Hey yall, Temps were high, but under control now. My girls were droopy despite having moist soil. After a good compost tea they bounced right back. Pistol hairs are showing, haven't grown this specific cultivar before so the bud structure is a but different than others I am familiar with. Let's see what she does moving forward. I am not a super fan of these genetics. Already have new seeds I am ready to start once these ladies are done. Over all the Strawberry Diesel from Beaver Seeds is not a noob grow, you need to have your grow dialed in. And really be careful with PM. I am keeping humidity as low as I cam while still maintaining a decent VPD. Challenges with this strain definitely turns me off. Looking forward to a new cultivar, already have some genetics from Michigan, those cats are really something else, they are hellbent on being better than the West coast. And they are in my humble opinion 😌 ☺️ Pure Michigan looks good, also Honey Sticks Genetics out of Maine is killing it, their Bananaconda 4 tested over 40% total cannabinoids. They want like 3k per cut, so that won't be my next, but looking forward to new genetics nonetheless. Anyways made some new ferments, remember to use equal parts organic sugar, Jaggery is best, that is the closest form of sugar to the sugar cane plant. Cover with paper towel, 2 to 3 days later let gravity give you all that juice, don't squeeze it to get more. Keep that juice in the fridge, that is your food. Then add water to the solids and keep at room temperature for 3 months to make a vinegar. That is your cleanser. Still only fed every other day, should've started feeding every day if not twice a day by now. Also regret not trimming up more this week, the lack of defoliation definitely hurt the size and yields of the buds. As a first time grower, it was confusing how the buds would form and how intense the defoliating was needed to be. Learned that doing a heavy stripping on Week 3 of flower is ideal for chunkier nugs. These emerging flowers were super refreshing to see at the time.

This week was huge. They drank down like 40L of water this week. They have been upping PH all week, I am at the point where I need to check it daily to keep it in range. I also began significant LST training on these plants this week. I used an entire pack of LST clips, which work awesome, but i need more than 5 per plant (Pack of 30). I hurt a few of them when bending them this week, but they recovered so fast, I had a hard time tell the next day which branch i had broken. I upped the Silicate they were getting, and it made a difference. They were soft and bendy..to the point just bending a stem was enough to keep it in place, now they are firm enough to require clips. I removed about 30% of foliage per plant, it was more than I wanted to, but it was legit necessary. These guys are 💥💥boomin,💥💥 I can't believe they are only 5 weeks old. I had grown a batch of 4 seeds (of the same strain) in a soil configuration, and they grew for about 16 weeks and were about this size at week 10. Finishing up. Buds are ripening, smells are loud. Ready to chop next week or 2 is my guess. Just water from here on out though Day 61- heavy fade and leaf curl on pbb1. Pbb2 showing a little fade and some brown spots. Pbb3 is yet to show any fade. CCis fading purple this time and looking and smelling the best. Stems just now starting to lean over on her. They all got 1 liter yesterday after 2 days. And a liter today got another liter, maybe the last water til harvest. Light at 60%.

Day: 9 I'm considering replacing a cpl of these with different seeds. They are already behind schedule-1 OG Kush and the Gorilla Girl. Any tips varigation on leaves? I just gave them there first feeding of Big Buds and Blooms (N5) after the 24 hour Superthrive wait period. Both Superthrive and NPPK were used at 1/4th the strength called for on the lable. Nighty Night girls. Going to bed wet is not ideal but they needed a full watering bad..hoping I didn't over water (purified water) Some of the soil just does not seem to get wet in these pots. weak leggy blackberry kush has some wind tonite. Hoping to boost stem strength. they are trying to fall over from the weight. Day 10: made little stakes from coated wire. Repositioned the Gorilla Girl for a third time. You can see that part of the stem looks white from being underground. Still gonna give it a little more time. Otherwise, all are seemingly fine after first feeding. Day 11: applied SuperThrive and my Gorilla Girl turned yellow for a few hours. Glad she is resilient!!! Day 12 thru 20. So my PH meter was wrong and I have been watering with 9+ water for the first 2 weeks. i had 2 ph meters in case this happened but one is for soil...new grower mistake. So...I've lost precious time on my aotos and my gorilla girl is ...lord help meh..she don't look too good. All are alive in spite of my noobness. I'll post some pics that should have a disclaimer stating this is not what your plants should look like at 20 days in. Also had to transplant into non-waxlined pots. This is not the best experience to show publicly but new growers can maybe learn from my mistakes.

Okkkkkkkay, i fucked up a little over the past weeks but sometimes keeping everything together is hard. But I managed to fix her, fresh water change, new nutrients and new Training so she can spread a little wider and also gave her a little trim. So pH is 5.5-5.8 DLI is at 30. i wanted to turn it down a little because she was looking really sad. but she is finally recovering, new growth is a nice green color. Having her this long in veg is really weird haha

Just doing its thing. Ive topped the main stem twice and 1st nodes once. Showing asymmetrical signs which il have to adjust to. The plan is to allow a decent veg, im not in a hurry. Also want to play with some grafting, wont learn if i dont try. Cheers fellas, enjoy
