crazy week found drain gnats which explains the green hue of some of my plants the larve are attacking the roots raising the p.h. and the diffecencies are showing in the leaves being lighter and or brown dots on the leaves. using mosquito dunks and spraying neem oil washing the roots to help these ladies out. also im doing things different with the soil vs dwc, i havent done much if any defoliating with potted plants just letting them grow only mainlined once and since in flower very light if any defoliating. any questions comments information feel free to ask or inform im open to critque

Sweet Bourbon Kush is growing great in her little potter. She is starting to get into her bulking stage. Everything has been going good for her. I am really curious to see the final result. I have been increasing her feed as she is taking it great. She got some selective defoliation and some additional pruning where needed. This is the 8th week. Thursday will be 9 weeks of 12/12. Some trichs are amber. They just added a good bunch of girth over the past few days, but most of the pistils are red now. The rest of them have been dropping leaves consistenly but the canopy remains full so they must be putting out more leaves. I just flushed to 80% runoff and found out that I had 1200ppm. I just got an ec meter but my last reading said closer to 600 so idk what happened there. I flushed until I had runoff ppm of about 150. Now they're back in the grow tent. I don't want to keep assaulting them with my microscope. I think they're ready. Just gonna let them settle another day or two to dry out a bit. I took one small branch off the small Wedding Cake plant on Thursday and I've just been watching it dry on my counter. It's been 5 days and the stem snaps but still leaves a fiber connecting. I put it into a small jar with a 64RH thing. I just want to try it. It already smells amazing. The leaves on the big CBD Blue Shark plant are going really yellow and some other colours are starting to come out as well. The buds all fattened up and got more frosty again. I was worried they were foxtailing but they got more calyxes underneath the peaks and have been making more of a pyramid shape. They're really close to peak. Harvest day will be March 17 or 18. March 17 1023pm chopped and hung after lights off all day. RH was 65% before I chopped and 50% after I closed the window and cut the plants off the saturated pots. I did a wet trim to prevent mold. The buds are sticky af. Gonna hang them to dry for 7-9 days before curing in jars :) March 18 : checked the RH when I woke up and it's chilling at 45% 😎 March 19 : just checked to see how they were drying. There are seeds in every plant. RIP I'll update when I put them in jars and again a few weeks later for final review. Overall it was a good grow despite the rocky start and a good introduction to the mainline technique and my new grow space. Next grow I should have everything pretty well dialed in. March 23 They were hanging for 3 days. Rh was around 45, then spiked to 65 overnight when I forgot to turn the fans back on. Temp was high at around 26.they felt wet after 2 days, and bone dry after 4 days. The stems still didn't snap but I put them in jars anyway. A day later, jar RH was 50%. I burped all the jars and there was a smell from the new jars. I took all the weed out, washed out the jars, and did a dry trim on the weed. One of the Wedding Cake plants must have gone hermie. I didn't see any bananas and didn't even realize there were seeds until the very end. The seed pods looked just like calyxes while the plants were growing. Many of the nugs are unusable. Under the sugar leaves are just layers and layers of seeds. Some weren't hit that badly. The CBD Blue Shark is much better off but still has some seeds. I'm trying to stay positive. It's a bit of a shock though. I'm anxious to try the finished product. If the flowers at least taste good and have a good effect, all is not lost.

The sun has come back and they spent quite some time outside. They have been growing well and I started to try some LST. But something is not right, there are stains on the leaves, an insect and more interesting creatures or shrooms. I don't know what to do.

Actualizacion día 21 de VEGETA (Día 27 desde la germinación) El FENO 2 se a espigado considerablemente, se pone una base para que este mas cerca de la luz led Al parecer el FENO 3 es el mas estable de los 3 especimenes.

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. After last weeks issues I lowered nutes and she looks like she’s doing better. Not as big a girl like I would have liked but I got some cuts so I’ll let them go a little longer in veg.

Week 2 begins 🤞🏻

First day went as expected. I put the paper towel in a small see-thru plastic container and put it on the table. With a bit of water and the seeds in side, the germination has now started! Day 2 no progression, moved the tray into my furnace room (pitch black and warm) Day 3 major progression. I got them out and started to prep the jiffy pellets. Shortly after I transferred the roughly half inch tarp roots with seeds into the jiffy pellets, root down, seed up, slightly covered with dirt. I soaked them in water (like a beginner i overwatered heavily knowing what I know now). I placed them back in the tray and put them at a window for light. (Note) the plan was to do outdoor so no light or tent was ordered at this point. Day 4-7 not much progression seeing as the clouds and rain showed up...

Day 64: Second Grow We’re now in the fifth week of the flowering stage, and the buds are getting thicker by the day. We’ve decided to order a microscope to keep a closer eye on the trichome development. Additionally, we’re considering ordering CANNAZYM, a nutrient that could help our buds grow even bigger and healthier. Here’s to another week of growth and progress!!

This week went pretty well. She stretched another 8 inches and is up to 48" even though I am not feeding her any veg nutrients, and I am really hoping she is ready to chill out because I have the lights D-Ringed to the roof of the tent, I had to remove the pulleys from them because they took too much room. I also added another 100 watt Spider Farmer and a 150 watt mars hydro to the mix, so I am running 4 lights at 790 Watts total for this plant. I am between 65K and 75K lumens for the entire canopy, and i have 150 watts coming in from underneath the canopy. I am also struggling with the humidity in the tent, even though I am able to maintain 45% RH outside the tent, I am having trouble keeping the tent below 60% RH and it is due to all the transpiration from her leaves, as well as the high frequency fertigation that I deploy, although all the runoff is outside the tent within 90 seconds of feeding, so not much I can do about either one. I know it doesn't look like I am defoliating her, but I have a trash bag almost full just from this plant. I purchased a small dehumidifier for inside the tent and it will be arriving tomorrow, so hopefully that takes care of my issues, as I don't want any moldy colas. The plants look very healthy, especially very resinous for the 25th flowering day. On this day, the Sanlight 3-80 1.5 (200w) was hung in addition to the Lumatek Attis 300w Pro to achieve optimum results.

Day 74 (28/05/18) - 2 of the Girl scout cookies are looking very close to being finished and seeing all cloudy trichomes with a couple amber. I look for 80/20% ratio of cloudy/milky to amber trichomes for harvest as this gives the best medicinal effects from my experiences. Flushing the GSC and will be waiting for her to use up the remainder of her nutrients in the leaves before I chop, hopefully get a nice fade. One of the Stardawg girls isn't so far behind but being more sativa dominant, I expected that. May upload one picture of her and how she is getting on. The smell coming from the GSC is so potent and sweet. Hoping the smoke quality lives up to the smell. Not long to go now.

20/05/2021 (Day 65) Se realizo un nuevo cambio de solución. Las plantas se encuentran espléndidas y listas para comenzar un proceso de engorde y resinado. Esta semana se incorpora una barra de 1m de osram con Deep Blue, Far red e hiper red como complemento de rojos y azules. 23/05/2021 (Day 68) Hoy se colocó la segunda malla scrog y podemos observar que las plantas van desde 90cm de altura al suelo en su expresión mas indica y 110cm de distancia al suelo en la expresión mas sativa.

Day 85. One day they look so nice, other too thin ;)))) Found out that my center led lost almost 50% of light output, will check after this grow. On other hand all is bright , SuperStacked Zkittalicious is making my heart sing and it should be lovely small run .... Day 88. Girls got water and BioBizz FishMix, very light, just 280 ppm. All looks very good, see some waxy leaf beginning, so next feed is BioSys and Great white with BioBizz WormHumus rubbed into top soil and at least two pure water goes after it. Monster Zkittalicious looks insanely good, like 20 stacked colas in max 1.5 feet square ... Very lovely plant. Happy Growing !
