The honeydew fallout from the spotted lanternflys in the maple tree above have gotten out of hand. It's almost a constant mist. The only thing I could think to do beside moving them like an ancient Egyptian was adding a protective canopy of some sort. I wanted to get the clear poly weave but this green one was half price so went with it instead. With the way I have it oriented, it doesn't really block out that much direct sun too. In the morning and afternoon the angle of the sun is able to shine right on the plants. It's kind of a win win because should decrease my chances of mold later down the road towards harvest time if it does decide to rain a bunch. I tried washing the plants once this week with some light soap and water with a little baking soda mixed in. I rinsed with cone setting with hose right after and the plants were praying next day but i didn't have canopy up yet so they got hit again. I spotted several pale green assassin bugs on my plants so now Im a little nervous about washing the plants again because I want to keep them around. They are nymphs right now I may try to collect the ones i see become cleaning the plants one last time. Hanging that canopy was one of the more frustrating things I've done in a while. I wasn't sure If or how it would work but I has some medium gauge synthetic rope I tied to the eyelets and eventual 4 tree limbs. I had to bounce back and forth to get it tension climbing my fruit trees and 8 foot ladder. I originally disassembled an unused tomato trellis i built to use some of the lumber to build a post to tie off on in one corner but it ended up being at the wrong angle relative to the tarp and I started to get worried if a storm ripped it out of the ground. So I opted to used only the surrounding trees. After getting it all tension I realized that it was to far to one side leaving two of the plants almost exposed, so I had to come back the next day and re adjust but now I have it in a pretty good spot. I survived a decent storm already this week. Just hope it lasts. Overall making outside feel slightly leas stressful and anticipating more of a good harvest rather than just an experiment with my first outdoor grown.

no signs of pests during the grow. only one time i had ants trying to infest one plant but easily got rid of them by using cinnamon around the stem. she grows easy and is fun to train, you don't have to be an expert. in the late flowering i got some budrot in both plants and stalled the harvest by inspecting and cutting it away daily, haven't lost a lot due to it. i would recommend this strain as she is a high trichome producer, big yielder and easy to grow plant that gives nice buds with a good smell and greath high. she is a strain that makes you talkative, giggly and euphoric and is surely gonna give you a good sleep. be sure to go easy on her as she is a strong breed. an amazing strain to grow. she creates colourfull purple buds filled with trichomes that is really good for the chilling occasions, be sure not to have to go somewhere as she will last long and prepare for a joyfull evening with lots of laughing and good talks. i'll post more pictures after the drying process!

2020-02-18 (Day 81) - I spoke too soon. This girl is stretching WAYYYY more than any other girl in the tent, I have to raise 1 light daily it seems. All in all even with the asymmetry this is the most beautiful plant I've grown. As stated in my other journals my heater crapped out and I am not buying another one so she'll have to deal with the cold night time temps. Hopefully the stretching slows down and she can start putting all her energy towards bud development. This is the thirstiest of all the other plants in the tent drinking roughly 1 gal every other day. Stay tuned to see this girl develop!

I counted the days again and came to the conclusion that I have 70 days full and harvested tonight. Enough brown and amber trichomes are also present. I'm excited to see how they taste and pop. They definitely look and smell very good. What's really funny: From the 2-3 week onwards, I turned both TS1000s up to 100% for 18 hours a day. I just wanted to find out my cap. I used around 100kW/h and €40 less in electricity costs. Compared to my last grow with Feminized and 10 weeks of flowering + Veggy. I wouldn't have expected that. Well... let it dry in peace first. Hello everyone! I have been off the platform for a while since the plants were just loving their life. I went on a small trip and came back seeing that the plants seem to have entered the flowering phase. For now I can count 7 buds starting to form on my main plant, the second one seems to be a little bit behind. So I am kind of uncertain on what to do next, should I trim? Should I change to a bigger plant container because they are still in their original? Hopefully someone could give me some advice on what to do next? This week has been all about new beginnings and meticulous care, as we continue to nurture these beauties towards their full potential. Let’s dive in! New Home, Sweet Home This week, our P.C.R.s made the big move to their new 3x3 tent, and boy, do they love it! Under the bright and consistent light of the ViparSpectra P2000, these plants are set to thrive. Already, this is going to be the last week, next week im switching to 12/12 lets see what this marshydro TS1000 can do, i want to see if i get the same results as my LEC, if thats the case its a real winner as its half of electricity costs, and electricity starts to get expensive as every indoor grower knows 😁😝 As expected some clones are bigger than others but thats normal, some clones came out like 4 or 5 days before others, but i dont care, i also have some other bigger plants around the clones, i have some older biscotti mintz clones also in there and some other plants

Day 71 - Starting week 11 and this should be her final week, I’m just looking for a little bit more amber to show up in her. Hopefully as she dries out from her last watering, she’ll get to that 30-40%. Her buds are really chunking up and dense as hell too! Day 72 - And she’s done, she’s gonna get the axe after 48 hours or so of darkness. Haven’t really used the darkness before harvest method before but needed some room in the tent so gonna give it a go. She should be getting chopped on Thursday sometime.

21.11.2512 days dry. I suffered some bud rot so my final weight of 189 is inaccurate, also there is still trim on weed. But you can clearly see she is a high yeilder. I had to tie the dehumidifier high up in the tent so that the heat coming from it would not dry out the buds like what happened in my 1st grow, Wurlz F1 by Zamnesia. She is very sticky. She smells like when you pull on a THC vape.

These girls are flowering super fast almost starting to ripen but I'm sure they'll swell more! Super excited to have this one done in a few weeks it's one of my favorite medical cultivars. The powerful fruitiness is surely a pleasant smell to take in although I reccomend a carbon filter if you live in tight quarters. Shes super happy without LST I learned as these are the last of 4 stranana that I have ran and LST once hurt my yield as I find it does have strong sativa genes. She likes to stretch out. I was able to identify the problem why the Bluedream grows so poorly. Some leaves had covered the substrate and mould had developed there. I removed these leaves, loosened up the substrate and installed another fan. It actually took 7 days for the pot to become noticeably lighter, it was practically standing in water and hardly any air was getting to the roots. The switch to flowering fertiliser also came too late. So all mistakes on my side that were caused by too much watering. Nevertheless, they are continuing to develop well and I hope the end result will be reasonably satisfactory.

Gas tax x obama runtz there is not alot to update this week. They have not grown very much the past week. They got extra dark last time when I watered and gave 2ml per gal of grow big. They are still the smallest 2 plants in the tent. They both have started making their 1st set of leaves with 5 point although the other leaves have not started to get larger yet. I don't think they have rooted solid quite yet. Happy late turkey day grow diaries world!!!! It's now day 24 from seed for all the seedlings I have going. The past few days the plants have really started to take off. There roots have really started to dig in. Every other water I am still giving 2ml per gal of fox farm grow big. I keep having to tell myself not to add any more nutes other than that. I don't want to fry my plants but I also want they to start jumping. I'm quite excited for the coming week, I think the next 7 days or so is when the plant really starts to transform and look more like a pot plant than just some random little green thing. A few days ago I decided to move the plants from under my 55w cheep amazon light to under my spider farmer 100w newer version light with the good leds in it. The plants will hopefully be ready to up pot them here soon and get them in the large tent. Sometimes when growing multiple different strains it can be really hard to balance giving to much or to little light. You don't want the faster growing plants to get to stretched out waiting on the slower plants to catch up I spend Thanksgiving day morning transplanting the plants into 2gal pots. I am useing spme promix potting soil it's my 1st time tring this soil. It is actually doing really well the roots were all white and nice looking. I think next time I'm going to add some worm casting, kelp, granular mycos, and a little bit extra perlite. I just didn't have the money with christmas coming to splurge for all the extra stuff. I got rid of 2 plants 1 of the bubble og and 1 skunk apple runtz. There is only room for 10 pots in the 2x4 tent. I will peob only bring 8 of them to flower, always good to have back ups. Yesterday I also stuck the plants back under the 500w medicgrow mini sun 2 in my 2x4 tent. They did great under it the 2nd half the day I was happy they didn't get stressed. I had put them under that light a little early about 10 days ago or so. I am expecting in a week these plants will ge going crazy with growth
