My plant's got a name - Melanie. She fights against the pests. We suppose that the yellowish colour of the leaves are caused by them. As I decided to help her, I used the insecticide called Dursban. Day 43 : Watering with co2 tab / 5L. Also added food again because i think they need it. Increased ppm to 850. Maybe the next one will be pure water. Ventilation works all the time when lights are on. Temp and humi are stable and this is good for the girls. 5 cm in 3 days. Patience is the key always. Also removed some burned leaves from all ladies. Edit (Day 47) : Watering with co2 tab every 5L. I watered with juices again at 850ppm because i felt that they need it. Only DsD drank pure water because of burns. Also 4cm in 4 days. She will be low yielder with good stuff. It smells sickkkk.

Day 36. New round of training, girls started to strech, so i can form them and by "them" - i mean Gorillas ;))) Cookies are sad song, in control garden Strawberry Cough is out, so i keep my dirty mouth shut till results will come up. Plan to feed them Silica Acid and CalMag next round, so increased numbers of nutes will be used only next week, need to do pure water runs aswel ;) One lovely thing - half of Bunny Gorilla gives 3 shots from one nod, other half grows normaly, lovely mutation. Day 38. Yesterday girls got water with CalMag, so they started to look better, deficencies where showing up on all plants, so had to feed them up a bit. Cookies long way to healthyness, but at last two off them started to grow. So next water will be with silica acid. Tomorrow should do some heavy lst, girls started to strech, can lower them again ,think it will be last mass lowering, next i will try to form as many tops from all that mass on Gorilla side and i really put many work to make Cookies look better. Control garden is ok, all 4 beans showed up. Think to veg them for 2-3 weeks only, but my main target was to see will last Cookie show unhealthy grow in new run compaired to other strains or i should blame too ritch worm casting, cant find any other reason for so many grow issues. Think any other gardener would chuck that crap and started new grow, but two cookies woke up, maybe two others will at least heal up by switch time... Lets see... Day 39. Heavy LST , HST , defoliation and new position, think they will stay that way till the end. Some girls get theirs form, Bunny Gorilla looks amazing, plan to veg them 3 more weeks from today, so day 55 they will get darkness and light rythm will change.

As of day 14, the Blackberry Kush is still exhibiting it's abnormal leaf growth. I've only ever seen this on another genetically purple strain, so I am curious if there is a connection. If anyone has seen similar issues in their own plants let me know! It's growth hasn't been too bad, and I am sure it's going to continue to take off over the next week! I usually top my plants between day 14 and 21, so i am hoping it is growing vigorously enough to prevent any stunting. I haven't seen any adverse effects from temporarily switching to my plentiful dry cal-mag, so I am happy about that so far! I am still adding a similar EC worth of Cal mag (.5) so it's good to have dialed in a rough equivalent. I hope everyone is staying safe, and happy growing! 👍🌱 Day 15: the leaf growth continues to be very screwy, and even if it's at least partially a genetic issue I continue to triple check all my practices and parameters. The PH drifts up mildly in my reservoirs between cleaning/remixing of nutrients, but it is going from roughly a 5.8 up to a 6.2 (at worst) with no change in the EC/PPM. Between the lack of EC drift and lack of smell, I don't think there are any major bacterial issues. The outflow PH is also acceptable (5.8) and the outflow EC is around .2-.3 above inflow, which is also acceptable. I dug into the coco a little bit, and the medium is not oversaturated with water (it is always a bit "fluffy" with good drainage and never compacted) and the roots are white and healthy. With the healthy vigorous growth of the other Blackberry in the same conditions, it brings me back to this being at least partially a genetic issue. I looked through grow questions of other diaries for similar leaf issues, and it seemed that most were either blueberry or blackberry strains from a range of breeders. This could be purely a coincidence, but it does make me wonder. The grows with similar issues seemed to otherwise have no commonalities in how they were grown. I am going to keep trying my best with this plant regardless, so I hope it pulls through alright! Day 17: being very careful with my PH and keeping it a bit lower, to rule it out as a possible cause of the twisted leaves and less vigorous growth. I am keeping it between 5.5 and 6 for the time being to make sure there is no lock out of micro elements like boron. As per the comments, I am being more accurate be using a pH pen as opposed to drops which I may have misjudges. I topped the plant, which is definitely a risk! But I am hoping for some healthier leaves to come in, and the plant hasn't stunted so far! It has grown the number of nodes it should have for its age, it just not as filled in and lush as I would like it to be. Day 19: I have been monitoring PH especially carefully, taking a few measurements per day and keeping it between 5.6 and 5.8 (a little on the low side). The runoff is consistently under 6 as well. EC and other conditions have stayed where they should be as well. I reduced any PH drift by running the air pump for the res 24/7, instead of just for mixing and before fertigations to rule that out. But I haven't seen any overall improvements for the leaves so I am reverting back to my theory of a genetic issue with this particular plant. It's growing larger and it's stems are thickening, so I'm just going to keep it growing as well as I possibly can and see what it yields!

Ya al día con las fotos. Empecé a fertilizar con vitamax pro. Las hojas laterales rotas con color marrón tienen quemadura por luz del led de apoyo, descarté sobrefertilización por que solo apareció en hojas superiores. La punta del cogollo central también se está quemando con luz por proximidad al led principal que lo tengo al máximo de altura.

In Woche 8 bei den BlueberryMuffins war viel los. Die Sanlight musste täglich neu auf die 40cm Abstand gehängt werden. Hier und da wurden immer mal wieder ein paar Blätter entfernt die Triebspitzen verdecken oder so dicht gewachsen waren das es zu einer schlechten Luftzirkulation gekommen wäre. Die zweite Lage vom Scrog-Netz wurde installiert. So können die gestreckten Triebe wieder etwas ordentlicher untergebracht werden und werden dazu etwas gestützt wenn es in die Blüte geht. An den Stangen vom unteren Scrog-Netz wurden noch zwei PC-Lüfter angebracht um unter dem Blätterdach für etwas Luftzirkulation zu sorgen. Den optimalen VPD zu halten war etwas schwierig bei dem Wetter zur Zeit. Die Temperaturen lagen um die 24°C und die Luftfeuchtigkeit um die 60%. Mit kurzweiligem Lüften des Raumes ging es immer mal wieder in die Richtung der angestrebten 50%. Da werden es die hoffentlich bald kälteren Tage wieder etwas angenehmer machen den VPD in den optimalen Bereich zu bekommen. _____________________________ Düngen : Gegossen wird mit Wasser das min. 24h mit einer Aquariumpumpe in einer 10L Gießkanne in Bewegung gehalten wird. Davon wird soviel genommen wie es die Ladys verlangen und mit dem einen oder anderen Zusatz versetzt. Je nach Stadium der der Ladys. Ab ungefähr Woche 5 wird mit 10% vom Topfvolumen gegossen. Das ganze wird in drei Teilen mit einem Abstand von 20-30min gegossen. Tag50 gab es für die BlueberryMuffins 1ml/L PowerRoots, 1ml/L PureZym und 1ml/L PowerBuds. Das ganze wurde auf einen ph-Wert von 6.5 gebracht. Es gab je Lady 1L in den Topf und 200ml in den Untersetzer. An Tag52 gab es 1ml/L PowerRoots, 1ml/L PowerBuds, 1ml/L PureZym, 1.5ml/L PK 5•8 und 2ml/L StickyFingers. Das ganze wurde auf einen ph-Wert von 6.5 gebracht. Jede Lady bekam 200ml in den Untersetzer und 1L in den Topf. Tag55 gab es 1ml/L PowerRoots, 1ml/L, 1ml/L PowerBuds, 2ml/L PK 5•8, 2ml/L StickyFingers und 1g/L BioEnhancer. Week 9 - Fourth Week of Flower The Donutz gang is hitting its stride as the fourth week of flower unfolds. Trichomes are developing beautifully, and the plants are entering full production mode. A few challenges cropped up this week, but quick thinking and some DIY ingenuity kept everything on track. Key Updates: Trichome Progress: The resin glands are popping off, with a frosty layer forming across the developing buds. The plants are starting to show their true potential, and the tent is starting to smell. New Fan Installation: The old ventilator tapped out this week, so a replacement was installed to maintain proper airflow. This ensures the plants stay cool and prevents any issues with humidity or stagnant air. Lamp Adjustment: The front-left plant shot up too close to the light, so I had to get creative. I built a DIY solution to raise the lamp higher, ensuring even coverage and preventing light stress. Accident Recovery: During the light adjustment, I initially tried securing the front-left plant with a rubber band. Concerned it might melt, I removed it, but in the process, the main stem got damaged. Thankfully, the plant is a fighter. The main cola is now growing sideways but remains fully healthy and strong. This unexpected twist has added some character to the tent, and the plant is bouncing back beautifully. Observations: Despite the challenges, all plants are thriving, with strong growth and healthy bud development. The sideways-growing cola on the front-left plant is a unique highlight, showing the resilience of the Donutz genetics. Next Steps: Keep monitoring airflow and light height to avoid any further issues. Continue with the nutrient schedule and reverse osmosis (RO) watering to maintain stability. Watch the trichomes closely as they continue to mature, signaling the start of the final phases of flower. The Florida Gang grind is real, and the Donutz are proving their worth week after week. This week is going great. Transplanted the ladies into their 7 gal pots, amended with Gaia Green. They are doing good after being transplanted.

Added Exhale c02 and top dressed in each pot with 1 tablespoon per gallon of growing medium my pots are 3.6. I added 3 tablespoons. It is my hopes that with adding the slow release dry amendments and once the c02 bag sarts growing my plants will finally grow. They are short but have 4 nodes at day 21. What is an exhale c02 bag? “The ExHale bag is a patented strain of mycelium that produces an abundance of CO2 without fruiting. This means that when our bag is activated, the mycelium grows, eating the substrate it comes with, giving off heaps of CO2 straight into your garden, and it does all this for 6 months - guaranteed!” At day 25 I am not impressed with the size of these girls? Hope they hit a growth spurt soon? Their internodes are stacked very nicely. At day 28 growth is very slow. Practically none existent since my top dressing at day 23. 2 plants have received a very minimal nutrient burn. As I do not have a soil ph tester? I will be watering with a ph of 6.0 rather than 6.5, hopefully that helps. ONWARD!

Parece que ha terminado de estirar. Practico una defoliación intensa para airear los futuros cogollos y dejar mas espacio en el cuarto de cultivo. Agrupo de nuevo las macetas en su lugar optimo para asi rellenar por completo la carpa @marshydro. Me quedé algo corto de nutrientes pero estoy muy contento con los resultados, cada vez le voy encontrando mas su punto optimo. Siempre es mejor quedarse corto que pasarse.
