU—followers, supporters, and even the haters—for being part of this adventure. Your feedback, encouragement, and interaction mean the world to me. 🌟 If you’re curious about the journey, feel free to check out my Instagram and YouTube for behind-the-scenes content, photos, and more! The plant stretched a lot this week and the first pistils have appeared. The weather was very sunny and the temperature rised a bit while the humidity went down. It's not the perfect conditions but the plant grew well nevertheless :)

Been feeding just water ready for the chop. Some of them have all brown pistils and have pretty much stopped all together. The kalimist indica pheno is still flowering so I'll let it go until it looks ripe 👍
