So, I threw out Fruit Diesel and Bruce Banner because of insufficient development. I still made a mistake, it is better to plant 4 plants under such a lamp, but not 6. I installed a dehumidifier, the humidity reaches 60% - no more. All the same, in a hot climate air conditioning to reduce humidity is not possible.

Day 112 - 16 wks... interesting plant..... this is a F3 Mazar-i-Shariff ... like from the original.... and this plant turned out... different... been feeding her normally, abit of nutes every second day,. and water (+ph up) every other day..... 6.2-5.6-6.2ph - 1500 pph (nutrified is pretty good, crystallic) really nice plant 👍😎

Good growth and upward spurt in full swing with the pre-flower sites lengthening. No more LST now. Water consumption is about a litre a day. But.....a couple of leaves have some brown spots!!!!! Arghhhhhh. Perhaps the base soils nutrients were dying off? Who knows, started flower nutrients at a 1/4 strength. Fingers crossed no more brown spots.

This jack orange is such a beautiful plant for real, the flowers are going to be absolutely awesome, she's producing some trichomes so far just like the rest of the plants on day 23 of flower and the smell is citric but veeery sweet, I'm very excited about this one, this is my first time working with her, hope to taste amazing tasty flowrs. This week has been all about shaping the plant. I’ve learned from last that the colas weren’t the same height, because I let the plant do it’s things with just a bit of training. Now I know what to look for so I’m trying my hardest. I top dressed this week with crab meal, Gaia green all purpose 4-4-4, insect frass, kelp meal, bone meal, azomite, and covered it with a healthy serving of worm castings (about an inch to 2 inches). All of which was sprinkled on all the chopped and dropped leaves/branches. I believe in adding biomass to soil, especially for an indoor growing who is money conscious. Doing that can help save me money going back to the store for more soil.

Super stoked for last week, watching her flower is pretty incredible, so from pretty much week 9 of veg up till now I've been feeding her half strength base nutrients with fluctuating strengths of sensizym and Cal-Mag always mixed with 8L of basic filtered water. Update January 5 2020. Back from my fishing trip! Happy to say that everything with the durban is going swimmingly, I fed her today 8L with half strength base nutrients and half strength of sensizym. I will probably do one more feeding with sensizym and call it good.. in two-three weeks I will start adding my Overdrive nutrients to my base. January 11 update: Not much going. Just playing the waiting game now. January 13 update: its gotten really cold here, like -37 with wind so I put a ceramic heat emitter back in, now back up to 250w heat running 24/7. Growing in an unheated shop is definitely a challenge! But with the other one in things are picking up and shits drying out finally. Should have put the other heater back in a week ago. My bad. January 15 update: -37!! Holy fu*ck, fed her 3L of mixed nutrients at half strength. With just a splash of overdrive. January 17 update: outside temps finally warming up to -25°c yay!! Inside grow box temps up to 28°c she likes it warm, Fed her the remaining food I had mixed up, she got about 5L. Seeing fattening of the bud sites👀👌 January 19 update: No idea when this happened but it did.. got a crack right at first top. Now I know to leave more of stem above where it splits off into two. Quick tape fix till I figure it out, fed her 5L of mixed food with just under full strength OverDrive and some organic growth plus.. it has a high pk so I'm using it once. January 21 update: things are slowing down now, just a waiting game to find that nice mix of cloudy/amber trichomes. Might feed one more time then it's on to flushing! January 23 update. Fed her another 5L of mixed nutrients with full strength OverDrive. Seems how I have about 2-3weeks left, that will be the last feed. I have lots of "buffer" leaves and pretty sure I've been overfeeding a bit so it's now flush time.. I will be flushing for last 2-3 weeks with just plain PH'd tap water. My "buffer" leaves should keep it going till it's time. January 25 update: first flush done with about 8L of store bought RO water. Water that came out was slightly brown. No point checking run off yet as its first flush. I will check ppms next flush in a few days. She's starting to smell really good! Like an earthy diesel . January 27 update: wasn't going to but the leaves are dry as f*** so dumped in another 8l of RO flush water. Trichomes are I'd say 99 to 100% cloudy with a few Amber's here and there.. I will try to time it for Feb 1st harvest. If I'm a few days early due to flushing coco then so be it. January 28 update: no water. Still seeing some slight fattening of the buds. Every bud site including the lower pop corn buds are just covered in dense trichomes🤤 I'm going to have some pretty killer trim to work with.. I will be making canna butter for the first time😀 side note: will be cleaning the grow box tomorrow when the lights are on. January 29 update: None. I did however find out sunglasses make great UV filters for taking pictures and videos 👍 January 30 update: None. January 31 update: large flush with about 14L of water, cleaned out run off tray. That's pretty much it.. oh, trimmed a few more leaves that were covering any buds. So close I can almost taste it!!! 🤤🤤 sure not very strong smelling though🤨. I'm sure that will change once I start chopping into her. February 1st update: 10L flush, noticed one of my intake fans has been off for some time now🤦‍♂️🏻 fired that back up. I did mention that I might harvest today.. she's not quite ready yet, I will let her dry out 3days prior and do a 48hr darkness prior to harvest as well. February 3rd update: last day of week 16, trichomes are right where I want them for the affect I'm after.(and will continue to amber up during cure) So tonight I will be chopping her down. Going to do a "wet" trim and hang buds in the drying rack till ready for curing jars. Planning on a 3 week minimum cure time. I would to thank everyone for the kind words/likes and encouragement!! End of 6th week (day 42) in bloom. Plants have stopped growing in height. Colas are filling fast so i put some big sticks to stabilize them and avoid crushing down from weight. One of nine plants is about 10 days back in bloom as it started to show signs of sex in day 20 after i changed the light circle! No nutrients this week and generally i don;t feed much. I do some light feeding mostly weeks 1-4 in bloom. I mix some bio nutrients in the soil (light mix) before transplant. These strains are 100% sativas and need low N and moderate P/K

-everything is on schedule and good, tried 3 times rapid of nutrient tea(just lightly bit of kelp and alfafa and aerated 24hrs) and she loves it -i'm using a type of kale as cover crop for many benefits but i need most from it is heat fix(it's damn hot outside :D)

Gelato#33 is looking weird. There are some yellow and dark brown spots on the under leaves, and the upper leaves looks very dry. She is receiving the same treatment as the others, maybe the south american weather is not correct for her? Thanks.

And , and, and… i mean she is growing amazing and kind a fast now, she is almost with the canopy the way i like and almost ready for her defoliation and to be flipped to flower :) <3 <3 <3 She is so, but i mean so vigorous and strong that i thing this will be an outstanding exemplar and will produce amazing medicine. Flower tent is ac infinity 4x8 tent. With two spider farmer sf-4000. This tent has the exhale 360 co2 grow bag. The nutrients are not what each plant receives. Each stage gets its appropriate nutrients. I will be going back and trying to name each plant in the 2-7 feeding

Worm Feeding: - This week I fed my worms about a pound or so total of: Banana, mango, dill, tomatoes, carrots, strawberries, aloe filet, green beans, covered in a dash of oyster shell and alfalfa meal. - I layer down some canna leaves, layer diced up worm food, sprinkle dry amendments (kelp, oyster shell, neem, etc.), layer canna leaves, then replace bedding and they are happy! - Creating the food layer protected by the green manure gives the worms a nice buffer zone to move freely through eating as much as they want. - This method is inspired by Herbin Farmer on Youtube. WoW many crystals have formed overnight, almost as if she went out and partied hard and forgot to wipe her “nose” before she got back home... No complaints at all, just watering daily with pH 6.4 water and adding compost tea. Going to do a phosphorous boost on her this week since she is starting to pack on mass... Thanks for reading.
