It's week three of Vegi, and all three Lemon Ladies are developing very nicely. They should be ready to flower in about 14 days. 💚💚💚☀️☀️☀️

Day 51. 2 ladies are a little too yellow for me. Otherwise I like everything quite well. "Iris' had another defoliation today. It was just a mess of leaves. Have a nice weekend @all.

Calibrated pH meter. Was a little reading high. Started tracking runoff for each plant separately. Mex is very brittle. Broke another branch. Still pretty full. Seem to have the base nutrients dialed in. pH is not longer an issue. Growth is still moderate to slow. Holding off on final topping until nodes grow better. Realized I pruned too high and I lost the node I was going to top for. Plants range from about 6” (bw3) to “10 (mex)

Wow!! It was sunny and hot all week! You can see that they almost doubled their size and are looking pretty much more healthy. That is also because I followed @MadeInGermany 's advice and decided to wait more until I had to water. They seem to have liked that, beacuse there is no more sign of Ca blocking in the leaves. And they grew very nicely, no need of everything. Also following his advice I will use Cal/Mag in the next watering. But, you know, I'm making it cheap... so I will use another home-made recipe: wood ash fertilizer, which include those nutrients and some that are needed in flowering stage -which seems to be starting, so next week will have the flowering label-. It also degrades the N in the soil that could be still causing a little overfeeding (leaves' tips are a bit burnt). However, I admit that my mistake was overwatering from the beggining. Lesson learned! No watering for the whole week and the plnat didn't seem to worry about it. Man! If only it had been this sunny all the time! Plants look very healthier and are way bigger, with huge new leaves. A little amount of pistils showed up in the last days, so I guess it is the moment for stretching. Knowing that, I decided to do a little training on Sweet, as it is the one a bit behind. You can see in the last picture how I took a couple leaves that were blocking light from side branches-future bud sites- and taped them, so they didn't. If results are good I might do the same with Rebel, but I have a feeling that she'll do good without it. Sadly, next week will be all rainy and cloudy... Nothing to do tho. We are watching trichomes every day and it looks like it is almost ready so we are thinking of harvesting next week. It is already possible to see some amber trichomes. Unfortunately it seems that we are not going to harvest the expected amount, the buds were not very dense and fat, apparently the buds are just small leaves with trichomes.

Big change as they go into big pot and three stay as solos. Re potting wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped and the roots got messed about but I was as gentle as can be 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Start of week 4

Can’t believe I got 78g of bud of her! That’s nearly double what I usually get of 1 plant 😂 maybe it was due to giving her 7 weeks of veg, rather than the usual 4 weeks!? Either way I’m buzzing She’s coated in sugar and stinks!! The high is strong giving a massive couchlock and the munchies! She smelt and tasted like usual cheese but obviously much nicer and stronger 😌

G13 is doing really good under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2, with the Athena blended line nutrition. I did a solution change a few days back. As I was concerned I was running too strong too soon then. I also added a little blackstrap molasses to solution today. Was about a tablespoon worth I added. The colas are starting to bulk, and I have been doing a selective defoliation when needed. She is drinking a lot, and eating good. I also added a little more pk to solution. So hopefully she takes it good, and bulks the best she can. Hey yall! Thanks for tuning in this week. Had a great look under the microscope of my soil, I just ordered a camera for my scope so next week look forward to seeing and identifying some beneficial microbiology! Another round of compost tea, I added Kiwi 🥝 😋 Fermented Juice, to this round of tea. Also adding food for the bacteria (simple sugars) and for the fungi (complex carbs). I suggest using diverse food for increased biodiversity. The mycelium network is really established at this point. Which is why I highly recommend to keep reusing your soil, and the larger the pot size the better. I am in 10 gallons for now. Once I move into our house will be into living beds, 100 gallon + If you can't be in a bed, use 25 gallon. You will benefit in time. So at this point only using inputs I have made from organically grown plants, mostly grown in house. Anything else was wildcrafted, sustainably, so if I take something from nature I am replacing it with something else. Balance in all things. Added the fruit for pushing the flowers. Pistol hairs are growing. This strain is a sativa dominant, and thus my flowers are not as compact and "looser" than indica dominant strains I have always grown. Review on this sativa dominant cultivar is: harder to grow than most strains, longer flowering time is also a pain while increasing my costs with more days with the lights on. Getting COAs on the finished flowers and I will post on here, I am hoping for higher levels of THCv, let's get into the rare cannabinoids and higher terpenes!

Smell is very strong, fingers are super sticky from the slightest of touches, hoping she starts to pack on the weight for the next few weeks

The transfer was a success! Went from a 5’ x 4’ Scrog to 8’ x 8’ and gave them a 40 Gal drink of water. Also was able to drop the taller ladies to have an even canopy.

New light this week! Not sure what I should expect. I fed the girls early on, but think the feed levels were too strong as they showed signs of pH imbalance again. Flushed them with water, tested pH, low and behold pH too low. After flushing fed with a lighter nutrient mix, which they have both enjoyed since. By the end of the week, it's obvious these girls like the new light. It's promoted some new growth and more bud sites, which will hopefully increase the overall yield. Going to be fun watching them fatten up over the next couple of weeks or so.

Week 6 Started today transplanted them sat it’s Thursday now this Saturday March 9th is a week since looks like they are taking tk the new home okay so far hope this keeps up March 8th did a second topping today on both but on every top just two on each plant and I’m done topping March 9th is one week since transplant next Thursday I thinking I will flip then or that Saturday just want them to show stronger signs of growth by then March 9th some deflation everything still looking okay
