So this week I defoliated a bit more, now you can clearly see that they look better and there's more light going through especially in the middle of each plant. I had a little deficiency of K with one plant of Blue widow but I started to give the right amount of BioFlores after the transition from Veg. phase. The Blue widow ones are apparently going faster than Royal medic, (Royal medic plants are in the front on the sides, only 2 out of 5 plants). Overall I experiencing the variations' genes of each seed and I can clearly see that some plants go well than others and the importance of a "Mother plant" for consistency but unfortunately I cannot afford, right now, another grow room for this scope. My first attempt of growing with my own DIY setup. Specs : - PC box 19x42x43cm (after a few weeks I changed it with a bigger carton box) - 4 x Bridgelux Vero 10, 3000K, 9.1 Watts, 80 CRI, 270mA, 143Lm/W - Mean Well HLG-60H-C350B 70W LED driver - 100k Linear Potentiometer for dimming lights - Aluminum profile 30x7cm for mounting LEDs - ESP32 Dev Board - DHT22 temperature & humidity sensor - 2 x Noctua-NF-S12A for ventilation with PWM control by microcontroller - 3lt pot - Blynk IoT app for remote control Started germination of 1 feminized Northern Lights seed from SensiSeeds using paper towel method. Sprayed with some water and store it in small plastic food container. Seed popped after 24 hours and after 48 it was ready for pot. Unfortunately didn't take any photos of the process.

Today I am closing 6th week of blooming and starting 7th week Day 83 I'm watering with 5 liters and I removed Bud Factor X and added Overdrive👌 Following HombreCZ advice, I reduced all nutrients for 50% except Vitamax. Děkuju😇

Die Pflanzen haben sich in der 2. Woche gut entwickelt und sind auf eine Höhe von 10-16cm gewachsen. Beim Öffnen des Zeltes kann man schon einen leichten Duft wahrnehmen.

This girl has got some absolutely beautiful leaves. They have a dark tinge to them, that I don't know if it shows through on the pictures, but it is very cool. I think I may have too many buds for the size of my grow space but I can't decide which to trim or if I'm just overthinking things. Ill leave her for now and just tuck away leaves as the bud sites start to develop and then later trim any, if there are any of course, that may not have time or space to grow....... so for now I'll leave her to decide. she looks indica dominant (I've not checked) which suits me, I'm a fan of indica in a growing sense for my space, but means she will be a thirsty girl in my experience, compared to the sativa dominants. You can see in the photos that she has started to take square shape for her canopy space. I was once worried about her leaves touching the £1 emergency blanket I use as light reflection in the grow cupboard but has never been an issue its way too thin to hold anyway near enough heat to ever be an issue so the shaping also come somewhat naturally. shes under a selection of home standard LED bulbs around 10w, random blasts of UVB from a reptile light (I think helps growing with a slight slowing of the auto influence. My own thoughts from previous experiments only.) the other lights remain on 24 hours with a few 5 min breaks in the timer to cool the bulbs down a touch. I of course talk to her/them on a regular basis which has some scientific backing somewhere showing benefit for both of us.

Apologies for not updating last week, I have just been really busy! These last couple of weeks have been great - her growth is coming along very well. There are no signs of any deficiencies as of yet, what is your opinion! In regards to defoliating and lollipopping - what growth would you suggest I get rid off?

And thats why I hate this stage 😂😂😂... Is torture wait for taste this beauty's, the northern lights are surprising me, they are slowly but huge strains.

Found some seeds on a BC...seems some male organs evolved to ripeness....let's see how many plants will have seeds... One of the watering tubes was clogged..the plant (PC) didn't get water the full week :( i hope it will recover.. Will start to reduce the feeding now... Trichomes started to get milky 1 week to go...

AlienZ Automatic - Greenhouse Seed Co. Day 75 - watered with 2L of RO tap water, mixed with the defined nutrients in order and then pH'd to 6.3. She's not bulking as much as I had hoped, so I've increased the Bio Heaven and Acti-Vera to boost her metabolism a bit 👌🏻 She's quite bushy, so I've removed a few fan leaves with a goal to improve light penetration and airflow 👍🏻 She's getting close to harvest now, so probably from next week I will start to reduce the nutrients in her feed, but for now I'm just going to let her grow 💪🏻

Quebec Blast is doing well. She is showing first signs of flowering a week into light change. I adjusted nutrition more to her current demands, with a solution change today. Everything is going well, I don't expect a lot of stretching. I could be wrong. I am growing her under a Spider Farmer SE5000 light at 70 percent. She is in New Level Hydro 5 gallon bucket. Sooo I added a scrog net a few days ago to get the branches more outward beacuse they were growing way to bushy. Seems to be a good solution! Did a nother update for this week because of the trichome beauty that they have. They both smell really really fruity and somewhat gassy, if you ever grew a Cherry Cola from FastBuds and you loved the smell then this strain is specially for you. The smell reminds me so hard of the Cherry Cola and I fcking love it
