I switched the light from MH to HPS because the plants did not grow at all. They have stems like trees, but they are low. They started to grow after switching to HPS. Anyway, I'm dissatisfied with height. I hope it will benefit from a large flower pot and grow like water.

This week brought some challenges—I discovered thrips on the leaves of my plant. Thankfully, the infestation isn’t too severe yet, and I acted quickly to address the issue: 1. Sprayed the plant with plain water to knock off any pests. 2. Removed the top layer of soil. 3. Applied BioBizz Leaf Coat as a protective measure. I really hope this will help. After reading up on these nasty pests, I learned that they can completely devastate the leaves if left unchecked. Unfortunately, I have only myself to blame for their appearance. Due to the cold weather, I’ve been using a heater in the room with my growbox, which has caused the humidity to drop significantly. It sometimes dips as low as 30%, and it rarely goes above 50%. Most of the time, the humidity hovers around 35-40%, which is an ideal breeding ground for thrips. To answer the obvious question—yes, I do have a humidifier. However, my growbox has a very powerful exhaust fan (315 m³/h for an 80x80 space), so the air is refreshed too quickly for the humidifier to make a lasting difference. Aside from fighting thrips, I also made some adjustments to my grow this week. On Day 20, I did a little LST. Honestly, I wasn’t planning on using any training techniques in this grow, but I decided to give it a try anyway. One thing I can say for sure—I want to skip LST in my next grow. It’s quite inconvenient to water the plant when the leaves are practically touching the soil. Additionally, I defoliated the first two sets of leaves. I felt this was necessary to improve airflow around the plant and reduce the risk of pests spreading further. Watering: Day 17: 400 ml Day 20: 500 ml I’m keeping a close eye on the plant and hope to overcome these challenges successfully.

This weeks been hot and dry. I've been doing everything I can to keep humidity up. I havent been feeding as much but lots of watering. Some defoliation but not very much. The bud sites are plentiful & numerous. The top sites have long pistols so I expect her to have large swelling buds. The strawberry gorilla seems to crave lots of sunlight so to say so keep the LED near max for best results! Check back next week to see just how fast she grows & remember its 4:20 somewhere!!!!

Week 15 is over :) Everything looks very good, the girl looks really very beautiful, that violet color of the leaves is amazing, the flowers are getting bigger every day :) I also feel its very delicious aroma, to be honest I can't wait to taste it: D but she still has a lot of time left until the harvest, I think about 2 weeks :) good luck to everyone.

I took everything out of the tent and disinfected it again. The pots have made the tent base into a ball 😅 The velcro tags fell off long ago. I decided to put some new ones on. I have some wider velcro that I would've preferred to use, I have misplaced those. Anyway, these will have to do. I also made some large pot markers to velcro to the pots, too. I figured it would be easier to recognise the plants in photos if I made some. I laminated them, then attached the velcro to the pots and pot markers. [I get bored] 😅 make everything as fun as possible 💚 I ended up finding some sticky back velcro rolls. Of course, there's no way that it would stick to a slippery surface that gets wet from humidity. So, I used my glue gun and added strips to each side of the tent liner and tent walls to hold ot in place. The 8 gallon pots are very heavy after being watered, and the liner has suffered. Hopefully, this will work to keep it in place, at least for a while! 😅 7.5.25: I also had to clean my pots, as you can see in the photos (if you want, lol). They had got very mouldy/mildewy/fungussy. 🤢 also the under side of the tent liner. So it was very lucky that I decided to clean it at this point. Or else I could have serious issues. I'll look into the ventilation as I'm not exhausting the tent because I leave the door open with very strong airflow. I did spray the plants with Trace, and I used a lot of it. So, that probably ran down the walls into the base of the tent before it dried 🤔 that could have easily caused it. I'll have to make sure I dry off the walls after I use it next time. I certainly don't want to keep cleaning everything. The plants are delicate, and unfortunately, however I try, it appears I am not. I'm always snapping branches off by just watering, let alone removing them from the tent to clean! 😅 you can imagine. Accidental defoliation? 😉 I also cleaned the light, but I have noticed on one light that there are brown spots, which won't come off without damaging the LED's. I really don't want to have to buy a new light. The par isn't great for full flowering. I just can't justify buying a new one right now, as I've already bought 2 in a year. The light has been turned up to 100%, gradually, over the course of a few days. It has been fairly warm so I moved them further away too, as i don't want them to get heat stress, as I have already noticed a few leaves canoeing and having a taco on my dime! 🤨🤔😅 I'll continue to monitor and adjust again when possible/necessary. 9.5.25: Hulkberry has certainly started her stretch! I'm really low on space to train her out, and the light has been turned up to full power. She has begun to drink more, and I gave some more dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with ♡ 1/4 tsp of Greenleaf nutrients Sea K(elp). PPM: 800 PH:6.4 I am very pleased with the recent growth spurt, so let's hope I can accommodate her! 😅 9.5.25: It's a necessity to keep the soil moist. That means I need to water more often now. Today I watered with 1.5 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 which contained: ♡ 1/5 tsp of Sea K(elp). By Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 1/4 tsp Ecothrive Biosys. PPM: 564 PH: 6.4 12.5.25: Hulkberry was very dry, surprisingly. Although I guess I've been giving her less. She was fed with a high dose of Ecothrive Trace: 7ml/7l. She was fed with 6 litres over the course of the day. PH:6.4 PPM: 515 I had added this as a foliar spray last week, and it has apparently damaged some leaves. LST, HST and defoliated second time, Fimmed main 1x, fimmed all tops 14 days later, fimmed all resulting tops 3 weeks later. well over 100 tops and counting, removed all tiny branches off the mains. pre loli.. lol Ill let em up in a few days. should be well beyond the 20" circumference of the 20 gal pots. Gonn a flower 2 in the space , and 2 in my newly acquired 48x48x80 tent. Shopping a few Flowering beasts to put in for the next phase.
