Week 14 for Gelato 41 by seedstockers This girl has absolutely loved the rain😇 It was very heavy rain too so the pot is easily saturated... honestly don't remember the last time i had to water her😂 was maybe 3/4 weeks ago & don't plan on doing so any time soon either. I tried to defoliate a little because she's getting overly bushy but found to be harder to do than i expected need her to gain some height so i can easily spot what to remove. Even though she looks sad after being sprayed down with water it will benefit her in the long run toughening up her branches from the weight when it comes to flower time. Need to measure her but she's not too far from the 2meters wide mark i was aiming for. No pest issues think the predator spiders are taking care of that for me😎

Nothing special about this week. Dropped seed into small cell pot of fox farms ocean forest and she took of very quickly. Sprayed medium with water mixed with liquid seaweed and urb natural.

Day 37 - Hitting the ladies with a little LST. My cloner project took a bit of a backseat to life, so I'm a little late in the game to top these babies.... So I decided I'm going to do something I have never done before.... Let these plants grow naturally. Yeah, you read that right, I've never let a plant just grow out without some sort of fun training technique. Even my very first grow was riddled with aggressive plant shaping. This time will be different! This time I will be just doing some very basic LST to open up their branches to more light. I went in and stripped some of the inner growth sites that would have produced nothing but popcorn buds being so hidden from light. I then created anchor points around the grow bags by pushing toothpicks through the holes in the mesh. I like this because it gives me the ability to easily move around anchor points by simply sliding out the toothpicks and moving them where I please. I got the idea from seeing someone else use pushpins once, but I didn't have any on hand. And so, the toothpick hypothesis was born, and so far its working very well! Both ladies look much happier now that they're getting more light to their branches. The leaves on these Blazin' Skywalker plants are just so effing fat that they've been doing a solid job at blocking light to the branches. I tried doing some leaf tucking early on, but the branches just weren't quite long enough for me to properly tuck the leaves behind them and would constantly come un-tucked. She had gotten a bit over watered so I let her go a few extra days between watering. The next morning, she let me know I did the right thing. 💜

She is barely growing taller, which is probably fine, as she's mostly supposed to focus on blossoms by now. We're still feeding according to the full biobizz schedule, even though I am reading more and more often, that we might need to give a lot less.. but at least it doesn't seem to do any harm, so at least for this grow we just keep on following the plan. I am a little bit worried, that the buds are growing to close to each other. Also put the dehumidifier in the room, to keep humidity under control. Update: After getting feedback to our question regarding space between buds, we tried our best to gently bend some branches more towards the sides, as can be seen on the latest pictures I added. Still really dense in some spots, but partially also becauae of thw tight node spacing. We will maybe remove some leaves in these areas, but we do not want to stress her too much at this point.

Holaa, 6ta semana y ya vamos superando los problemas de temperatura. Recibí la manta calefactora y la temperatura con el led apagado subió a 16-17ºC, es un gran avance con respecto a los 13-14ºC que alcanzaba. Los esquejes van avanzando bien, el esqueje con la poda apical va desarrollando los tallos del centro y esta tomando una buena forma. El esqueje con LST esta tomando más fuerza en sus tallos principales y se vuelve más frondosa. Empece a regar agua con EC casi nula y no eh podido agregar los nutrientes básicos para llegar a un EC base de 0.4. Por esto es que creo que los esquejes están presentando una deficiencia de calcio para esto estoy a la espera del producto SENSI CAL-MAG XTRA de Advanced Nutrients con este voy a corregir la EC base del agua de riego y aplicare una fertilización foliar para las carencias presentes. Espero que los resultados sean los esperados. A los esquejes los acompaña la Negra 44 que tiene un diario aparte y un palto(aguacate). Cualquier recomendación sera bien recibida!!

Ciao a tutti! C'è stata un'accellerata imprevista e così mi sa che raccoglierò una settimana prima del previsto! Tra 3 o 4 giorni taglio tutto! Ho svuotato completamente i vasi e ho messo solamente acqua liscia per far sì che le radici scarichino bene tutti i nutrimenti ancora presenti. Devo registrare purtroppo un piccolo problema di muffa, dovuto sicuramente all'umidificatore (purtroppo ho dovuto tenerlo acceso per tenere bassa la temperatura) in quanto si è formata sugli 8 apicali della pianta più vicina ad esso. Ho dovuto purtroppo tagliarli e buttarli via quasi per intero, ci avrò rimesso una ventina di grammi, anche 30. Post memoria per me: l'anno prossimo a luglio non devo avere niente e iniziare il ciclo a metà agosto con le temperature più accessibili. Comunque sta andando benissimo a parte l'imprevisto, non vedo l'ora di raccogliere e fumare! Ci vediamo la prossima per l'ultima settimana 🤣🤣🍀🍀💪🏼💪🏼

This week I transplanted my ladies to their 3 gallon oxypot. They both look very healthy with a big root mass and strong stalk. Topping in 4 days or until they are settled in proper.

Week 2 has gone just as well as I'd like it too! I had an accident during the week where I had dropped a sticky bug trap on one of my girls, this led to me accidentally ripping off a fan leaf and a half, but she seems to have come out of it just fine! (Thankfully). I have been feeding 1/3 strength nutes the past few feeds, stepping it up from 1/4. I will be watering until I see runoff from now on to prevent nutrients from building up in the coco. Update(day 15, 4/12/20) Today I purchased a new oscillating fan, co2 bags and a new hygrometer that hooks up to my phone and shows me stats. The girls have been putting in a lot of work over the past 24 hours. I also had a Purple Punch photo seed sprout today which I may be turning into a mother plant. I will be starting a diary for this girl too. Update (Day 16 5/12/20) Second purple punch photo popped today, going to keep 1 inside and give the other to my mom to take care of. The girls got their first 1/4 dose of calmag today fed at 6ph due to all the nutrients settling there.( I do have ph +/- but I'm going to try run this whole grow at 5.8-6.2. Update (Day 17 6/12/20) Plants seem happy today. Fan leaves producing a the pre-existing nodes are starting to shoot out quite rapidly. Unfortunately, my streets power went out today for ~90 minutes, I opened the tent, windows and doors to get any light in I could, thankfully the power came back on shortly after. I fed the girls today with very little run-off(I'm trying to perfect the amount of water they need). Update (Day 18 7/12/20) The girls have jumped up over night! I wont be feeding today as I'd like the coco to dry out quite a bit more. Update (Day 19 8/12/20 Gave the girls a small feed today with very little run-off Everything seems to be going well so far, I'm very thankful! Update (day 20 9/12/20) Everything is going pretty well today. I will not be feeding as the increased humidity has kept the coco more moist than usual. Will be feeding full strength nutes tomorrow! Green House Seeds - Franco's Lemon Cheese! I'm super excited about this one! I'll be documenting the process with this log. Started soaking the seed this afternoon, I'll let it soak for about 20 hours and then it will go straight into the soil! I have the light on and set to stay on for 24 hours. This way the soil will be nice and warm when I plant the seeds tomorrow. I'll taper off the 24hrs on light cycle around the second or third week of veg depending on how they are coming along. Seed has sprouted! YAY! I have a camera in my tent right now catching a time-lapse of her coming out of the soil! I will possibly post it tonight!

Was a bit worried before planting seeds that my final yield outcome may not be satisactionary as only have 0.26msq and Fastbuds advertising this strain as 450-550g msq but thankfuly my result was way above this scale. My 2 beautiful ladies Athena - right corner lady. She was slighlthly more dominant over entire grow cycle. She got more space on scrog earlier and that's why she developed the most. Xena - left corner lady, I belive that she could outgrew her sister if she just have more space and another week of time. Did not expect her to turn so well on the end. Both girls were put in darkness for 48h before chop. Wet trimmed and hang for a week. Daily jars burbing for 10 days and every 2-4 days now. Weights Wet trimmed Athena 870g Xena 632g Total 1502g Dry trimmed Athena 172g Xena 147g Total dry 319g Bubble hash 6g (37g of trims) I am very happy with this result.
