Delayed update, had some time off, she's looking great, can't belive how frosty she is already! I crashed my drone so this will be the last drone shots until parts come in. Amazing weather, hot, dry, lots of sun, she's happy for sure. Some light defoliating inside cannopy, majority's been done already, I'll probably just let the rest ride it out. Will start BT spray in a few days once the upcoming rain subsides. Doing a shot of Kelp, Silica, Monster Maxx and Molasses weekly till harvest. Compost tea next week as well as another top dress, in the home stretch. Should eek put another 4 weeks easy, may shoot for longer if the budrot isn't an issue and the rain stays away.

I started feeding this girls two days ago and they look healthy except one of them, so if someome has seen this brown spots before and knows what this could be It would help a lot. It started yo happen before feeding her. Besides that, all going great, i am going to wait about a week more or so to start training them. It is starting to smell a little bit, seet/citric like tropical juice. I will keep you updated!

This grow was so amazing!! The purple punch’s came out super sticky dense nugs, super frosty , an a huge smell of blueberry muffins! Super fun grow along with the Forbiddin Runtz definitely one of the sweetest berry smelling strains of ever grown, highly recommend everyone to try out the purple punch’s, you will be highly satisfied!! 🌱 Harvest & Cure Begins Harvest is complete, and today marks the beginning of the curing process. This run taught me a lot about Fruity Durban. From the very beginning, it showed exceptional vigor and recovered incredibly well from topping and training. Its strong sativa-like growth and rapid flowering make it a very interesting cultivar. Looking back, I think I initially evaluated this cultivar from the perspective of a home grower running a single large Living Soil plant. After discussing it with Simon, I realized that Fruity Durban’s greatest strengths probably lie elsewhere. Its speed, vigor and growth habit make it particularly well suited for commercial SOG cultivation, where fast turnover and plant uniformity are major advantages. Seen from that perspective, I understand much better why this cultivar deserves its place in the Serious Seeds catalogue. The drying phase has now been completed, and the flowers have entered curing. My first impressions are already very promising: 🌸 Pink pepper 🍊 Fresh citrus 🌿 Herbal notes reminiscent of sage The effect is already clear, uplifting and energizing, making it a great daytime smoke. I’m very curious to see how the aroma and flavor will evolve over the coming weeks, as curing often reveals the true character of a cultivar. A huge thank you to Serious Seeds for giving me the opportunity to test and document this variety from seed to cure. 💚

Drei Pflanzen. Ein Herz. Ein gemeinsames Ziel. Woche 11 markiert für dieses Projekt einen ganz besonderen Abschnitt. Was vor einigen Wochen als Experiment mit drei einzelnen Pflanzen begann, fühlt sich inzwischen wie eine einzige, perfekt zusammengewachsene Apricot an. Jeder Blick auf den Stamm erinnert mich daran, wie viel Vertrauen ich in dieses Training gesetzt habe. Drei Pflanzen wurden zu einer Einheit verbunden – und heute versorgen sie sich gegenseitig, als wären sie schon immer ein einziger Organismus gewesen. Genau solche Momente machen Homegrowing für mich so faszinierend. In dieser Woche hat sich der Fokus endgültig auf die Blütenbildung verlagert. Fast jeder Trieb produziert inzwischen kompakte Buds, die von Tag zu Tag dichter werden. Gleichzeitig beginnt sich eine schöne Schicht aus Trichomen über die Sugar Leaves zu legen und verleiht den Blüten bereits jetzt einen frostigen Schimmer. Besonders im Morgenlicht sieht man, wie die ersten Harzkristalle langsam das Licht reflektieren. Die Struktur der Pflanze gefällt mir inzwischen ausgesprochen gut. Durch das frühe Training gelangt das Sonnenlicht nahezu an jeden Budsite, wodurch sich die gesamte Pflanze sehr gleichmäßig entwickelt. Genau das war das Ziel dieses Projekts – keine dominante Hauptcola, sondern viele kräftige Blüten, die sich gemeinsam entwickeln. Natürlich zeigen die unteren Blätter inzwischen erste Alterserscheinungen, was in diesem Stadium völlig normal ist. Die Pflanze steckt ihre gesamte Energie inzwischen sichtbar in die Blütenproduktion. Genau dort soll sie jetzt auch investieren. Ich bin unglaublich gespannt, wie sich die Buds in den nächsten Wochen noch verdichten werden. Das Fundament ist gelegt – jetzt beginnt die Phase, in der Gewicht, Harzproduktion und Aroma Woche für Woche deutlich zulegen dürften. Jede Woche erzählt ihre eigene Geschichte. Woche 11 fühlt sich an wie der Moment, in dem aus einer spannenden Idee langsam Realität wird. What started a few weeks ago as an experiment with three individual plants now truly feels like a single Apricot growing as one. Every time I look at the main stem, I'm reminded of how much trust I put into this training technique. Three separate plants were carefully connected, and today they support each other as if they had always been one organism. Moments like this are exactly why I love growing so much. This week the plant has fully shifted its energy into flower production. Nearly every branch is carrying developing buds that continue to gain size and density every day. At the same time, the sugar leaves are becoming increasingly covered in sparkling trichomes, giving the flowers that beautiful frosty appearance. Especially in the morning sunlight, the resin glands are already starting to catch the light. I'm really happy with the overall structure. Thanks to the early training, sunlight reaches almost every flowering site, allowing the entire canopy to develop evenly. That was the goal from the beginning—not one oversized main cola, but many strong flowers growing together across the whole plant. Some of the older lower leaves are naturally beginning to fade, which is completely expected at this stage. The plant is clearly redirecting its energy into flower production, exactly where I want it to be. I'm incredibly excited to watch the next few weeks unfold. The foundation has been built, and now comes the stage where density, resin production, aroma and overall flower quality should improve dramatically week after week. Hey everyone! It’s been another fabulous week of the girls fattening up getting ready for the ever looming harvest time! The colas are huge and glistening like a glitter ball! The back right girl has been on flush since day 51, 2 more went on flush on day 53, and the final girl front right went on flush today, day 56! Over the week I gave 3 girls a really heavy defoliation taking the majority of fan leaves off to allow good airflow and try fattening up those lower buds. It’s still impossible to tell if I prefer defoliation or not but we are getting close to harvest so should have a definitive answer to that soon! The back right girl has had absolutely no defoliation or trimming through her life cycle. I still regularly think back to when we broke one of the girls and transplanted, the cannabis gods were on our side warning us 4 girls will be huge, we were very lucky or would be seriously short of space as of now. As the girls are going to be harvested at slightly different times to ensure each are at their optimum, I have had to construct a dry box. How I built my smell free DIY dry box: Take a large cardboard box, cut an extraction hole in the top at one end and mount some ducting and seal the gap around the edge. Cut a flap in the opposite end at the bottom which will be the passive intake and promoting a draft through the hanging buds. Poke some holes in each end of the box using a screwdriver and thread some thin rope or string through the box tying the ends together once finished to give you sturdy locations to hang some pegs from. Finally I attached an extra bit of card on one of the flaps at the top; this overlaps the slight gap in the top between the flaps that could allow light to enter. Once completed I put the ducting into one of the lower intakes of the tent; the negative pressure in the tent then uses the air in the dry box as a passive intake creating a smell free area to dry your cannabis outside of your grow tent. This also keeps a slight breeze flowing through the box to ensure even drying. Bueno resumiendo cookies gelato es una variedad híbrida muy fácil de cultivar pero ojo, cuidado con los últimos riegos si no queréis perder cosecha por moho. Lo demás de 10 pegada heavy sabor increíble, cogollos duros como rocas y bañados de una gran capa de polen. El ambiente del secado se mantuvo en 23 grados de media y la humedad estuvo por debajo de los 45% en todo momento. Poco más la verdad estuve encantado de poder cultivar una genética tan potente . Un saludazo que paséis un final de año increíble y por supuesto buenos humazooos💨💨💨.
