Halfway through week 7. Couple pictures from Tuesday. Gonna upload more when I get back home to her. Can’t raise the lights anymore. Hoping she is done stretching. She takes up every bit of that 4x5 box. Couldn’t be happier with this grow so far. I think next time I’ll go down to 5 gal smart pots this way I can pump out two of them. Still in disbelief she has grown this fast and started budding that fast as well!! I’m feeding her 2 gallons every 2 or so days. She is a very thirsty girl and let’s me know when she is hungry too (leaves curl down). I’ve been slowly defoliating the bottom of her. I cut a couple under grown budds from underneath as well. Not sure how she’d respond if I went scissor happy. I also can’t say enough about Advanced Nutrients. Since I made the switch I can tell her leaves are always praying up and overall health seems through the roof! She really is a monster. 31 inches wide by 36 inches tall. She is stacking nicely. Did my best with pictures. Can’t tell if the flash on the phone helps or hurts the pictures. End of the week- She is doing awesome. Blowing up pretty fast and there is a serious citrus pine smell coming off her when you bump into a budd or it wipes on your finger. For the most part it seems as if she is loving life!!

1st week of flower went well. Only fed tap water every 2 days as needed. Kept an eye on the temps n humidity level to keep it between 60°-80° n 40%- 60%. Lowered the lights to 10" from tops to increase light intensity during flowering. Had some good growth this week. No issues so far easy grow. Couple of weeks togo . Will update next week on the organic grow.

New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering: Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it! So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week. As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that. The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours. 30/11: Off with their heads! on Day 15, i deemed both of them worthy of topping. Lets see how they take it! Watered them with 1L beforehand, 4ml/L rootjuice, 2ml/L Grow and activera, and 0,4g/L of microbes. 4/12: Training time! Stakes are in, canopy looks nice and even (enough) for me! Probably watering tomorrow on the 5th as the soil is still a bit too damp and the pots still a bit too heavy for my liking. Grow rate has drastically increased, they look nice and green, and topping hasnt stunted them. Cant wait for the coming weeks! 6/12: its the 6th now and i havent watered yet! overdone it on the 30/11 maybe. Oh well! theyre doing reasonably fine. Added timelapse. See you next week!

Every plant in garden day 56 Noticed yellowing mid week 7 don’t think it fade having some ph issues my run off is 7.2 after flush then watered again still up at 7 so hopefully going to water at like 6 6.1 from now till it goes down growth continues tho some buds getting big ☺️

08-10-2025 Still putting on weight. Still some clear trichomes. 08-13-2025 Already some amber trichomes on the top buds. Going to harvest next weekend when the temps go down again. Not going to cut her down now as we have about 30C for the next two days. Should be back to 21-22C on the weekend. Diluted the nutrient solution down to 1.4 EC for the last couple of days.

Well some learning curves on this one. My first auto, put in too small of a pot. So I had a bonsai plant. Organic fertilizer and coast of main platinum make this plant a breeze. The Humboldt seed company product is top notch. Super resistant when growing in 94°-100° while Budding for a few weeks. Managed to get bud rot in one place but removed and peroxided the area. I hope I have another seed because I would grow this strain again. Super resistant to humidity of New England.

Today i flip the light. 12/12 for the bloom. The bright appearance of the leaves and the slightly reddened stems indicate a nutrient deficit. In this case I would say nitrogen. But I have exaggerated a bit with my fertilizer use. Accordingly, I flushed the plants today. The measured pH was 4.8. I think I slightly salted the floor. Let's see if they recover. Day 73: On the detail photo you can see very well how the stem turns slightly reddish and the stems on the leaves as well. Day 74: The plants look better than a few days ago. They are now growing visibly from day to day. Timely flushing saved a lot, I hope. Day 77: Last day of the first week of flower. It was a strange week. But they still grow.

I'm happy with the wet weight given it was 2 plants 11 inches in height when I started, the smells the colors the yield this was an easy and beautiful process

Buds grew 1/4 inch every few days. Had to trim some dead popcorn.

About this diary> So I've made it to the end! This baby didnt die on me! This diary was half a record for myself, to keep improving and contrasting against my future grows in and out of this wonderful platform (growdiaries), and half a tutorial for other noobs like me. That's why I wrote somewhat long explanations about some of the things I myself found confusing during this and last grow. I also repeated myself, but again mostly because I was trying to learn while doing. I got some help from other growers in the community, which was very nice, and different from trying to figuring out everything by oneself. This girl stretched a lot! from about 30 cm at the end of flower to about 90 cm before harvest, it survived nutrient burn, an accident were I dropped something heavy on her on flower, accidentally chopping a branch during LST and spider mites. However, still yielded nicely. I cant imagine what these genetics could become in the hands of a master grower!! About the growing conditions> The idea of the grow was, not only to learn how to grow a somewhat long flowering strain (6 week veg, 10 weeks flower) but also doing it very cheaply. I think the most expensive thing I bought was the seed from RQS. I built my own light fixture (from 4x 4.00CAD COBs from aliexpress), some cardboard, wire, sticks, tape and aluminum foil. I also used dollar store nutrients (like 15% of a 15-15-15 veg mix, and a 15-30-15 flowering mix). I timed this strain to finish a few weeks before the temperature really starts dropping outside, and was always able to keep it around 20-29C without any air conditioner/heater. About growing amnesia haze> I harvested this plant on the early side, but I found it a challenge not to harvest earlier! Since many weeks ago the delicious smell has been filling the room and some parts of the house... Plus, its a long wait... However, I think it was very well rewarded :) As I said, the high is creative, giggly, energetic and uplifting, at least from the premature samples we got. I will update this once the real deal is dry and cured :) About the harvest> Well in terms of numbers, I will update this when the weed is done drying, but I can do an estimate right now... each sample I took weighted about 1.45g wet, and dried to a 25% of that (0.35 g each)... It means that what I weighted from the harvest (412.86g + a bunch of trim) would probably weight about 100g when dry... Let's see how it goes in a week or two :)

In the last week the water was freshly mixed with Canna Flush and an Ec of 0.4 in order to completely use up the nutrients in the last few days 👍. You can see it on the beautiful autumn yellow leaves :-). Before harvesting, the lights were turned off completely for 48 hours. After everything was neatly trimmed by hand, the buds were put into the drying tent, where they are allowed to dry for the first 8-12 days at a humidity of 62% before they ferment with 62% boveda packs in jars. After another 3-4 weeks in the glasses, the 58% boveda packs come in for the final touch :-). Of course, the final update comes from the fermented end product 👍.
