Amazing structre, form, and build. Hardy and full of colas. These 2 are creating a absolute sea of flowers. I'm in love with these plants. Stacking away and its been all flowers. I'm just sitting back enjoying the show. They got treated with Dr zhymes as a preventative. That will basically wrap up their treatments ...possibly once more with lost coast. Week 2 of veg is in the books. Despite making some changes and dropping back to a 300w fixture, also upping the nute ratios - growth has been pretty decent for a single first week of veg. Got some yellowing on the leaves which is somewhat concerning. Again, hopefully rectified now that we’ve regulated to more acceptable temps and humidity. All are fairly uniform to start and the new bucket system has been issue free which is a bonus. Figure another week to the fim and then another week of veg before the flip. All on pace to get em to flower as quick as possible👌. We’ll cull as soon as able - if we pick up 3/4 spaces after losing the males that would greatly assist to free up some more space elsewhere and move in some new fems that have been backlogged recently. Finally back to focusing on quality buds and it’s and great feeling👍. Strain details She’s a mix of a particularly strong Northern Lights, crossed with a Spicy Bitch sativa hybrid. The hope is that we’ll be able to combine the overtly narcotic effects in the NL and mellow it out somewhat with the quality daytime sativa effects found in the SB. Both strains feature numerous grower qualities. Both parents possessed vigour and resiliency, the SB particularly colourful in late flower. These beans were the product of a shotgun breeding run that presented an unexpected opportunity so there’s quite a bit of testing that should flow from the various F1’s we’ve produced.

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Starting off week 8 pretty solid. High Tide amendment from Commonwealth Canna has really helped the plants out. Added a 4 foot stake to the tallest plant. Pound Cake does not need much nutrients. My tips were burned as a result of too much Humic Acid in weeks 3-4. You and learn. Besides for that issue, they are rolling alone very nicely.

Another week of epic growth: the Haze sisters put on 20cm, and their myriad buds grew considerably, though I worry that I have allowed far too many buds to form - each plant has several dozen, which I suspect may stunt their growth?

I hope they produce some big yields

This week was big for me, I had on back order an eye hortilux ceramic HPS bulb and lighting kit, I was previously using their cmh bulb but as my girl started to get ready to flower I saw the new ligh had to be 36” from the canopy but since my tent is only 6’ I switched early.

day 79 of flower 8/18/19 boy of boy the girls are putting on the weight now

Excited and impatient, starting to come on really well now, everything is going ok as it has been all the way through other than a little struggle with keeping the heat down in the grow tent during the first few weeks in veg, bigger tent and all is ok now, small signs of nutrient burn of a feed this week but don't think anything to be worried about from other diaries i have seen. What do you think its going like so far? Day 22. Everything is normal. Looking good! Light regime day/night is 18/6. Day 23. I continue to water. So, enter = 110 ppm , exit = 320... Next watering 60% of fertilizing. Day 24. Made my video. Everything is excellent Day 26. Plant starts emitting a slight odor of cut grass and marijuana. It is wonderful. Day 27. I continue to water. Added 1,5 liter, no waste. The plant has a great appetite. I trimmed 7 leaves to make more space for new shoots. Light odor. Day 28. I added 2 liters of fertilizing solution: 590 ppm enter, 470ppm exit. The plant is growing well. I will water everyday from now on. Substrate gets dry quickly. One day fertilizing solution (food), one day just water. No flowers yet

And now there was two. At the begining of the week I chopped down and hung the first two plants. Cut the plants in two pieces at the stem and hung the halfs. This was after two days in darkness. Continued to flush the last two with straight tap water all week. Plucked some fan leaves getting ready for drying. Today is the official last day of flower as I put the last two in darkness. The drying room is 66 degrees and 55% humidity. Sounds perfect to me for a longer slow drying process. This will be my last update until the harvest report. I did a clean and bleach in the flower room and will now move in the Black Dog plants and flip to flower. Perpetual growing is happy days! Thanks for looking. Cheers.

Struggling with nute lock then I over flushed but it seems like it leveled out now. I'm thinking she might only have 1 more week in her. Let me know what you think.
