Jun 10: Watered less than half gallon of Ph 6.7 water. Jun 12: That watering really gave a growth spurt! Bumping the humidity up to a max of 81% til early flower. Jun 13: Plant is tall enough to tie down the main stem to the side. Once the other stems get longer, I'll tie them down to the rim of the bucket as well, to maximize light exposure. Jun 15: Buckets are getting lighter, but the soil is moist, meaning my humidity was too high. That lead to some mold and algae that I will treat with spray Neem oil. Smells terrible, but should do the trick. Lowering humidity to 65% for a bit, then will probably get closer to 75% over the next few days. Decided to top, since the plant is getting big enough to support it!

We started the 8th week of flowering, the time of harvest is approaching, this last week we will use flawless finish to clean the plants of nutrients before cutting them. Possibly a week of flowering extra would be good, but in this case I will cut them after 8 weeks. We have had two heat waves inside the past two weeks, outside temps were around 40C and the room got too hot even with my aircon on. Resulted in some yellowing leaves in the center directly under the light. Despite the heat the buds have fattened up but they are still not very solid. So I have put her on straight H20 and I'm checking for amber trichs, then she will be harvested. Before my next bean goes in I'm going to try to get a bit more room by moving a wall. I need to get more cool air going in and it's cheaper than a new exhaust fan at this stage. Only thing now is to choose what Mephisto plant to plant next: Hubbabbuba Toof decay or White crack What do you think should be my first Mephisto grow?

Defoliation week. Cleaned up under the canopy, and clipped the subpar Bud sites under the canopy. Foliar spray in use until end of week 4. Started to drop the temp to simulate changing of the seasons. 70*f during lights on, about 63*f lights out. Start of the week had an issue with the tent. After watering, the tent humidity went up to 90%. I have my Humidifier set to keep VPD between .8 and 1.2 and the system was trying to balance out between temp and humidity. Got cold one night. 3 days into this week and I haven't watered since last week. Soil still has plenty of water in it.

Day 7-9: Had a good environment overall, although the light was probably much too high. I didn't realise until quite late that it should have been 60cm above the seedling, and I had it around 120cm at first, and then 80cm. As a result the stem is a bit stringy. Day 9: I lowered the light to 60cm above the plant, and it won't go any lower. the recommended for this light is 30cm above the canopy, according to this very useful article: https://www.growweedeasy.com/how-far-grow-lights, but it's still in seedling stage and I'm guessing the plant will grow up a bit more, and I can always lower a little bit more. Also it's pretty damn hot, so I don't want to overdo it on the lights. I've been keeping the water consistent and just topped up a little on recommended nutrients (more grow, a little micro, adding a little bloom as it comes closer to flowering). The reason for this is because I want to maintain the consistency of environment and monitor the plant for any signs of unwellness. Because Sativas are sensitive to nutrient burn, I'm being conservative in this respect. The temperature with the light lowered is a steady 26 C, and I'm maintaining the humidity at around 70%. This is pretty good for this strain, as a sativa it likes higher temps and humidity. The water pH is around 5.9, also desirable. I've also been wondering if the plant is getting enough CO2. Is it necessary to buy a measurement device and some CO2 bags? Overall the plant seems very happy and is looking healthy. Day 10: cleaned the inside, added more grow, added more clay pellets since she looks a bit thin and stalky and needs extra support, and there were not many pellets present. Light distance is currently around 60cm. Though it won't go any lower with the straps, I will look at lowering it more with some extra rope as the ideal height will eventually be 30cm for this 250W HPS light. Added more Ph buffer yesterday evening and we're currently sitting around 5.7 ph. I was aiming for 5.8 but this is still acceptable. Temperature is around 25 - 26 C, humidity is around 70%, though I will begin lowering this as she grows. I will probably replace the water sometime this week. Upon further investigation I realised that my water levels were too high, and were possibly suffocating the stem. I reduced water levels by a few cm since I had previously been topping up without realising possible damage. I feel like today is the day that this seedling is finally becoming a plant. She has grown some long roots already. Day 11: I further lowered the light to around 40cm using some extra string. It's not super ideal, but for now it's ok. The plant was falling over it's own weight so I added some extra pellets around it for support and it seems to work. I'm hoping she won't stretch as much now that the light is lowered. The inside fan is still on and on full power to build up extra stem strength and keep temperature down. I'm attempting to keep humidity around 60%, a little lower than before. The temperature is significantly higher with the light lowered, easily maintained by periodically opening the door and leaving in cool air from outside which runs just past the intake fan. I'm slightly concerned about the Monstera Deliciosa plant which is sitting just opposite and above the intake fan. Would this have any effects, positive or negative, on the grow? Google is coming back blank on this.

She's been struggling. She's too big for the clone chamber at this point. I had to transplant her and put her in the bigger tent which is the flower tent. She's kinda diminutive and had a few chops here and there that make her a little rough. Anyways she's in a 1 gallon pot now and is in the flower tent. She should get some good lighting for the last half of flower.

- harvest was today on day 58, she is the fastest yet bigest auto i grew so far - now drying in my drytent with the carbon filter on - as usual harvest report will be up in 10-14 days when everything is dry and trimmed so stay tuned

10/15 Same stuff, just keeping it stable is all I'm trying to do. Update 10/18 - Heat was ridiculous this week, had to turn one or more light features off, for example, turned off the HPS -AND- the LED circuit on the Phlizon on the hottest day because inside the tent it was like 91 degrees F. Yeah it may not be the perfect environment, but look at the growth from the 15th til today. Major flowering happening, unless I am tripping. I see a lot more healthy growth now, which in my opinion means the transplant idea was SO WORTH IT. I see a lot of crystals forming now and the tops the leaves are turning more white that I could hav imagined -- with two more weeks at least to go, I think I may have some bomb flowers if I dont fuck anything up. Northern light to the left in video has more to go and is not as far along as the Vanilla Frosting. 10/20 Added some new nutes for the last two weeks of flower, bubbling like a madman wanting this grow to finish. White Widow (three plants outdoors) will probably finish in the tent, its just really in stasis but it is getting some frosting of its own. BTW when I smelled the flowers yesterday I was blown away by how awesome they smell, like seriously boutique top shelf aromas going on, this is my first grow indoors and really the first time I have been able to give the attention and care these babies need. I have learned SO much. Especially about stuff I was clueless about before. Like which lights are good. What tent size to get. Ph, nutes, watering, relative humidity, cloning... all new stuff. I have become a better gardener as a result and my 200 sq ft community garden plot is doing way better and I expect next year to be bonkers because I really get the whole ecosystem thing now and how mycorrhizae helps everything. week 5 of flower and she has started to show some frosty, frosty, diameter of buds is growing nicely. under canopy seems to be developing nicely as well. Light is penetrating into the lower canopy thanks to the intensity and far red capabilities of this awesome light from Meijiu.

Hello fellow growers, I harvested my plant on Day 68 of the flowering stage. The buds are now hung up and drying in an environment with a relative humidity (RH) of 55-60% and temperatures ranging from 18°C to 21°C, I've set up two fans to keep the air moving gently around the drying space. Today marks Day 6 of drying, and I'm aiming for a nice, slow dry to preserve the quality of the buds, followed by a dry trim. Reflecting on this grow, I can see areas where I could have improved, but considering it's my first time, I believe I've done a commendable job. There are quite a few larfy buds underneath, but the top buds, which were closest to the light, turned out great. I initially thought I had nailed the training techniques, but as soon as I flipped her into the flowering stage, she got out of control. This experience has taught me the importance of being even more disciplined with my training methods in future grows. Overall, I'm thrilled with the outcome and have learned valuable lessons for my next run. Can't wait to see how these buds turn out after curing! This girl is really starting to thicken up! She smells so damn good!!! The buds have loads of trichomes. The buds almost look as good as ones grown indoor. 🤞 the weather stays nice. Although I built her a shelter that I can put poly over 😏 😎🍿

This week has been quite eventful in terms of growth and maintenance. The plants have doubled in size, which is a great sign that they are responding well to the current conditions. The increase in light intensity and the regular feeding schedule seem to be paying off, as the plants are now much larger and healthier. I also conducted the first defoliation this week. I’m aiming to use techniques like defoliation only once a week, to give the plants enough time to recover and avoid unnecessary stress. The defoliation was carefully done to improve airflow and light penetration to the lower parts of the plants, ensuring that the energy is focused on the areas that need it most. The plants have shown resilience so far, and I’m optimistic about how they’ll bounce back after this session. I'm continuing to closely monitor all plants, especially after such significant growth, to ensure that they are responding well to the defoliation and training from last week. Looking forward to seeing how they progress over the next week as they recover and continue to grow!

We’re deep into Week 8, and Blue Banana Cream is stacking up beautifully. Trichomes are looking frosty, covering the buds in a thick, sticky layer—definitely a strain that’s going to shine post-cure. The aroma has intensified compared to earlier weeks, now pushing out a stronger creamy, fruity scent with a slight gas undertone. Every time I open the tent, it hits harder. The buds are swelling up nicely, transitioning from airy to more mid-compact density. Pistils are still mostly white, meaning it’s got a bit more time before it fully ripens. One thing I’ve noticed—the branches are starting to lean from the weight, so some light support might be needed to prevent them from bending too much in the final stretch. I’m keeping temps at 18-20°C and humidity around 55-60% to ensure a proper finish. With harvest around the corner, it’s just about watching those trichomes shift from clear to cloudy/amber and letting this one reach its peak.

Top quality strain from one of Amsterdam’s most reputable seed banks, I was lucky enough to actually visit the physical store back in 2019 and acquired the seeds myself which added to the joy of the whole grow! 💚

She is really packing on the weight. She smells strong like gas and cookie. I can also see hints of purple starting to come out. She is now getting a big dose of koolbloom as well as a co2 supplement thanks to TnB Naturals.
