Bonus material- my cannabutter pics. No smoke report for a while but I can give you an edibles report in a few hours 😂 Plant #1 suffered gravely and thus was harvested early, dried, and turned into beaaautiful butter/edibles hehe. The rest of it is box drying and I'll be doing the same with that. The top of the plant (first harvest of sorts, after bud rot discovered) was 49g dry, not inc ofc what was binned. I'll let you know the dry weight of the rest but no point giving you a smoke report. She was cut early and suffered a looooot The purple lemonade began as the underdog and quickly took over as my #1 babe. It was far more resilient to environmental conditions and changes- and let's not forget that they went through a hurricane with me and power out for a few days! I don't find her strong on the nose at all despite how big some of her buds are, and how frosty. Very piney, and that dominates everything else. Very excited to see what terps come out more in the cure though- I hear great things about this strain. She was cut today and is hanging in a dark closet with small fan, RH 65% and temp 22c. I did not take a wet weight, but she's heavy. Super looking forward to smoking this one, after a few more weeks of TLC... Sigh. Always we try to wait haha. I will report back when I have more for you all. Thanks to everyone that answered my questions and supported me through my first grow. I've definitely got the bug now and there'll be no stopping me haha Will be back with smoke report and dry weights laterrr 🇨🇦 --- Nov 12 - Plant dried for 6 days. It is a lot airier than I thought it was going to be, so most of it ended up as shake for edibles or something. I ended up with 38g of big bud, 33 of smaller, and over 40g of larf and shake. Even the big buds are airy though, not dense at all. A little disappointing for sure, but I made a lot of mistakes so it isn't a surprise. It is now in jars with humidity packs and I'll report back in a couple of weeks or so with a smoke report :)

Things are looking great. Now that it's September I thought I should really get that tomato roof up. But.... My idea of using stuff I already had didn't work out. So it looks like I'm headed to Lowe's on Wednesday! Barneys says 3rd or 4th week of this month, same as Critical Cure, but Cure is going to be ready much sooner (a week, maybe 2) than this Caramel, which makes sense since the Caramel is about 70% Indica vs the Cure being about 80% Indica.

Day 22: Honestly didn't think I would have made it this far. The girls are looking great minus a couple of issues. I have over watered them and over fed too! Not to mention trying to LST too early. I will wait a bit longer before watering this time. Day 23: MORNING - They were super dry. I have been over watering a bit so I watered maybe 1/2 gallon for all 6. I also did some more LST and took 1 large fan leaf off of each plant. I will update again before lights out. Day 23: NIGHT - The girls are responding very well to the LST. I don't think they are liking the 80°. I am starting to have issues with lower humidity again. I need to try and figure some sort of ducting out or possibly even get a small AC unit for the grow room. Day 24: MORNING - I removed a couple more leaves that were covering potential bud sites. I have also done a partial main-line on the smallest girl. It looks to be already showing pistols. I've had to open the tent with a big fan blowing directly in with the humidifier behind it. The girls were getting hot and dry. Day 24: NIGHT - Well 5 are showing to be female. The biggest plant is showing no signs of sex. I am guessing it will be the mystery seed. I will be doing no more LST to these ladies for at least a week or better. I think I have stressed them out enough the past 2 days. Day 25: These girls are very resilient!! I tortured them all weekend and the one I nopped off to do a sort of mainline grew by 20% at least. Day 26: It is the official 3 week mark today and the girls are starting to flower. I tied em down to get light to all bud sights. I will 100% not touch them unless they need it from this point!!!! They are soo small and I need not stunt them any more!! I have removed the Mystery Seed as it looks to be a male and I do not want to take the chance!! Also fed and watered today. Only 200 ppm for the feed. Day 27: Nothing new to report. These girls are gonna be tiny :| I must've stressed em too much too soon :( Looking good though I think! 💪 Day 28: I never do what I say. Dumb! Broke main stem on one of the best plants. Taking it as a lessons learned. It's been two hours and she looks SICK! Oh well.

The tent is now set. All plants are transplanted into 11L plastic pots with 75-25% biobizz light and heavy mix, bat guano and mycorrhiza. We added co2 boost ( Boost buddy bag) and carbon filter on the vent system. We will try to provide more details regarding the ventilation system inside the tent within the next weeks.

Hello everyone. We started growing. ROYAL QUEEN SEEDS-Blue Gelato has been delighting us since the first days.

***Sponsored Grow*** = Medic || https://medicgrow.com || Grow = ***Sponsored Grow*** Ok, so bigger news this week, I got rid of one of the plants in the tent as it was an auto vs fast flower :/ and I performed a bunch of LST and some Defoliation to all the plants. This plant did not need a lot of defoliation if any at all. I just trimmed some of the lower nodes off as they would not get all that much light once it started to stretch and tied back some of its branches so it was a bit more even. The growth pattern on this plant vs the others in the tent this aorund is completely different. its so floppy and bendy, I have a feeling I am going to need to break a lot of branches come flower time to keep it from sky rocketing to the top of the tent. This will be the last week they are in Veg and switching to flower cycle next week with a 12/12 photoperiod. I was going to try a 13/11 but I wanted to test out the automatic light functions on the Medic Grows Minisun-2, So this will be relieved next week. Been having issues with PH in the medium again and some nutrient uptake. I am thinking I will switch to another brand I have to use up, trip tonic from my last grow on the balcony. Its a bit more complex and not as easy as mix into water and feed but I think its going to help me solve a lot of the issues I am getting. Given this update is a few days late some of these pics are not from today. the clones in the photos above are from the beginning of the week when I potted them up. They have not done well at all and may not make it. can only hope for the next few weeks they pull through. Growing really well, still think this one will be my heaviest yielding! She’s covered in a thick resin and continues to push pistils out, this one may have the density I’ve been trying to get. I think I’ve finally figured this strain out, looking forward to the bud off this girl. The bud that was pollinated is beginning to yellow, I will likely go ahead and snip that off towards the end of the week when the seed pods begin to open but before the seeds actually drop. Some of the other plants that had buds that were pollinated have already been harvested for the seeds. I left the remainder of the plants to finish up.
