📆 Week 6, 26 May - 1 June 2024 26-31 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 1 Jun - Did a light defoliation of plant (see picture) to allow light to reach all bud sites. 📑 This is her first week of true flower and she is still stretching some. Her size has doubled and as is now into more intense lighting, the canopy coverage reads at 40 DLI. It looks like the light power will need to only stay at 50% in this small tent. The new light is proving itself well so far, more light without added heat, no complaints - except for the dimmer switch. I had to skip a couple of weeks, as it was a bit hectic for me, but here is my next update. I started flushing them this week, and they will be harvested soon. I think there will be one last update before the harvest.

Today is the start of GC's 4th week. I started tying her down...evening up the canopy a little bit. I usually get rid of the 1st and/or 2nd node, but hers are long enough I went ahead and kept them. Her canopy really opened up nicely, and everything is pulled down pretty evenly. She is going to be really nice. I haven't introduced any nutes except what is in the FFOF soil. I will start with a small feeding in the next week or so depending on what she tells me. So far I. Super impressed with 420 Fast Buds!!!!

When attempting to bend the main cola on the Gorilla with plastic clips (never again), it snapped and hung on just the tiniest thread, so I involuntarily had to remove it completely, thus topping it, which I never intended. The plant does not seem to mind at all and the side branches started lifting up as if trying to take over and compensate. So far, Northern Light is the biggest mystery for me - the leaves look strange and it has the slowest growth of all. Even the Purolematic, which started last and was the smallest turned out to grow bigger. I also added 2 fans to help circulate the air inside.

Well, I've been comparing this with similar strains, untill now, i think she sugar kush is less profitable when using LST, but it works good, and the plant is nice and low

Nuevo cultivo, volví a plantar Jamaican Dream, está vez solo se hará LST y defoliación, nada de apical(Main Lining). Se ha aprendido de errores y atrasos del cultivo anterior, esperando no cometerlos en este cultivo. Para este cultivo de usarán los nutrientes de la línea Grotek(mega pack), además de micorrizas great white. Las semillas germinaron al tercer día de plantadas en el sustrato, al igual que el cultivo anterior. Esperaré a que crezcan hasta unos 3 nodos para hacer transplante a maceteros definitivos de 18 litros. Germ2, han estirado suficiente para remover el plástico, se regaron con agua de osmosis con CalMag a 0.6 EC y pH 6.5, se espolvoreó great white en el sustrato. Se instalo un humidificador en el indoor y se bajó a un 70-80% la potencia del LED. Germ3, se mantienen en 80% de humedad a 23 grados, se humedece el sustrato. Germ6, están creciendo al ritmo esperado, se humedeció el sustrato, los parámetros están correctos. Germ8, primer riego con Vitamax Pro y SoloTek Grow de Grotek, 0.8 EC, y un poco de great white en polvo al sustrato. Creciendo bien.

Día 13 (06/05) Nos acercamos al final de la fase plántula. A ver si ahora empiezan a crecer de forma explosiva! Mañana haré un riego de nuevo Día 16 (09/05) Relleno el top con sustrato para compensar la compactación y dar mas soporte a las plantas Riego con 300 ml solo H20 - pH 6,2 Día 17 (10/05) Baño de sol de dos horas. Decided to chop her as there was some crazy foxtailing and I wanted her to be dry and have had a few days cure so I can try it on Christmas day. Well that's the plan anyway .😜 She weighed in at 630g wet but that's arbitrary as that's all the stems also. The buds are all dense and very fragrant. Thick trichomes that left the cutters thick in resin after the wet trim.. They are hanging now at 16c and 49%. Back later to report on them..

Pulled 48hrs of dark week 12-13 .. 1 plant might of even touched into week 14. Learned many things. Happy with results.

As i said "Week 1 of veg was a tough one. In the middle of updating my grow tent gear, i stumbled upon hardship with the young ladies. The first days was with my old LED light, and when i switched to the new light, they suffered from light burn and high temps adjusting it. They are looking crusty, but we will get through it." Welcome to week 2... Recovery week. 👉5/9 Recovery... Adjusting a tight humidity level control. 👉6/9 At this point im just praying, but prepared for the worst. 👉7/9 Showing a bit of hope. 👉8/9 showing major improvements 👉9/9 showing sign of recovery. 👉10/9 3 plants still stunned 👉11/9 Still feel like im at a plant hospital I have only been feeding ph 6.3 water, with no nutrition. Monitering moisture level in soil, and feeding before dry. -Temps - 26-27 day / 22-23 night -RH% - 65%(+-1.5) day / 70% night (+-1.5)

Week 6 Veg Their last full week in the veg tent before they'll be flipped to flower. The Surf Purp siblings are looking very healthy and showing different traits and structures allround. I'm thinking #3 could be a man as it's growing quicker and taller than the rest. It's not a reliable way of sexing, and could still be female so until we see it's flowers, we won't know for sure. Remo Micro and Grow have been increased, along with MagNifiCal to see how they react. By the end of the week they seem to be in perfect health. I regularly move them around the tent and turn them daily to ensure the entire plant gets an even amount of light, promoting even growth from all of them. This is to ensure each plant keeps a level canopy and doesn't start to lean to one side when growing towards the light. Looking forward to getting these in flower! Day 15: Plants looking healthy as can be! I didn't make a rack for the lights but I got em in. Looks jankie, but I think its gonna work. 🙏 Day 16: Trying to work out kinks in my grow. Since I put the other 2 lights in, I'm now battling the heat and humidity. Switch the fans around. Got the cold air coming in down low. Will feed them in the morning. Day 17: The girls were showing signs of being thirsty this morning for sure! They received their first drain to waste watering. They will be getting some additional nutes on the next feeding (AN B-52, AN Sensizyme, AN CalMag Extra). Day 18: Looking amazing today! I tried my hand at a little LST. Wish the girls luck.!! 🙏 Tomorrow is the official 2 week mark from breaking ground. So, not sure. I've got the humidity finally dialed in at around 50-55% and the temp around 78°. Also gave them another drink as they were already dry about 1.5" down?? Day 19: This is the official 2 week mark. I think I stressed the girls pretty good yesterday, but they look to be recovered today. Should start seeing good growth in the day to follow. Will just be tucking a leaf here and there for a bit. I will being doing a straight water feed next with Great White. Day 20: Nothing new to report other than found 2 leaves that had some yellow mottling. I added Sensizyme, Recharge, and Great White to this feeding. Did not do drain to waste. Just watered the outside perimeter. PPM was 260 at 5.8 ph. Day 21: NO MORE NUTES for these girls! Tips on a couple of em are turning yellow!!! Stupid me. Over watering and giving too many nutes.
