🌱 Skywalker OG — Week 6 From Seed 12/12 From Seed · Transition Into Flower ⸻ 🔁 Quick Recap — From Seed to Now Skywalker OG has been grown 12/12 from seed from day one. No veg phase, no forced speed — just letting the plant express itself naturally while guiding structure gently. From early life, our approach has been: • Leaf bending instead of topping • Minimal stress, frequent observation • No rush — letting the plant tell us when it’s ready Up until now, all work has focused on: • Building a strong, open frame • Keeping internodes exposed to light • Preparing the plant for flower without shocking it Week 6 from seed marks an important moment: 👉 The transition into flower structure, even if pistils are only just starting to show. This week is less about growth speed — and more about setting the stage. ⸻ ✂️ Canopy Work & Plant Training (This Week) This week we went a little harder than usual, on purpose. What We Did • Continued leaf bending, but with more intention • Light lollipopping of the lower, shaded growth • Selective defoliation (not a strip-down, not a clean shave) • Introduced plastic clamps to guide branches outward Why We Did It Leaf removal • Improves airflow inside the plant • Reduces humidity pockets • Helps light reach meaningful flower sites • Removes leaves that were blocking, not contributing Lollipopping (light) • Cleans up growth that would never reach the canopy • Helps the plant redirect energy upward • Makes future watering and airflow cleaner Clamps & bending • Opens the plant instead of stacking it • Creates multiple dominant tops • Avoids cutting or topping stress • Allows gradual correction instead of forcing angles We don’t see this as “defoliation” in the aggressive sense. We see it as guidance and clarification. Nothing here is done in one session or out of frustration. Everything is done slowly, plant by plant, read by feel. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Update • Day temperature: ~28°C (successfully raised) • Humidity: ~65% • PPFD: ~600–850 (based on plant height and position) • CO₂: ~900 ppm As outside temperatures remain cooler, the room itself has naturally become its own heat source: • More plant mass • Higher light intensity • Under-canopy lighting added This allowed us to stabilize the environment without forcing heaters or extremes, which is exactly how we like to work. Airflow • Vortex extraction • Cross-winds with multiple fans • Constant, gentle movement across the canopy No leaf flutter chaos — just steady motion. ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Nutrition Strategy This week marks a clear nutritional transition. • EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 (transitioning to 6.0+ from now on) From this point forward: 👉 All feedings will be pH 6.0 and above Why Higher pH Now? As plants enter flowering, their nutrient priorities shift. A slightly higher pH improves availability of key elements needed for: • Flower initiation • Structural development • Energy transfer Nutrient Changes • ✅ Introduced: Terra Bloom — 5 ml/L • ❌ Removed: Terra Grow Simple, clean transition — no stacking, no panic feeding. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect Next Week Expect: • Stretch continuation • Tops adjusting to new light exposure • Faster response at exposed nodes • More visible flower initiation Do NOT expect: • Immediate bud stacking • Explosive flower size • Perfect symmetry overnight This week is about positioning, not payoff. Girls are getting to starting to have a smell not too strong

Just been flushing her these past 12 days, and she is starting to fade, so I'm harvesting her this weekend. Gonna try bud washing her as well, I'm excited to see if it has any effect on the quality of the smoke.

she has a 10% amber has a pine smell. earth ... a nice smell .... with many milky trichomes most of them ... so I'll give you both 1 or 2 weeks for your process ... just wait... pak 2 apparently the other one was hermaphrodite .. only 3 branches were.seeded and they gave me seeds ...

Knocked out lot's of friends ;) my favorite strain...easy to grow!!! She took high EC levels...heavy smell :PPP very very heavy :P

An Tag 50 sieht die Tropicana Cookies schon fast "erntereif" aus. Sie bekommt noch locker eine bis zwei Wochen, aber nach 50 Tagen vom Samen bis in diesen Zustand zu kommen ist für mich beeindruckend. Das ist wirklich schnell 💪 Die anderen beiden trödeln so vor sich hin, die eine blass, die andere klein, aber sie machen ihren Job. Vielleicht lässt die Tropicana die anderen beiden aufgrund ihrer Geschwindigkeit auch einfach nur etwas langsam aussehen. Wenn die also noch abliefern, hätte ich nichts dagegen 😅 An Tag 53 sieht alles soweit gut aus. Die Tropicana Cookies scheint schon langsam ihrem Ende entgegen zu gehen. Verdammt schnell würde ich sagen. Ich gebe ihr aber noch ein paar Tage, auch wenn ich den Platz den anderen beiden gönnen würde und später auch werde. Die Mimosa hat sich eingegrooved und man hat endlich das Gefühl Fortschritt zu sehen. Sie bekommt überall schöne, weiße Igel. Die MAC#1 ist scheinbar ein wenig lichtempfindlich. Ich hab versuchsweise den EC bis 4,0 hochgedrückt, aber sie bekommt die Farbe nicht zurück, solange ich ihr über 700 µmol/s/m² an Licht gebe. Gestern hab ich das Licht ein wenig reduziert und ich habe das Gefühl, dass sie wieder mehr Druck in den Blättern aufbaut. Leider bekam die Mimosa dadurch nur noch 580 µmol/s/m², also habe ich die vordere Lampe seitlich gehangen. So konnte ich genug Licht rein bekommen, da der seitliche Unterschied zur Tropicana Cookies bei Weitem nicht so groß ist, wie der Höhenunterschied.

06/04/26 - 12/04/26: I've flipped them to 12/12 4 days ago but will still consider this week as vegetative growth. But stretch should start soon. Did some minor defoliation and LST prior to flipping them. This time I'll probably be using a SCROG net for the entire length of the tent rather than one for each container. I think I'll get a more even canopy this way :) Messed up my VPD when changing tents an they've been running at 1.6 for roughly 12hrs. Do-Si-Dos is showing some signs of Mg deficiency which I think was caused by the VPD being to high. She seems happy now but leaves will remain damaged. Discovered some larvae in the tanks, probably fungus gnats so I've added some BTI to the water. Don't want them to repopulate. Thanks for dropping by and see you next week 🌱

End of week 22: Overal it was a good run with the Shamans from @DutchPassion_Official . Didn't had mayor problems besides having to harvest them earlyer. I really wanted to flower them another 2 weeks but the weather/climate didn't allow me to. Still the buds came out decent as you can see for an early harvest. I will cure those buds for some time in my pots before they get smoked and will update how much weight I got out of the two plants. As you can see I made the bigger buds smaller. There is no use for me to keep big buds for showing off. Big buds just have big long stems in it, harder to dry and to fill your cure pots with.

Hasta aquí veis que llevan buen progreso y el color que se marcan es espectacular. Vamos al lío, el ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 22/24 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. I absolutely love to watch them grow! Especially that moment they hit their first growth spurt. I started with RO water that is remineralized for drinking purposes. The ppm is only 18! My tap is 156! So considering they don’t need much water, I’ve been stealing some of our drinking water. The RO water starts at pH of 7. After I add the nutrients, ppm of 249 @ pH of 5.8 while soil is still sweet @ pH of 7 I think my days are off as a new week begins on the last day of the previous week. I am going to leave that for consistency. 04/21 - Noticing some possible nutrient issues with the Fruity Pebbles for several days now. Going to see what she needs. Up front I’m thinking maybe just a super small amount of Amino Acids with a little Epsom Salt. Maybe she is struggling to access the nitrates from the neem cake. IF it’s a issues with nitrogen. We will see. Maybe she would benefit from some extra calcium?… Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Day 22 and I am noticing how these girls have been burning up a lot of potassium lately, dealing with the wind and sun 💨 ☀️, getting pushed around all day. I plant to top dress with some Kelp Meal pretty soon. Day 24 -> 4/22/22- a quote from the weather on today’s red flag warning and dust storm warning. “ HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Satellite imagery. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.” I’m keeping the girls inside today. Day 26, I was planning to check the runoff on some of these girls, especially the fruity pebbles, however I messed that up as I also top dressed WAY too much of the seaweed bliss. So I flushed with plain RO water at pH of 7 until there was only slight coloration in the runoff. I didn’t check the runoff as a lot has changed with all that flushing. So next watering/feeding I will make sure I check the runoff on multiple plants. So the seaweed bliss with its 17 on potassium, seems to be the most likely culprit for why there is a bronze-ish color on the inside of the new growth. Hopefully a foliar feed of Epsom salts can correct the problem. Inside tent, lights on LOW. Noticing similar pattern in all of them to a degree, most noticeable in the fruity pebbles.

Finaler Grow-Report – Lemon Cherry Gelato Mein erster legaler Grow mit Lemon Cherry Gelato von Barney’s Farm ist fast abgeschlossen – das Curing läuft noch, aber es ist Zeit für ein Fazit zum Anbau! Setup & Bedingungen: Ich habe in einer Spider Farmer 90x90x180 cm Growbox unter der Spider Farmer SF-G3000 (300W LED) angebaut. Als Medium kam BioBizz Light-Mix zum Einsatz, gedüngt wurde mineralisch mit Advanced Nutrients (Grow, Bloom, Micro). Um das volle Potenzial der Pflanzen auszuschöpfen, setzte ich auf Low-Stress-Training (LST) und ein ScrOG-Netz zur optimalen Lichtverteilung. Keimung & Wachstum: Die Keimung verlief problemlos – 4 von 5 Samen sind innerhalb von zwei Tagen aufgegangen. Während der Vegetationsphase entwickelten sich die Pflanzen kräftig und reagierten gut auf das Training. Die ScrOG-Methode half, ein gleichmäßiges Wachstum und eine bessere Lichtnutzung zu erzielen. Blüte & Ernte: Nach etwa 6 Wochen Vegetation leitete ich die Blütephase ein. Die Pflanzen zeigten eine starke Harzproduktion und eine beeindruckende Farbgebung mit einer Mischung aus dunklen Grüntönen, lila Highlights und frostigen Trichomen. Das Aroma war von Anfang an fruchtig und zitronig, mit phänotypischen Unterschieden in der Intensität. Die Ernte fiel mit 300-350 g trockenen Blüten sehr zufriedenstellend aus – für meinen ersten legalen Grow ein starkes Ergebnis. Curing (still in run ): Aktuell lagern die Blüten in 24 Mason Jars (16oz) und einem 2L-CVault, um das Aroma weiter zu entwickeln. Derzeit dominiert eine zitronige Note, während die erhofften Kirsch-Terpene langsam stärker hervortreten. Mein Ziel ist es, die Haze-Noten möglichst gering zu halten und das volle fruchtige Profil herauszuarbeiten – der Prozess ist also noch nicht abgeschlossen. Fazit: Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Grow – die Kombination aus hochwertiger Genetik, gutem Training und präziser Nährstoffversorgung hat sich definitiv ausgezahlt. Die Buds sind harzig, aromatisch und vielversprechend, und ich bin gespannt, wie sich das Curing weiterentwickelt. Der nächste Schritt ist, das perfekte Terpenprofil zu treffen – und das Curing geduldig zu optimieren.
