day 29 of flowering

The little one has put the turbo on. After a perfect germination, the vegetative phase has begun: the first few days are always a mix of excitement and attention to detail. The real leaves have peeked out, nice and wide and of a healthy green that gives hope for what is to come. It is adapting well to the Light Mix, and the initial combination of Dynamyco + Extreme Garden Root is proving, as always, a winning choice. I am keeping the nutrition light, watering with distilled water and Cellmax Rootbooster, so as to encourage a robust root system before moving on to the full regime. The humidity and temperatures are under control, the box is stable and ready to welcome the green explosion that awaits us. Eyes open and hands light. The road is long but the direction is the right one 🚀

The new AC infinity T4 Fan and Digital controller are amazing 🤩! I can set it, and forget it, Auto mode takes care of it all, just set your high’s and low’s 😎❤️ A is moving right along and is stacking nicely. Had a little problem this week. Got over zealous with my light, brought it down too much too fast, overnight my girls let me know they were NOT happy🤯. Got all wilty, and starting showing what I think are CalMag deficiency symptoms in some of the leaves. Will adjust accordingly next feeding 🤭 B is also loving life. She is splayed out and growing nicely into her training. Tops are just popping out all over the bent branches and are filling in the middle creating a huge canopy of tops. She has started to flower as well, probably started showing signs about 4 days ago. C is trying to make a comeback 😀 she must have heard all my talk about giving her the boot . I took her tie downs off early this week, and did not put them back on. Maybe it will promote more growth ⬆️. She is definitely thicker, stronger and improving daily. I gave her full dose nutrients this week twice, and she did show a very little bit of burning at the tips, but is still going strong. She may make the cut after all…

Not the best yield but some of the best (top 3 at least) I’ve smoked in my life. Taking a break for a few weeks to enjoy summer and not stress about plants.

Finished trimming the GSC tonight after a 6 day dry. Buds are very sticky and the jars smell like chocolate chip cookies. Lots of 3.5G+ buds (dry). Dry weight is about 88g of buds and 17g of shake/popcorn. Granddaddy Purple #1 is still drying, GDP #2 came out to about 70 of buds and 20g of popcorn/shake. Planning to make concentrates with the shake and popcorn. Even after no cure, I have sampled both GDP and GSC. GDP is my favorite (but GDP has always been my all time favorite) but GSC smells, looks, and tastes better. Planning to let them cure 8 weeks in Amber Ball 32oz Mason Jars, hoping for good final product. Feel like I didn’t do too bad for a first grow! Learned a lot! Cherry Pie & Wedding Cake next!

Esta semana ya realice la poda. Se encuentra en estos momentos en etapa de secado dentro de una caja especial para secados de flores que uso siempre y nunca me falla. En humedo hay 195g y utilice una lampara led de 150w en todas sus etapas. Próximamente estaré publicando cuando este en curado.

Day 34 - 14/01/20 Smoothie auto is gonna be a hell of a strain! i broke the bottom most branch off as the fan leaf was sticking into the dirt and the sap from inside the branch was just stinking of fruits and skittles basically! All of my plants are basically the same height (46-47cm) even my cayenne pepper plant which is in full flowering and should be ready in about 3 weeks! 16/3 End of flowering looks set quite well

After checking the grow yesterday (2021-01-01), I noticed some of the yellowing I've seen in previous grows that served as early warning signs for an impending grow failure. I checked my reservoir and found it was down to about two gallons left and the pH had shot up to 7.1. I then checked my AutoPot runoff in the tray and found it was at 7.2. I then took my Remedy CBD out and flushed it with 10 gallons of pH 5.8 tap water until the runoff measured about pH 5.8. The plant has been returned to the tray and the pictures you see this week are the following day and I'm continuing to measure at the tray more closely now as well. I've continued to pull off some of the larger yellowing fan leaves but, other than that, I've kept this grow as simple as possible. The flowering stage is continuing as expected and the pictures show about how far along we've come.

Week 2. Colorado Cookies in Mr.B's So it's taking a heck of a long time to dry, but as you can see i'm using the hygrometer method to dertermine when to water, it says moist so it's moist and it's gonna have to wait until dry for me to water it. basically i've not watered since last week tuesday ! waiting for the next watering so i can top off the pot with some peat, overwatering compacted the soil already, kinda disappointed i've already made such a critical mistake, but hopefully sticking with it and following her cycle will help. Will try to get an in soil ppm reading asap. Took a few vids of the amino spray which is for the soil, and the kelp and micro sprat which goes directly on the leaves. beyond that what i can say is i got three identical phenos so far in the colorado cookies pack, all three plants are real even, shot up healthy then started making nodes i'm at 3 full nodes, gonna wait for 5 but i dont think i'm gonna top, something about the cookie heritage tells me it wont like getting topped much lol vpd since last week 0.6-8, now slowly getting to 0.8-1.1

📆 Week 13, 4-10 April 2024 4-10 April - Let the plant grow and observed, assessing maturity. 📑 Buds have fattened up and matured. The trichome head colors are 80% milky, 10+% amber, and about 10% clear. All but a few pistil hairs are brown. She has a strong, sweet earth, gassy, berry scent. The plan now is to flush with RO water for a few days leaving lights on the same 12/12hrs schedule but turning power the down to 50% to help cool down the grow just before the cut. From what I understand putting plants in darkness may not be necessary according to a recent suggestion by Dr Bruce Bugbee. This practice he claims halts all plant activity without light. So I’m doing my own comparisons over the next few harvests. It will not hurt/gain much either way. Harvesting techniques occure with some controversy, but the definition of a successful harvest is universal - to grow a plant to maturity that is pest, pesticides (chemical), mold and bud-rot free. 🍶 4 April nutrient solution changed 🍽️ 4 April feeding schedule updated 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient solution EC .8 at 60 degrees F 🔆 Light power at 90%, DLI 65-70 canopy coverage at 18hrs 😤 Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this week. I mean this genetics it's excellent ... if I would grow zombie kush again ... good job ripper seed ... she fought and was very strong against the plagues after a beginning outdoors ... she fought against the white fly. worms .. red spider and other insects ... and deserves your recognition ... it will not be the most beautiful plant with its leaves impeccable ... but she is a champion ... thank you ripper seed .. .

Week 10: Buds are stacking and the frost is building! Observations: Week 10 is in the books and the girls are looking beautiful! The bud sites are really starting to fatten up and stack nicely. We are seeing some great trichome production developing on the sugar leaves, giving them a nice frosty look. Looking closely at the pistils, we have a mix right now. Many are still bright white and shooting straight out, which means the calyxes are still swelling and the plant is actively packing on weight. However, on some of the more mature colas, the pistils are just starting to darken, turn orange/brown, and curl inward. Plant Health & Nutrients: Overall, the canopy looks healthy and vigorous. The fan leaves are a very deep, rich, dark green. I did notice some very minor nutrient burn (crispy brown tips) on the edges of some leaves. It's nothing major to worry about, but it tells me the plant is right at its absolute limit for nutrients. I might dial back the feeding/EC slightly (especially the Nitrogen, given how dark the leaves are) so I don't stress her out as she finishes up flower. Next Steps: Going to keep the environment dialed in, keep an eye on those leaf tips, and just let her do her thing! The smell is really starting to come through now.

Estuve un tiempo sin actualizar el diario porque me contagie de COVID, ahora un poco mejor vuelvo a actualizar. Flower58, las plantas están listas para la cosecha, en uno o 2 días empezaré a cortar y colgar para su secado. Drying, secando con parámetros de humedad de 60% a 16°c por aproximadamente 2 semanas, están a 2 o 4 días de estar listas para pasarlas a frascos y ver cuánta cantidad final se logró.

Sehr gute Sorte. Sie Bss#1 hat ein etwas organisches leicht limoniges Aroma und die bss#2 riecht sehr stark nach Eukalyptus. Mir gefallen beide aber ganz gut. Vorallem ist die Wirkung ist sehr gut.
