I flipped the switch to 12/12 in the beginning of the week, so I would say this was her first week of flower. She did a little bit of stretching, not too much yet tho, but I consider that a good thing. I can see small white hairs developing, so I'm guessing we've got a liftoff

The light is currently at 75%, we'll keep it here until their stretch is over and finish the grow at 100%... Both the girls are doing very well and are continuing to stretch. No problems at all from either one of the plants. They deff started sprouting there pistols and where Alaskan purple fell behind in veg, she is now ahead in the flowering stage. The bottom leaves shrivelled which I am aware this will happen during this stage so I cut them off and there is a little nutes burm on Alaskan purple so the next two feedings will be with distilled water with pH of 6.5.

June 22: morning foliar spray with Extreme Blend and FPJ made from cannabis tops and brown sugar. June 23: bit of a rough day today. I broke one ot the main stems this morning while trying to bend it a bit. It had grown to the point where I should be supercropping and not just using LST to get the 8 colas properly separated. Need to buy some proper floral tape and the only thing I could find in a hurry was clear packing tape. Not ideal but might still work. Or I’m down two colas. Also found a caterpillar in the act of munching on the leaves which mostly explains the minor leaf damage. Not a big deal and she is looking good for the solstice time of year. June 24: now have floral tape (great $5 grow tip) so I supercropped and taped the undamaged stem. This keeps all 8 grow tips at same height so one doesn’t take apical dominance. This way all should grow evenly. The broken stem looks like it will recover. Watered for first time since rain with molasses, Cal-Mag and Nature’s Source. June 25: morning foliar spray with FPJ and potassium silicate. Started another lazy compost tea in 5 gallon bucket. Two handfuls compost, molasses, Extreme Blend, kelp extract, bit of vinegar to get pH to about 7, and a bit of Dr Bronners peppermint soap to help solubilize things (surfactant or wetting agent). Also decided to add a handful of shredded coco coir to give the bacteria some media to grow on (“fiber”). Leave 24-36 h to incubate. June 26: looks good…used compost tea after 27C day. June 28: replaced clear plastic with floral tape. Five days to heal well enough to re-tape. Removed lower growth tips as part of the manifolding to focus growth on the 8 top spots for now.

Week 10, so from today I stopped watering the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe and on Saturday no more light as well. Sunday is harvest day finally. Not much changed, I raised up the water with 25ml so the Purple Punch gets 200ml 2 x a day. That's all, since last week I started giving 13 hours darkness and 11 hours light and from Monday will be 12/12 after I harvested the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe and I can use the tent only for her. Fertilization will happen on the same days. Sunday fun day, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is harvested. Purple Punch left alone. From tomorrow I will switch the light schedule 12/12. End of the week Purple Punch is 43 cm.

Week7 of flower and she is stacking nice and getting thick. Buds are rock hard and coated in resin. Greasy feel that is stickier than anything I’ve ever grown. At least two more weeks maybe more as all her heads are crystal clear.

The preflower stretch has been incomparable to any Soil grow I've seen! These sativas already caught up and don't show any signs of slowing down.

Started this week out by super cropping the plant right above the fourth node. The next day the plant was pointed towards the light again, and after a few days I had to tie the top down or it would have been standing up straight again. Watering with 1L every 2-3 days.

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been a couple changes this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plant. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more light penetration. Then finally switched to 12/12.. Just 36 hours after the defoliation she looked fuller than before. Leaves pointing up and out. By how she's doing I'm sure she'll stretch a good bit these next few weeks. Great reaction to the defoliation. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how she flowers. Stay safe!

It's been 42 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. These girls are looking great. I lowered the lights down right on them. Don't forget that the bottom half of there soil is 80% coco coir and 20% perlite... I am pretty much treating them like a coco grow at this point so they are getting nutrients every day. Buds are going to swell quick, bet they will double in size in the next week. I have a few rust spots on the leafs but that's normal for Incredible Bulk Autos in flower. I have added some Sensi Cal-Mag Extra to help and raised the ppm to 420-450. I had to bend the tall Sativa girl over because she grew too tall. She recovered without issues.
