Hi everyone, last week was hell... there were a lot of deficiencies going on the plants luckily the nutrients I was waiting for were finally delivered, and after feeding the girls with them just one time I can tell they work just as well as the groundswell soil I'm using from Mother Earth, now my concern for this week is if I should do the next watering with nutrients or pH'd water with calmag or just pH'd water? Also I noticed that I have 2 followers now!! I hope I get more than one female plant so it's not a disappointment... once again thanks for your support and knowledge! Update week 6 2.0 Well everything went to shit... I think I overstressed most of the plants or maybe I'm suffering of an unbelievable bad luck because after finding one male and one female and following you guys advice I started to check the other plants only to find out that all of them have similar traits to the male one (the one from my grow question), so up to now I'm standing with just one female a bunch of potential males and two little plants that were to little (because I had them in smaller pots al this time) to actually show any preflowers... so now I changed them into bigger pots and hopefully they'll come out as females!! Wish me luck 🙏

Spring weather rainy and windy, strangely sunny and warm

Yay... NorCal Cannabis Cup today & tomorrow up in Santa Rosa. Gonna load my bud buddy in the car and head up there this afternoon for the Phil Lesh show. One day is enough. 😎 It's only the 2nd ever licensed cannabis consumption event in California ... so come be part of history if you live anywhere in northern California. ------ The Durban girls are doing quite nicely. Leaving them out in the sun for 30 minutes today to do a little acclimating before I head up north. It's HOT today by recent standards but the wind is light. Three of the 5 gallon girls will be moved outside permanently in about a week. The 3 gallon container and the (former) runt in a 5 gallon pot will grow inside this summer.... and we'll probably flip the lights to flowering as soon as everybody gets moved outdoors. ------ For heights this week we have the 5 gallon girls are two at 19", and one at 18.5". The 3 gallon girl is at 15", and the former runt is up to 9". Fed all the girls today because I won't be home early from the show tonight to feed them then. ------ Updated to add some photos from the Cannabis Cup in Santa Rosa. It was a LOT harder to consume alcohol at this event than ANY form of cannabis. Big fun.

Well, it's finally time for an update, right? And for a newbie like me this week has been quite eventful! 😲 After last week's "Helmet Head" (which I suppose was my fault for not burying the seed deep enough 😱) her leaves started to look twisty, Honestly don't know why that happened but my three hypothesis are: because that's just the way she is, because I didn't properly bury the seed or I made a mistake somewhere else. However I also think she looks pretty and this makes her look quite "special" 👍. In her 6-7th day after sprouting I noticed her leaves started to look even more twisty and she was about to outgrow her cup. I worried and decided that it was the right moment to transplant her. At first I didn't know "how" to do it and all I knew is that I could shock her if I did it wrong (which worried me haha 😨). None of the sites I checked really specified any kind of information regarding how I should prepare the medium for the new plant (just some vague information here and there) so I came with the idea to just water it bit and then "massage" the soil to avoid making it "lumpy" and I feel it did work out well in the end! I feel I didn't shock her much and in her second day she was growing even more as well! Nice! 😍 Next week I'll start feeding Puff with some nutrients but the PPM of the tap water where I live is somewhat high (around 600) and it's electroconductivity is around 1200 us/cm but a lot of growers in here still use it (they just wait for chlorine to evaporate) so I'll try doing the same. I'll use half dose of Biobizz Bio Grow and half dose of another product called Gold Sunshine from Quemanta (which is Cal-Mag with some amino acids) and see how things develop! 😃 I'll try to see if I can make my DSLR take the photos for future timelapses, because my webcam sucks for that job! Well Well Well, So much to say, so little time to say it. Fist things first: we are now in a 8 x 8, which is a landmark upgrade in my path to learning all I can about cannabis. Larger growing space allows you to work freely, comfortably even. It was about time and long overdue. Within 48 hours from being moved to the 8x8 each and every plant started to grow exponentially: I must admit, I think this tangy was a goner. I didn't touch her and fed her normally with little more run off. She surprised me when I saw her getting twice bigger in a week. I think we are gearing up to flower at this stage, so I will give her as much room and light as she can get. I am heavily into LST as I plan to maximise all those potential bud sites. She is showing vigor and will likely surprise us all. Unlike all previous times with tangy, I am not detecting any terms or lemolene from the stems as of yet. Now bathed in light by on all angles and with room to explode, I look forward to she how she does

She is a large plant. my height is 1.94 cm / 6'4 f. her buds are very heavy for her. I need to have it with a rope so that it does not fall. I'm happy with this strain of ripper seed. I'll cut it in a couple of days.

Day 79, 28th of November 2020: I really wanna see how she will end up looking in the end because she is such a beauty too!!!! Not much to say she does her own things creating buds and all that. I am actually happy for all this. Nice plant :) Fertilization is still the same every second day with the rationand mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.
