The Canna Crumbly cocoa biscuits are always a delicious opportunity to fill up on energy. They are easy to prepare!   Ingredients: 30g Bitter Cocoa 300g flour 200g butter 100g sugar 5 eggs 1 bar of milk chocolate with whole hazelnuts HOW TO PREPARE THE CHOCOLATE BISCUITS 1. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes, cool them and shell them.  2. Blend the egg yolks and set aside.  3. Mix the butter in a bowl with the sugar, add the flour and egg yolks, mix, then add to the mixture a bar of milk chocolate with whole hazelnuts previously blended into small pieces (I used the knife for a coarse mince) 4. Add the cocoa to half of the mixture and let them rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.  5. At this point, roll out the pastry to about half a centimetre, then create the variegation between the two doughs (here you can have fun), once the biscuits have been formed, arrange them on a baking tray with baking paper and bake everything for 12-15 minutes at 170 degrees. IMPORTANT: I put double the recommended dosage for the butter, thinking I was an expert smoker, but, next time I will follow the doses because I slept 12 hours, the edibles have a prodigious effect but you need to calibrate well otherwise you risk going to sleep at 8 pm!😇💤

Watermelon 🍉 is maturing very well. Nice and dense, frosty buds! She's finished growing now, so concentrating next on just flower nutes. The plant is very small due to my terrible attempt at LST! 😅 27.2.25: Watermelon 🍉 and Purple Lemonade 💜🍋 are both far below the scrog net, they've definitely stopped stretching now. My LST on these was much worse than even just using the net. 😅 That was certainly a valuable takeaway. I'm sure Purple Lemonade 💜🍋 will be good. Watermelon 🍉 was so stunted. It's not a tall strain, usually either, but nevertheless, the buds there are looking very frosty and are very, very sticky! 😅 Should be a good smoke, eventually, 🤗 just won't be much to bag unfortunately.

Loving how these girls are growing Fastbuds mystery #1 finally catching up, and may possibly in the end being a better producer than the RQS plant, which is surprising to me because of how badly I stunted this plant. Got me curious how good this plant could’ve been

The increased CO2 allows plants to thrive at higher temperatures, which in turn necessitates higher humidity to maintain the ideal VPD for healthy growth and transpiration. 80F -5F = 75F LST with 70% RH = 0.72 kPa. Higher temperatures and humidity promote rapid growth, nutrient uptake, and photosynthesis while maintaining a lower stress level. Temperature influences the rate of enzymatic reactions involved in aerobic respiration. Enzymes, such as those involved in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, work most efficiently at an optimal temperature range. In low temperatures, enzymatic activity will slow down, thus reducing the rate of aerobic respiration. In high temperatures, enzymes can become denatured, thus impairing their function and stopping the process of aerobic respiration. Glucose is the primary fuel for aerobic respiration. The rate of aerobic respiration increases with the availability of glucose, as it is the starting point for glycolysis. If glucose levels are low, cells may rely on alternative energy sources such as fatty acids or amino acids , but these processes may yield less ATP or be less efficient. To determine this effect, carbon dioxide volume was measured (as carbon dioxide is an output of aerobic respiration) 18/6 with the 6 being IR. The near infrared (IR-a) borders around 700nm up to 1400nm @ photon par flux density of 1.8 instead of darkness, keeping temps overnight a neat 77F-80F. I think of my tent as a lung. What goes in must come out. When the rate of air going out exceeds the amount of air coming in, it creates a negative pressure. Tent concaves (bends in). If set up correctly, the RH will begin to drop slowly to the desired level I set, and the extraction turns off when it reaches the desired RH. The plant, as it performs cellular respiration, will always release more water into the air; therefore, the RH% of the tent overnight will increase, as long as oxidative phosphorylation is occurring. As soon as the RH% creeps back up to 55%, the extraction turns back on, over and over. This creates a strong pressure differential, which will work wonders with mass flow. Replicating high and low-pressure fronts in nature. Critical for oxygen diffusion at the critical time of peak cellular respiratory function.. Moisture will not transfer from a saturated atmosphere to another if that air is already at or above its saturation point, meaning the air can't hold any more water vapor. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen, the higher the RH of the air, the more resistance there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and effects the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, and then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, results in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. A variety of molecules, including calcium ions, jasmonates, ethylene, and nitric oxide, are involved in signaling these mechanical inputs. Touch can induce the expression of genes that encode proteins for calcium sensing, cell wall modification, and defense mechanisms. A plant exposed to constant wind may become shorter and sturdier. A plant that is touched frequently might grow more slowly to conserve energy and develop thicker cell walls. These changes increase a plant's resilience and ability to survive in harsh environments. Welcome to my Sour Strawberry Diary sponsored by Spider-Farmer & Barneysfarm. Days 15-21 Veg Days 8-9 11-12 Pheno 1 & 2 few days apart. Decided to top again, and again and again. Making a nice few tops. Been such a heavy sativa im not use to growing one. Kinda in new Territory. So many Shoots so close together. I'm gonna have to top them again at some stage. There's just too many and they're too short. They're the tops of what would of been great colas. But, I've a different agenda here. And I need more colas to fill my net. 6 sets from each plant won't cut it. Growth is good and steady this week. (Sadly, same can't be said for her in RT, they're pushing through) updates will come soon. Strong like Sativa Structure. Missing a bit of a stretch at the moment. Think I might throw her into a few days of 12-12 and then flip her back into veg to stretch her nodes to 50cm2 net. The legs of the frame go into the pot. So its moveable. Let's hope I do a decent job. The one that was started in the root riot cube, with the Broken stem. She is the biggest, by a ways I wonder if that's from an early break (HST) in her stem. Will for sure be testing this with clones. Happy with how these past weeks went. This is where the good times end. (For now) mag issues are looming. 4th day in flower here, plants have doubled in size since a week or so ago. Once again very nice healthy colour to the girls really impressed so far, not a hint of stress shown from the plants at all, very hungry the soil is becoming dry everyday they just take everything I give them.

She is growing so vigoursly. I have to start to flower her and maybe even completely stop the whole grow because of personal stuff in life. I really hope I don't have to get rid of her. This is my first time with an earth box and I'm in love with it

Sorry, was doing some more expansion and re-arranging day 12 and 13 so no pics. We got some rain so all plants have been given a treat. I believe of the 5, I already see (2) I do not like the traits of and will go with the 3 that are most obviously bushier and stronger looking. Mom shot up fast and you can see the length and weaker, smaller looking leaf structure on the day 8 profile picture. Dad was stocky and bushy... so we are on our way. I have included a glimpse of the Aquaponic garden that the Indo plants get periodic feedings from. Once they are being fed... But for now just Neutral or rain water. Now these should be Photo plants as the dad was Photo and therefore the Auto gene from mom is Recessive and the Dominant Photo gene should kick out the Auto correct? If I understand that correctly I have to say I am amazed how these plants are coming up. They are acting more like an Auto (as far as speed of development) in my very Limited Opinion. It's very exciting. The pots they will be going into have BuildASoil cover crop that is coming along amazing and it should be an easy transition once they are ready. Die Pflanze beginnt jetzt in die Blüte zu gehen, daher habe ich Sie heute komplett entlaubt, damit alle kommenden Buds genug Licht bekommen. Die Pflanze mag zu vorher zwar sehr dünn aussehen, aber wird sich nach 1- 2 Tagen erholen und umso besser wachsen. Ich habe nach dem 70% zu 30% Prinzip auch alle unteren Blätter entfernt, sie bekommen grundsätzlich nicht genug Licht und lohnen sich daher kaum zu behalten. Wenn man sieht das viele Triebe aufeinander liegen und dadurch Feuchtigkeit entsteht sollte man den schwächeren der Beiden entfernen, da es zu Schimmel während der Bud Entwicklung kommen kann. Je früher desto besser da es sich nur um verschwendete Energie handelt wenn man Sie später eh entfernen muss.

Another week closer..... Well another week down and the girls are growing great...The only problem with this grow is these girls are big, very big, having to move and get creative with the plants so there not directly under the light but also not to far away....Dont get me wrong there under the light its just my ceiling is very low and these plants are almost 5 ft tall, so I needed to pull them back out from directly under them so not to burn or get to hot...Its tough but fun.. Besides that they are growing great and the smell is awesome. The Mimosa shot from Herbiesheadshop seeds is kicking ass on budding out, just filling out like crazy. The other 5 that are Mimosa x Orange Punch are a little behind on the budding size but everyday there catching up, no matter what there going to be nice. Thats it for this week...
