Auto Opium grew okay. She took a long time to flower, but has come to a finish. She did get a little too close to the grow light. She has a fruity hash smell and looks like it will be a good smoke. I thought I had major issues, and stunned this plant during growth. Apparently this plant is a very short strain. I didn't mess it up as bad as I thought. I did have issue with the grow. Bud smells very intriguing, and looks potent. I don't have much else to report, but am curious to how it smokes. --------------------------------------- Seedsman Afghan Kush Harvest --------------------------------------- Harvest day 6th of December, 6/12/2019 Germination: 6/8/2019 Weight on the scales : 219g, weighted after 10 days of drying, but there are stems and some leaves, not a lot, but only bud would be a little less weight. Flowering weeks: 10 weeks Veg weeks: 7 weeks Fluxh weeks: 2 weeks ---------------------------------------- Harvest was a little aerlier than expected ( flowers development), because i spotted some mold points on some buds, like 5 in total, lost few flowers but a cleaning trim was done after. I was checking every day, cut the plant inmediatly, also beacuse RH was rising, and also some rain was coming after a couple of sunny days. Production could have been better, yes, but, started to flower really late too, so that allowed the plant to grow a little more also, so that added some branches and space for buds, the thing that i notice is that they could have grow more in summer, but its simply a blessing that, this plant, made it until December hahaha :D Loved to eat a lot, high doses always. Noticed extra vigorousity when adding rich micro nutrients. Trully special plant, the range of purple/dark purple/blue purple colours showed will make me remember this plant. The flowers pack an extraordinary aroma, after 3 weeks in jars, the flavour is: hash/fruity/cream and it smells like: mangoes/fresh fruits and hash/resin. Each leaf is a masterpiece, more intricate and stunning than the last. Their prayer posture remains consistent—a true testament to their health and contentment in their environment. They may be taking their time, but their vitality and uniqueness shine through every step of the way. Environmental Conditions: Keeping Things Balanced This week has been about maintaining a steady environment despite the natural slowdown in growth due to cooler temperatures. • Temps: Daytime 18–20°C, nighttime 14–16°C. It’s a bit chillier than usual, but these resilient ladies are adapting beautifully. • Humidity: Stable at 65%, ensuring the girls remain hydrated and comfortable. • Airflow: Gentle but constant to keep the space fresh and prevent any stagnant air pockets. Feeding Program: Aptus Holland Perfection Feeding remains consistent, and the girls are loving the organic-mineral lineup from Aptus Holland. She only grew 8cm this week. The stretch is slowing down a lot now. She's doing well. Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. Still loving her Sativa-like leaves!! 😍 They are as thin as a blade! For nutrients I'm using 15g of 20-20-20 powder mixed with 10L of water. Also added 4ml/L of both Cannazym and Terpinator. This brings it to around 1600ppm including ~300ppm for my clean water. Well the end has come to this beautiful strain What can I say it was fun to grow even considering the early problems I had with the yellowing it turned out amazing The smell and taste are out of this world. Light schedule 20 hours on 4 hours off and the same with ventilation. Humidity approx 50 percent, water intake raised up 125 ml per plant per day. Fertilization continues on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with Biobizz family and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday bat guano and Epsom salt. This week will change the old lamp and replace with Viparspectra 600W. Day 46: I am still waiting for the new lamp. I haven't updated 2 days. They are georgeus flowering nicely. Buds are getting thicker and the purple strains are getting pure Balckberry Kush and LSD-25. Day 47: I palced today the new Viperspectra 600W lamp. I have also changed the light schedule for 18/6.
