Week 8 / Flower Week 2 The middle plant is clearly shorter than the other two, but after measuring PPFD this turned out to be no issue. Plant heights were left 59 / middle 40 / right 55 cm with lamp distances of 32 / 55 / 34 cm. The strongest light is in the center, and despite the height differences the average light distribution is very even. PPFD averages were around left ~400 / middle ~415 / right ~380, and after I raised 2 levels up to ~500 / ~525 / ~545 µmol/m²/s Stretch is slowing down and the plants are clearly moving into early flower. During the week I removed yellow and dead leaves and started lollipopping. The lower third was cleaned up and the left plant was lollipopped a bit more. The other plants will be cleaned up further over the next days I think, step by step. I also raised the middle plant slightly at one point to get it closer to the light and improve airflow, which helped after cleaning up the lower part. Watering and feeding followed the HESI schedule. The plants were watered three times this week: At the start of the week, about 10 L with nutrients. Mid-week, roughly 7 L of pH-adjusted water only. On the day of writing this report, end of the week, they were watered again with nutrients at half strength .pH around 6.0-6.5. Yellow sticky traps were added as a preventive measure. Overall I’m happy with how this week went. Everything feels well set up and I’m curious to see how the left plant responds to the more intense lollipopping, since this is the first time I’ve gone this far. Das ist quasi die Upgrade-Version des Nährstoff-Menüs! • PH-Wert: Wieder 5,9 – Perfektion muss sein. • EC: Exakt nach Hesi-Plan für diese Phase – der optimale Power-Shake. • Wassertemperatur: Konstante 20°C – Das Wurzel-Spa läuft weiter. Mit den frischen Nährstoffen und der blitzsauberen Umgebung steht dem Turbo-Wachstum nichts mehr im Wege. Die Wurzeln schießen wie verrückt ins Wasser, und ich bin bereit für den baldigen Wurzel-Dschungel. Ich bin schon gespannt, wie schnell die Blätter in den nächsten Tagen wachsen werden. Das wird ein Spektakel!

Ehi ragazzi come va?! Finalmente sta per arrivare la primavera dalle mie parti ancora un mesetto! Cosa posso dire, questa settimana la ragazza si è comportata come previsto , grandi foglie nuove sono nate e i primi fiori iniziano a formare le prime piccole cime , apparte qualche foglia con un deciditi probabile di Fosforo e forse anche mangesio per la grande velocità della crescita metabolica di questi nuovi hibridi! Sono impressionanti come si cibano molto di più e molto più velocemente ,rispetto alle genetiche precedenti! Iniziano a sentirsi i primi profumi , ho integrato la dieta della ragazza con il cal/Mag e il bio pk ad ogi irrigazione e sembra che stia facendo il suo lavoro! Sono davvero contento di come si sta sviluppando nel futuro prossimo! Uscirà di sicuro grande erba ! Per questa settimana è tutto! Buon 420 a tutti

Otra semana más de floración y las plantas presentan un evidente engorde en ellas, por el momento el clima está bastante frío y hay bastante humedad como para una fase de floración pero fuera de eso las plantas lo han sabido llevar de buena forma, ya culminamos con las fertilizaciones y solo estamos aplicando agua de bidón. Phwoah! Grow Genius silica came thru in a big way, blessing the Blue Paint crew with the rigidity we’d hoped for. One pheno has a slight curve to it and it’s now evident that they’re starting to break away from each other in phenotypical expressions by way of height, strength and leaf structure (possible variations in new growth width), but these might well be environmental influences rather than genetic. Seedling feeding regimen has been swapped out for the veg stack. The environment of the nursery tent saw a slight shift downward in temperature as the seasons press closer to winter but this didn’t stop progress, even after the Blue Paint crew got a repotting, increasing their root space 10 fold. With the increase in legroom they also got an upgrade to first class with a tent of their own as older auto tent sisters were shifted to their final grow space. Unfortunately this might only tide them over for a short while. The worry is, longer than expected flower cycles mean their final home, the photo tent, is still packed to the rafters with ripening flower and Blue Paint is coming up behind at an alarming rate. No choice but to play it by ear and possibly end up making some big purchases, drastic changes or tough calls. Ready and willing if it comes to it, fire genetics over bag seed all day long 😂.
