Everything after germination has been pretty smooth. The plants in veg had a couple small brown spots due to under watering but no extreme signs or any abnormalities.

Will update more once dry and then do smoke report!!! But this strain was amazing to grow i love beleaf they have outdone it on this 1. That coverage of teicomes to the smell and look of the buds just amazing. The size of some of these buds is massive like a soda can but 2 of them long just massive. The 2 week of flush is what way brought on the swell and the crazy color just beautiful! From a deap read/ purple to a bright yellow orange to a deep dark almost black purples!!! SUNDAY 5/5: Rearranged the gardens..have 17 plants in the 4 x 5 now...yowsa! MONDAY: Plucked some dead leaves and did a trichrome check on her. She's getting close now! Prolly about 80% cloudy and 5% amber! I'll start flushing her tomorrow or the next day if she's not dried out yet. TUESDAY: I observed some white spots on a few leaves here and there, so I sprayed her today with Trifecta Crop Cure, a concoction of a bunch of natural plant oils. I already decreased the humidity in the room to 45% with my new 70L dehumidifier, so I think she'll be fine. I'll spray her again tomorrow and the next day, then I'll have to hope that did the trick, because she is already in the harvest window. WEDNESDAY: I flushed her today with about 4 gallons of ph'd spring water and bembe. It was her last dose of any nutes...flushing with only spring water from here on out. THURSDAY: Took a couple of photos and tried installing my new Solacure FlowerPower UVB light, but it was dead on arrival.😢..back to the 15.0 reptile UVB lights for now I guess...

On day 1 I transplanted 2 BB clones into 3 gal smart pots with coco coir. I watered them in with veg formula and set up my blumat watering system with week 1 flower nutes. I raised PPFD to 600-700. On day 2 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.4 to 6.0. The rez is 823 ppm. The tops are 16.5" from the grow light. The blumats have not started watering yet and I will monitor to ensure it goes smoothly. I have the blumats set at 1.25 carrots on left plant and 1 carrot on right plant. The average PPFD of my 16 tops is 703 PPFD. I increased temps to 85 day 81 night to get leaf surface around 80 f during day. On day 3 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. The rez is 782 ppm. The blumats have started watering and I will monitor closely over the next few days. On day 4 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.3 to 6.1. The rez is 717ppm. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is steady at 6.1. The rez is 706 ppm. The highest top is 15.25" from the light. I defoliated to bring in more air and light to deeper into the canopy. I increased the flow rate of blumat by .5 carrot on the right plant as it was a little to dry for my liking. The Clones are preforming well. On day 6 the reservoir PH is going down so I adjusted up from 6.0 to 6.2. The rez is 730 ppm. The highest cola is 14.75" from the light. The left plant had a runaway so I reduced blumat by 1 carrot. I increased flow of blumat on right plant by .5 carrot as it is still drier than I would like. On day 7 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.3 to 6.0. The highest cola is 14.25". I reset rez with nutes.

Finally cooled down this week, maybe 5mm of rain, not much. Did some light defoliating, lollipoping, really doesn't need too much this early, especially with the height the Hugel gives me, keeps the bottom nice and clean with great light penetration. 2 hours of drip irrigation, and weekly foliar spray of Neem, Kelp, Aloe, Epsom is all she's had. Still top dressing Gaia Green mix every 3 weeks, but I really doubt she even needs it. I gather it might make a bigger difference during flower but we'll see. Haven't fimmed or topped in 3 weeks, may just leave it, shape looks great to me. Will defoliate harder closer to flower or if it gets wet and rainy, but weather looks great. The trunk is getting HUGE, going to need a chainsaw to take this bad girl down come Oct!

14-05-2021 (DAY 59) Se realizó el cambio de solución. Las plantas vienen espléndidas y con el Safe roots de Hydrotek ya no tuve mas problemas de raíces. Está entrando la flora mas potente y formándose los Buds.

Betty is in week 2 of flower, before flowering, so in the last week of veg, i gave her a good flush until clear water came out bottom, she got fed 2 and a 1/2 times, so 17ml of grow feed, she has got a touch nutrient burn but nothing to worry about very little, she got 2-3 liters of water a week for 6 weeks, she likes to be dry than wet, week 2 of flowering, she is starting to grow hairs and strech so i fed her 1/2 bloom nutrients, so 3.5ml, she might get another half bloom nutrients in the future, she is looking well and healthy, betty has about 7 weeks left in flower and then a week to dry and 2 weeks to cure in glass jar. Will keep you updated in a couple of weeks to see betty grow her flowers.

Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more light penetration. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there wasn't much change Some new growth..the colas are stacking nicely which is good. Hope they stretch some more still.. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!

Week 13 : Six Shooter So i've been looking into these plants' trichomes daily, sometimes twice daily, they're all really really cloudy, like full white, completely curled in. Some have a slight beige tint to them, so i'm guessing that's the first few ambers ! That means it's time for the chop ! these wrapped up their second week of flush with three x additive flush. To flush you water until run off then add 20% which is just about 4 pints for me. Now i'm at the end of the grow i can say that the full tent is a good idea, but it does get crowded and that will surely affect my yield as there are a fair few colas that are totally f-ed in the sense they are thin, skinny, a tiny bit of flower with just a few pistills... so those are useless and they're going into my bubble hash project, so let's see, maybe i can extract value out of the trim , the popcorn buds, and the rest of the plant !
