Week 5 for this beautiful plants. They just got fed with Goldleaf feterlizer and I added mycos chum and cal-mag to the mix. They are doing great so far with the feeding schedule and they are stretching really good. The pre-flower is going well they are starting to grow.

@MephistoGenetics, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 10 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. Hey fellow growers .. today is day 55 of flower or 130 total .. she's a Jamaican landrace so I'm guessing 3 more weeks ... Today was her first flush so no more nutes.... her trichomes are getting swollen and they are everywhere on the nugs themselves... especially for a full sativa .. she is going to be worth the wait... Day 22 25/07/24 Thursday Still no Feed/water since Tuesday. Been a humid and overcast two days so not as much evaporation as normal. All plants happy and healthy 💚 Video updates Day 23 26/07/24 Friday De-chlorinated watering pH 6 with 5ml calmag to 5L water. Watered each with 250ml and had small run off. I will continue to feed/water with small run offs to help prevent salt build ups. Video update. Day 26 29/07/24 Monday Nice feed today, using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. They each had 300ml with small run off. All looks incredibly happy and healthy! The Auto Kabul that was mutated and twisted has pulled herself through and is just a bit shorter than the others. Day 28 31/07/24 Wednesday End of week😁 De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚

The plants continue to kick ass. New French Macaron and Chem Brulee leaves are all 9-fingered now. Crazy happy plants. Sprayed with light BT spray (trying to avoid any caterpillar issues this year as much as possible) early in the week. Sprayed with light Neem Oil / Castile Soap (no more dawn, no more issues!) late in the week. Today, June 9, I also defoliated a bit. Keep in mind that I don't want to do much this year as far as topping and training, so I've done one simple top on all of the plants, and essentially have created 4 main colas for each plant. I only did this to create some airflow under the plant. I don't plan on doing a lot of this stuff. Gonna let the sunshine do her thing. Even though these girls have some hot-ass super soil in there, I'm still going to be doing some top-dressing. Mixed this up and slathered it on there on Saturday, June 12. ------

Transplanted week 5 put it 3 gal cloth pots 1/3 strawberry fields soil, 2/3 Happy frog, 1/2 cup rice hulls total, mixed into both soils. watered with recharge mix 1/4 tsp to a gallon of water. Back in to the veg tent.

Well has been it’s. This fine looking Mango saw a pot upgrade. I moved her into a 45 gallon pot of my custom super soil mix. The 10 gallon pot she came out of looked so tiny when I took the root ball out and put her in the 45 😂😂 She has taken well to her bigger home and I expect her to really start packing on some size in the coming weeks. I have been doing a lot of defoliation of the inner and lower portions. I will likely do another round of topping and more LST to really spread things out and maximize the canopy structure. Onward!! 😎🍿🍻

And the week 3 has started. Buds started to grow. Plants are looking strong, looks like the PH is optimal finaly. There is a nice, citrusy and skunky smell already. Tough colas.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. It has withstood attacks by insects (leaf hoppers and Japanese Beatles), intense heat and humidity (110℉ heat indexes with 90+% RH) and multiple splits of two of her main branches at the trunk, and yet has grown into the 'Beast from the East' reaching over EIGHT feet in height and spreading her branches out to an enormous SIX foot diameter! Our weather has cooled off after last weeks tropical system passed and it's nice to have a much needed break from the heat and humidity! 8/15- I am continuing to water daily with 5-8 gallons of well water from the garden hose. Today, I top dressed the Wedding Cheesecake FF with 3 cups of Gaia Green 2-8-4 Power Bloom which I watered in with well water from the hose. I then applied 1/2 gallon of a nutrient mix I made up in 2 1/2g of well water consisting of: 1/4 cup Neptune's Harvest Seaweed(kelp) plant food and 2 1/2 tsp. of Plantonics Amino Bliss. While I was under the canopy I also removed a bunch of scraggly small, thin branches that were anywhere from 12" to 20" long and would never had amounted to anything worthwhile. 8/17- We had a couple of passing light rain showers today which didn't provide a lot of rain so I went ahead and watered the Wedding Cheesecake Fast Flower with approximately 5g of well water just to make sure that she didn't get thirsty. 8/19- Thunderstorms yesterday and today have taken care of my watering duties and all I really had to do today is to remove some yellowed and dead leaves throughout the canopy.
